The pm waiter and front desk girl were very kind. Buy there was no toilet paper in the room bathroom, and the towels were very old, almost ripping off.

Very friendly staff, very clean, and very quiet once folks left the pool for the night. The buffet breakfast was included and had some nice options plus an egg/omelet station. The restaurant menu for lunch/dinner is a bit limited, but the food was good.

I think they have to install an elevator for the second floor for handicaps, and have a handicap chair for the bathrooms

Me gustó, lo único que no, el lavamanos no se iba el agua y también las almohadas eran muy altas y no sentía tan cómodo dormir, pues no tenían mas almohadas eso no mucho. Pero por lo demas estuvo bonito el hotel y el paisaje también y la comida y la atención excelente.

The area was very nice, pretty, and well-kept. We had no issues except for the sink that took a while to drain. But other then that, everyting else was good.

Excelente ubicacion, necesitando capacitacion de personal
La llave de la habitacion fallaba mucho. Los meseros del restaurante se encontraron bromeando, burlandose y bufoneando, sin ayudar a ningun cliente a la hora del desayuno. Se burlaron de un cliente estadounidense cuandi hablaba en ingles a una mesera. El mesero que abria la comida del buffete, lo hacia de mala gana y risa burlona a cada pregunta. Parecian haber llegado de fiesta, pues hablaban de botellas de tequila, y no se que mas. Que mal asoecto daban al Horel !!

Bien muy agradable , los empleados del hotel muy atentos . El desayuno muy rico . El área verde me encanto . Y la vista del volcán 🌋 súper. Muy bonito. Lo malo que no había mucha opción de bebidas 🍸 o tragos .
