직원들은 모두 친절했고 룸서비스 또한 만족할 만한 수준이었으나 주변에 걸어서 갈만한 곳이 마트 한곳밖에 없어 아쉬웠습니다

Bathroom had “water” all over the floor and smelled very much like urine. There was hair all over the place. Just not very clean. Also the button for the light was broken so I had to sleep with the light on

Requested housekeeping, but didn’t get any entire time there ... no toilet paper ... no hot water ... supposed FREE calls to America never could connect, with answers that the number wasn’t in service - including the operator!

rates are cool 👍 convenient location esp to where my training class. Close to McDonald. I just didn't like there's no windows in the unit which makes the air and smell of the room not comfortable.

Almost satisfied
I paid via credit card online for an overnight stay for two, with free breakfast. We were charged for the breakfast upon check out, when the breakfast was supposedly free as it was indicated and confirmed through email. I had to argue with the receptionist and the supervisor to have it all sorted out.

The stay at Sogo is average and by that, I mean it’s just good enough to guarantee a decent night of sleep.

Good for a night of sleep
The room was clean but that was about it. The beddings are very basic but aren’t exactly comfortable. The drain on the combined tub/shower could not fully be opened though.

Avoid this hotel
The room smelt like cigarette smoke and was disgusting. I requested to have the room clean after my second night and they did not clean it at all during my stay. I would never go back.

Will stay at Sogo again.
I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. When I asked them to transfer me to another room as I did not like the "garage" room I was originally assigned to, they gave in to my request without any hesitation.

Recommended to families on a tight budget
It's more than what I imagined it to be. Hotel Sogo Sta. Rosa is way, way better than the other Sogo hotels (most are known for being a motel for quickies). During our stay there, many families with kids checked in the hotel. PLUS: CLOSE TO... grocery store, food shops and local transportation terminals.

SoGo Stay for Overnight
I booked three nights and stayed only one before moving somewhere closer to business. Nothing wrong with hotel for the short stayer, but did not find it suitable for my own needs. It is a short stay hotel/motel in Philippines and has good reputation for that, but not for the longer stay. All facilities seemed fine and everything worked and was clean. The hotel staff I met were all very friendly and sorted out minor booking problem without complaint. If passing through, I would recommend it to just get your head down and sleep but not much else there. They had exclusive room service, but not a restaurant and this may have been the room I had. If I had to stay again I would go for a higher priced room which looked comfortable as I passed. My room had no windows which always affects my enjoyment of a stay. Convenient enough for food and traffic etc., but nothing immediately available in hotel. I would stay again now I understand it all, but only overnight and where it was important to be near somewhere for business meetings etc. and early start. I personally couldn't recommend it for families (I have a family of my own) but otherwise very cheap overnight accommodation especially if very tired after a long day's travel. It is a short stay Hotel as are all SoGo hotels in Philippines and one should understand what a Motel is in the Philippines.

Best one if you plan to stay overnight after EK
The hotel staff were very nice. They immediately responded when we had problem in the bathroom, they immediately transferred us to another room. Their longanisa is very tasty!

The hotel registration staff was terrible. It took them more than 45mins to check-in my room and finally get room key. Booking through Expedia was seen unwelcome to them, they call Expedia for confirmation of our booking before reluctantly gave the room key. No smiles, terrible service. On the other side, the hotel room was very clean and comfortable.
