The hotel room was unpleasant, had a lot of humidity and smelled abandoneds! Going out to the balcony was not a good view plus a ver loud noise from extractor fans on the building beside.

I reserved a king bed in advance, the property had nice pictures of the rooms so it looked like a good idea. I arrived and went to check in the front desk didn’t advise me that I was getting a 2 “queen” more like twin size beds in what looked like an outdated unclean old hotel. Website didn’t mention the pool was out of service until further notice. The website says no pets unless it’s a service animal but that’s not the case you can pay to bring pets there was a dog barking 2 rooms down for hours at a time. The arcade is not open for the hours it states it will be.

When we got there our first room door was not working the second room they sent us to it had ants the third room was took 3 hours for us to get into our room. We asked for the cleaner lady to come in the only gave us towels did not clean up the roomBut the front desk people was really nice.

I am glad that i did not let the negative reviews stop me from choosing ESJ. We were pleased with our choice. The beach is directly outside the lobby, rooms are clean. There is construction going on, but it did not bother our stay.

The door to our balcony didn’t lock, The phone don’t work. There is no pool only beach access until 6:00pm. Construction noise in the room beside us early in the morning.

My stay, here was very bad starting from when I walked into the hotel, there was very bad smell all the way up to my room door open. My room room was dirty I have pictures.

I'll admit that, the location is good but the property itself is the worse decision ever. I was told by phone before I get my reservation that the hotel had a pool but at our arrival the nightmare started, NO POOL, THE PARKING LOT IS 4 FLOORS DOWN IN THE GROUND "Looks super creepy", The room stinks to bug killer, dirty carpets, mold in the bathroom. We asked for a second room and nothing changed! The lady in the front desk was pretty "I don't care anything here, apparently her phone was more important! I rather to expend a little bit more to be in a nice and clean place. From 5 days in puerto rico I have to say this hotel was my only bad experience!

The centralized location was surprisingly quiet. Great beach and access to all amenities. Highly recommend visiting for couples or families. I will definitely be back a few times throughout thr year.

It has a nice entrance and lobby. It also has a nice cute cafeteria. However I saw little bugs in the room, kitchen and bathroom. The toilet was rusted at the bottom and looked grossed. I had to wait a day and a half after complaining twice that there was no hand soap, shampoo and dishwashing soap. On my last day they refused to keep my luggage in their storage room for reason unknown. This was after I did the checkout at 11 AM and needed to go eat something as my flight was not until 3 PM.

We went and the arcade room was closed the bar they said they offer was closed looked like it was never opened and pool area was closed. We tried to get a snack from the little dining area they said they were closing it was 4:30pm. We had loud hammer bangs on our wall every morning we stayed at 7:15am just not a good stay over all

First of all, it looked nothing like the picture the view I asked for I never got and then the room in the whole facility once you leave the first floor smell so bad it’s ridiculous and everything is used up like I don’t know how to describe it it was so bad Like my room look like a motel room instead of a hotel room that’s how bad it was. Everything was so steamed up and just smell really bad emphasis on the smells very badly.

The ESJ let us check-in early, even sent us a text when the room was ready. The hotel had a nice kitchen which we like when we have left over food and to enjoy morning breakfast before hitting the beach just outside the hotels back gate.

Left the maid sign needed paper toilets and garbage removal also new towels and had to ask front desk myself..pool was out never told me that booking and wasnt pleased at all.

The property is in an excellent location and right on the beach. Right now the pool is close under renovations. No one told us, luckily we have a pool at home so we were looking for the beach. The beach is excellent and you can rent the umbrellas, beach chairs and jet skis. The hotel and carpets needs a little TLC

The property should not be open in its current state. It is under construction inside and out. Carpet in room stinks and it’s outdated. I see what they are trying to accomplish but it really is not worth even the economical price. Also, front desk is stuck in 2020 with Covid mindset. Dress up the front desk people for a classy look atleast!

Tiene excelente ubicación cerca de restaurantes y playa. La habitación es cómoda aunque su decoración es de los años ‘80. Lo único moderno que tiene es el televisor, el aire acondicionado y la nevera. Me gusto que tiene el área de la cocina completa. Hice reservación para torneo de voleibol sin ningún problema.
