It’s surprisingly quiet even though it’s close to the highway. It’s an easy walk to the beach and food options. The “continental” breakfast needs to be upgraded with some protein options. It’s very basic.

Beautiful hidden gem in capitola. We rented this hotel to stay close to my sister and it was absolutely comfortable quiet and very nice accommodated. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very safe and quiet. The breakfast was on point and the waffles were delicious. We will be renting here again.

After finding out about my Husband’s Affair. I needed a break & a place close to work. As I checked in very late. The gentleman was very kind & understanding. Room was clean, bed, pillows were comfortable. Pool temperature was perfect, relaxing just what I needed.

We were able to check in later than expected without any attitude. Breakfast was delicious. The location was conveniently 4 minutes away from where we needed to be in the morning.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. Our only problem was that towels were not in the room so we had to ask for some, and there was trash in the parking area.

Like others have noted, this is a older property. However sheets and mattresses were new. Bedspread and carpet a bit worn. The room was very clean but at this time of year, there is housekeeping only every second day. We needed to go and ask for replacement coffee pods and towels one of the days. Breakfast was a self serve with cereal, yogurt and fresh hot waffles. Staff was super friendly and helpful. It was off season for the pool but it looked clean and would be welcome in the summer. In summary this was a great landing spot for a few days in the area but not a destination in and of itself.

This place is very low budget friendly so with that being said you get what you pay for. No elevators I’m pregnant and they couldn’t accommodate me with a first floor room so I have to climb 2 flights of stairs. Room service was every other day during the day if you work at night good luck trying to sleep in the day time someone is literally walking on the roof doin construction. If I could stay some where else I would have.

Okay for a Short Stay
My check in was super quick and easy. My room was clean and quiet. The little coffee maker wasn’t great. I tried the breakfast they offer. Carbs and sugary yogurt. The toilet had a broken handle, so I had to be super careful. Nice staff.

It’s my opinion that the quality inn is really the not so quality in the rooms were dirty we couldn’t get the room cleaned for the days we were there the people the front desk insisted that we be well taken care of and we were not.

Quality Inn is a first choice for Capitola lodgings. Conveniently located to all the village has to offer. Beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and small pubs and tasting ros are walkable.
