In Hotel Cucuve we have only 2 stairs (2 floors)Our internet connection is provided by 2 starlink antennas, we are sorry, the estability of the service depends on the satellite provider, the Galápagos Islands are located in the middle of the ocean.Your shirt wasn't ruined, we delivered ironed and you agreed and tip the staff for this service.We have tried to explained how everything works in the Galapagos Islands and in the hotel, because the waste of energy is regulated by several institutions, but unfortunately, we have received phone hang ups and closes the door in front of us from you.It is super important that every visitor knows very well the place they are visiting, this is part of our briefing on arrival that you didn't wanted to receive.Our staff deserve respect.Wishing you a good sail in your cruise.Best regards,Ana Isabel Villacres & Hotel Cucuve Staff
