Hi Laurie,We are sorry you feel this way. The hot water was immediately fixed by front agent Ricardo since you turned the knob the opposite direction. Housekeeping does not enter rooms when a ""Do Not Disturb" sign is placed on the door and was cleaned immediately on the third day when you decided to remove it. We are sorry about street noise but it is a tourist area in downtown Condado, so you can expect to hear some people in the area outside the hotel especially on weekends until at least 10pm. You gave no complaints in two days while passing multiple times by the front desk and being asked how was your stay. We would like to have known what was awkward about our very simple and quick check-in process. Also we have soothing jazz instrumental music at the front desk although at times we do have multiple guests arrive at the same time, who at at times may be excited to be on vacation. As stated at check-in, each key is individually made to open only your room but additionally all common area doors, which is why you sign the Registration Card stating you understand that there is a 150.00 charge for a lost key. There is a very clear sign that says Bell/Timbre both in english and spanish and the sign as stated to go to the other hotel is only if there is no answer since we may be attending a guest or situation on the property, You did order the smallest and most economic room available, even so you wil not find any room even close to this quality and price in this whole area which is the heart of Condado and 10 seconds away from the beach one way and the main strip in the other direction with over 100 restaurants, bars, clubs, pharmacies, supermarkets, clothing stores, bakeries and mauch more. We are sorry about your comment about the locals not being friendly considering apart from the main strip which is very tourist orientated this is an elderly dominated area. No complaints was made to the front desk but we do have light bulbs available as well as any other need for the room and a very excellent Housekeeping and Maintenance crew to resolve any isssue that may be reported. We are sorry if you were pointed to the direction of your room which is literally right outside the door, which when easily accesible is routine. Apologies for not being able to give the free upgrade requested due to a fully booked hotel. It was a pleasure serving you, best regards!

Hi Debbie,We are sorry you feel this way. Although we are constantly remodeling to keep up and surpass The tourism company standards our rooms are cleaned and inspected daily. We cannot control the flying insects in the caribbean. our bar is under remodeling but our sister property Acacia Boutique Hostel,10 seconds away walking distance has a bar/restaurant and hot pool that all guests have access to, to which you was also offered a free upgrade to said hotel which you denied. Hi Shanita,Thank you for your review. Obviously a towel and a wash cloth is provided to prevent pile up but may be exchanged as often as desired at the front desk as you mentioned. Tha day of your stay the local power did go out which trips the water heaters while our power plant automatically switches on to avoid having our guests without lights, a/c, cable ect.
