I am sorry that this was not communicated to you at check in and I have spoken with the front desk agents to help alleviate future misunderstandings. Unfortunately, we did have severe storms with tornadic activity during your stay. The brief power outage caused by these storms required the hot water tanks to be reset. The hot water was unavailable for approximately 2 hours during the storms. I am truly sorry that this caused an inconvenience for you.
