The hotel is great and breakfast was amazing but unfortunately a friend's car got stolen on there property, which it's not the hotels fault but it's a scary situation.

Greeted by friendly staff upon midnight check-in, very clean and modern design, no hidden fees. Pool is pretty small, but would be fun for small children.

The property is very nice, staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast can be better, sausage patty taste like paper, scramble egg is weird too.

The overall hotel was great. There was an issue with our room that never got resolved. Didn’t get the room we wanted and booked and no one helped resolve the issue. Talked to 4 different people and they all said we need to talk to our GM. Took our name and number on a piece of paper and said they would call us once the billing was situated??? Still paid the original rate though instead of a lower rate since we were put in a cheaper room. We got put in a room next to the elevator shaft so we had a cutout of the hallway 20 feet long of unusable space. Nothing like the pictures of the 2 queen beds room. Just not happy with how things went down especially with traveling with a newborn wanting a bigger room with extra space. Will not stay here again which stinks because we like the Marriott hotels.

It looks like you were changed from a King Suite to a Double Queen room. The rate was adjusted (10 per night) and a refund has been issued to you. My family and I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holiday for 4 days, the front desk staff was friendly and always as helpful as possible. They serve breakfast in the morning, and my room was very spacious, they have parking on-site and the hotel is literally 1-4 minutes away from various restaurants and stores, even the mall. My only complaint is that nobody came to clean my room the entire stay a housekeeper came by once our second day to give us clean towels and wash clothes and when I asked the front desk manager why that was she explained to me that the entire housekeeping staff was given the weekend off for the holiday, which is awesome for them but what about your hotel guests needs, other than that I have no complaints and I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff was very nice and greeted you when you entered the hotel. Check in was easy and Checkout was the same. Over all it was pleasant and quiet environment.

Staff at check-in was great. Room clean and spacious. Only comment is the toilet in bathroom needs to be bolted down-very loose. Other than that everything was great!

The staff at Check in (on Thanksgiving day) were so kind, friendly and beyond helpful. Great people, great customer service. Our room was nice and accommodating (a few cleaning issue's i am guessing the cleaning staff overlooked- trash in bathroom trash and riom trash...not a lot but some and a cleaning towel left on the back of the toilet. Nothing to make a fuss about) I wasn't to thrilled about breakfast at all. Breakfast i woull give 1 star to. Happy it was offered, but not the best) Ahh one other thing. The shower is very loud and can be heard in your room. The bathroom is on the other side of the shower wall. Again not a big thing just something to note. Overall i would stay at the property again. And would recommend (but not count on breakfast)

Every member of the staff that we met was friendly, helpful and took pride in their work. The hotel seemed relatively new, was extremely clean and well appointed. Wonderful stay!!

I went out with my family and returned to an uncleaned room. Please keep in mind, before I left for the morning I stacked all the dirty towels in the corner, pulled the trash, and pulled up the covers on the bed. After reporting the issue to the management staff, the issue wasn't taking seriously. The front desk staff worker Michael and Jesi, promised to refund me up to 20 percent off my stay, that never happened. However all I wanted was my room to be cleaned. I will never stay at that location again and will recommend everyone that I know, not to as well.

I didn't like that housekeeping doesn't come to your room every day and you must go to the front desk every time you need fresh towels. The breakfast was average.
