Open shower concept is not enjoyable, lets cold air in the shower. No face/wash cloth towels? Single use soap in one shower. 1 Bottle of water in the room isn't enough to make a coffee. Staff was not very helpful at the front desk. Left to figure out far too much as a foreign traveler. The guy who checked me in seemed to be upset he had to speak English and wouldn't charge the company account. I had to pay out of pocket which through my trip for a loop (Different amounts for Debit, than in using Credit this felt like a scam). The hotels Bartender and Male server were great, but all of the ladies were unwelcoming and un-attentive, despite seeing me every day and getting generous tips not even one proper greeting or smile. The hotel elevator works by fob, but if you are on the second floor it's roulette, as you will never know if your floor is properly selected. The indicator light was out in both elevators. This hotel is in an industrial area, surrounded by factories with electrified fences and security dogs. Hotel is a quality hotel, staff needs some work, location is fine if you want to be close to the airport but not hear planes. Nothing else of any value in walking distance.
