Dear Tiffany, Again, we were sorry to hear about your husband's motorcycle accident back in July -- our staff was very apologetic about the situation when you showed them the photos of the injuries he incurred over the summer. However, because you made your three-night reservation on the same day as your arrival, which was booked as a pre-paid, non-refundable booking (which also entails a much lower rate due to being pre-paid and non-refundable), we did not allow a refund as this is the policy that you made your reservation with. Again, we wish you luck for your husband's pending surgery.
