Water park was a bit disappointing if you’ve been to other lodges - much smaller, fewer slides and no wave pool. Internet was very slow. Room was clean and adequate for our family of 5.

The staff were terrible. This was our first time and didn’t know everything. I got yelled at the first 10 minutes in the water park! There was maybe 2 staff members made for the job and was nice. I spent a lot of money to be disappointed. I will never return to that location!

Very average experience for the cost. Seems that you pay for the Great Wolf name more than the actual stay and experience. Accommodations were average and very worn. Sofa bed in my room had duct tape covering a large tear. Children were cold and I requested extra blankets for each of the beds and was told that they were out of blankets. How can a HOTEL be out of bedding or towels? I would imagine such items would be considered essential to a hotels operations? I will never pay to go back to Great Wolf again…had a much better experience at both the hotel and water park at Zenders in Frankenmuth, Michigan and at a better price. Extremely disappointing.

We enjoyed the property. Room was great. Waterpark is perfect for younger children. Only complaint is they need to clean better along the area of the lazy river. If my children were younger, we would definitely return.

It was great! I wish the restaurants would open a little earlier for the early risers, and it would be nice to have the waterpark stay open a little later. But overall it was amazing!

Took a long time to check in because they could not find any record of the Expedia reservations. Luckily they had open rooms and were able to accommodate but next time I will book directly through the hotel to avoid issues.

I asked for a cabin which. I made the reservation, it included me. a furniture sofa, a safe, the room did not have air conditioning. I was hot all night. They did not give you the room you reserved.

Not Sdult friendly
Excessively noisy all night. Kids never settled down ran the hallwsys all night. Both Hot Tubs was full of kids, allthough there were numetous kud friendly pools. Recognizing the hotel catered to kids, but traveling Adults like waterparks as well. There should be an area FOR ADULTS ONLY

The staff was friendly, the hotel rooms were clean, the water park was great. They had activities for the little ones throughout the day, i will definitely be taking my kids back.

A family resort paradise
A wonderful place for families with infants, toddlers, and adolescents! There was so many activities for our toddlers outside of the water park! Our kids loved the cabin room with the bunk beds. We enjoyed that our wristbands to the water park were not only our room keys but also a way to pay for things. We will be going here again!

We’ve stayed at the Great Wolf in Cincinnati and figured they would be about the same. Definitely not. This one is definitely geared more towards young children. The slides were not exciting for older children (12 & 14).

The rooms smell & bugs. They only clean your room every 3 days/you have to call if u need new towels. Our air conditioner didn’t work well & room was warm. For the price you pay I expect more.

Overall a good experience. However, felt food venues were understaffed with somewhat long lines and wait time. The pull out couch in our room was terrible to sleep on. Would also like to see the waterpark opened later than 8 pm. Was pleased with the quality of the food. The Birthday Bash was a nice addition to our birthday celebration. The cake was a good size and ballons, decorations, arcade card, and other decorations made a nice presentation. The cleanliness of the place was top notch.
