For breakfast they have different hot options daily. The lobby was spacious and gave people room to congregate in different places. They had lots of outlets in the room. It was a very good value.

The bath tub didn't want to drain properly, there wasn't a "maintenance" person on staff. (I went ahead and got some Draino from the dollar general right next door.) The water could have been a little warmer but other than that, the facility was clean, nice, pool and hot tub were fantastic and breakfast was awesome. All and all a nice little place for the location and price.

Overall great!
Overall pretty good, just the beds were small and not at all comfortable. Ugh, i did not sleep well. Breakfast was exceptional!

Nice place
Staff was super nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Like the option for a constant fan on the heat/ac. Refrigerator was big and very clean. Shower was super clean, and the water stayed hot. Very quiet place, too—at least when we were there. Breakfast ended before we got down there, but there are a lot of nearby places locally to eat, including Bob Evans, Dunkin, and a GREAT local diner we discovered. I’d stay again!

The girl at the front desk on Friday night and Saturday morning was very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with our shower not draining and she made sure to offer for someone to look at it or switch rooms. However the male at the front desk on Saturday night was not very polite or helpful regarding the same issue. He basically made it seem as if we were bothering him by asking about it. The bed was comfortable and the location was close to the wedding we were there for. Overall, average stay.

We enjoyed our two evenings. It was quiet, so we slept well. The only negative was that the shower drained very slow, so the water was up to your ankles by the time you were done showering. we reported it to the desk at checkout. I would suggest having "drains" be an item housekeeping checks after every checkout.

The bathroom and room could use updating. The location was ideal for our travels and the staff was amazing. It's a smaller hotel (2 floors). I would say they need to update rooms and carpet.The shower pressure was phenomial.

Adequate at Best
The beds were pretty chintzy, we hate hotels that put the sink/vanity area in the bedroom area and not as part of the bathroom. The bathroom and tub area was tiny and pretty much had no floor space as the door opened into the bathroom swinging just a few inches from the toilet. The television had limited channels. The staff was friendly, but the breakfast was not the quality we usually expect although their oranges were a nice change and were delicious.

Breakfast was not worth the value. Cold eggs and sausage. Not enough to feed entire room availability. We have stayed there multiple times. Breakfast was severely below par and ends at 9:30! Not enough time to take advantage of free breakfast when you have kids who sleep in..

It's the little things.
My stay was great. The staff was pleasant and very helpful and accommodating. But there were a lot of little things wrong. The breakfast for Wednesday was supposed to be a cheesy egg bake and it was just barely cooked scrambled eggs. There was a great reading chair, but no light by it or a way to prop up my feet. The pillowcases were too short for the pillows and my hair got stuck in a zipper on the pillow, still not sure how that happened. I had just a sink, no counter space at all. When I first arrived at my room, my door was propped open with the lid to my ice bucket. And I don't think the carpet had been vacuumed in a while, my socks were filthy after just a few hours. I really didn't mind because I had a great rate.

Staff was so nice and friendly. Room clean and ready to go. My mattress needs to be replaced. It was squeaky. Breakfast was hot and good. Good coffee.

Enjoyed the stay
Enjoyed the stay on Norwalk. While property is in need of a renovation its in a perfect location in regards to Cedar Point. Friendly service. The only downfall is we specifically booked for the hot tub and the hot tub was empty. Maybe next time

While the stay was fine, the property lacked some basics. The lamp in the room and exhaust fan in the toilet didn't work. The toilet floor was pretty u clean and it looked like they vacuum or mop behind the door. The staff was friendly, specially the cooking staff. The location is not that great and is a sub-average suburb. However, there are decent dining options, gas stations and convenient stores around.

Not worth the money
Would not stay at this location again. They ran out of the cooked box eggs for breakfast. When told the lady we were told there won’t be anymore till her manager comes in. They didn’t even have hard boil eggs. So there was no protein for those that need it. All the money we paid I feel a full breakfast would have been totally appropriate and not too much to ask for.

Fine for our purpose
It was okay for our purpose. We were just traveling through and needed an overnight. The carpet was old and smelled funny. The refrigerator rattled all night. But the room and bed were clean. Very Good Mexican restaurant close by… Casa Brava.

The hotel is in need of MAJOR upkeep. I appeared as if a bit of blood was on the wall in the bathroom. I overheard other guests with complaints on the condition of their rooms.

Breakfast was weird. We asked if the TV could be turned on so we could watch the news while we ate. The attendant was on her cell phone and would not look up. Finally she said she did not know where the remote was. She said it had been lost for 3 days or more. She must have thought we were stupid, as you can manually.turn the TV on. She was very busy with her phone.

DEFINITELY needs to be updated - the shower curtain has hard water stains, the corners of all furniture is damaged and banged up, the bathroom was SMALL and needs full remodel - think 1990. The staff was DELIGHTFUL, the pool was clean, the breakfast was A Ok.
