Quiet and clean. Furniture is old but functional. Good had microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom is big. The sink is separate from the toilet and its night will turn on automatically when you walk in. The night so bright will wake up other person in the room. The AC and heater one unit. When turn on, it is too loud. The bed is very comfortable. The table and chairs inconveniences position. In general it is comfortable. Location very close to Calpoly and price is right for me. One not good to me, the driveway to the room is not even level. It is hard for me to walk from parking to my room with my injured knees.

We have stayed at this property several times and it is consistently clean and quiet. It’s down the street from Cal Poly where my child lives on campus so it’s very convenient. There are a few restaurants within walking distance as well. The downtown area is only a couple miles away off the same street. Great location and place to stay!

No cleaning service available. We left in the morning and came back at night and our room was still in the same condition. Had to go downstairs the following morning to grab coffee for the coffee machine in the room

The property is ok. It's a little old, but a very short drive from the Cal Poly campus and to downtown. My favorite restaurant 1865 is a short walk. There's limited parking, but it's free! The staff is very nice and professional. They even held my medication, when I left it after my stay so that I could have someone come pick it up.

Clean and affordable

The Mission Inn is a comfortable, conveniently located to Cal Poly, and affordable place. This was our third stay here and each time has been consistently good. It’s always been clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We will return.

When we arrived around 5 pm 2 hours later of the check in the room was not ready, housekeeping was working on, we waited for almost 25 minutes out side the room under the sun within the temperature outside was 94 degrees, after that they told the room is ready!!!! Was dirty, smelled very bad, at the shower was some hair,, haaa the air conditioner unit probably from 1970' s si very old stoped and does not work any more, my wife called the office and the management guy came to repair!!! He said it a very old air conditioner unit and they need to replace but he fixed and he left . We were very upset and went to the office to request a reinstalled o reimburse the money and she said tha manager left ' I can do anything' We came back to the hottest room and we found another place, we booked and we left, let's that one hour that we be there, my wife before leave stoped at office and left the keys and let the person there that we are leaving because a very bad costumer service .
