Boa opção em Santiago
É um hotel simples, mas muito confortável e aconchegante. Fica no Centro de Santiago, mas numa área tranquila. Extremamente limpo. As atendentes são muito gentis e prestativas. Estava muito frio e a calefação funcionou muito bem. Tem um bom café da manhã.

This was a wonderful little boutique hotel on a walkable cobbled street. The staff was exceptional and the room was very comfortable and quiet. It was easily in walking distance to Centro and right by a subway stop. Wonderful little place to stay. Thank you!

The old building with all it's original architecture was really great. Had fun exploring the building. Our room was fairly basic, but clean & comfortable. Our friends had a great room with a sitting room that had shutters which opened to enjoy the breeze & allowed you to people watch. The included breakfast was very basic.

Located downtown, just a block of main street. Easy walking in the historical district of the city. Boutique property over 100 years old and takes you back in time! Lots of eating options in the area. restaurant next door and loud at night.

This hotel was in the oldest part of town and it was on a street occupied by revolutionaries selling materials for promoting change and violence the weekend we were there. Our room was an interior space that was unaffected by any noise from the events. The bed was firm but comfortable. There was a portable air conditioner permanently installed to cool and ventilate the space, but the room was still was musty from age. There was a nice bar and breakfast room, and a free breakfast that was ok. They were supposed to be bilingual, but they had little English. For the price it was a good place to stay.

Tivemos problemas com o ralo do chuveiro que estava entupido. Prontamente nos ofereceram outro quarto para o banho e na última noite trocaram o quarto. No demais ocorreu tudo bem.

Bueno.
Me encantó la amabilidad de las señoras que trabajaban en el hotel, sobre todo de doña Amelia. Muy atenta, servicial y amorosa. Lo malo, la iluminación del baño era deficiente.

This is an older hotel but very well-maintained the staff is friendly and provides excellent service the only problem I had was that a number of the guest were heavy smokers and in the evening would go right outside the entrance to the hotel and smoke multiple cigarettes and the smoke Would enter the hotel through windows and doorways and being on the third floor and smoke rising it would fill the third floor With the smell of cigarette smoke . other than this I would recommend this hotel to stay in

Excellent location
Charming hotel. No elevator, so if steps are an issue for you, beware. We don’t mind steps and found this to be a very nice hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, good staff, good breakfast, and an excellent location.

Great location in downtown Santiago. It was nice to be able to walk to a lot of attractions. It might have been an issue with our phones, but we struggled to call them to get a ride from the airport so we wound up having to take an expensive taxi. They were extremely helpful setting up a taxi for our early morning flight when we left, however. We would stay there again!

A nice place to stay
The Vegas is an older, historical property that has been made into a hotel. It is in a quiet, cobblestoned area of the city just a block away from a main boulevard and subway stop. It is not luxurious but it is comfortable. The beds and bathroom are nice, you have individual control of your room temperature, and the included buffet breakfast will fill you up nicely. And the staff members are extremely nice and helpful. You will have to climb one or two flights of stairs to get to your room. So the Vegas is affordable, comfortable but not luxurious, and a friendly and safe place to stay.

Hotel super confortável, bem localizado. Região apenas não é boa para andar à noite, por se tratar do centro. Fui surpreendida apenas com a forma de pagamento, no ato do check in nos informaram que deveria ser pago em dólares!

Hotel muito bom em relação ao custo benefício.
Localizado bem no centro de Santiago por isso não havia silêncio de madrugada (se a janela for para a rua) mas conseguimos dormir. No check-in levamos um susto pois reservamos um quarto triplo e nos garantiram que nos alugariam mais uma cama, porém ao chegarmos no hotel nos falaram que nosso quarto tinha apenas duas camas de solteiro, depois de uma pequena conversa muito séria, nos "sederam" mais um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Claro que meu marido, nossos filhos e eu não dormimos separados, então unimos as camas de solteiros e dormimos todos juntos, no dia seguinte nos transferiram para um quarto com uma cama de casal e duas de solteiros. O café da manhã é bem modesto. Tirando esses fatos, as funcionárias do hotel foram muito gentis e prestativas conosco, o aquecedor funciona muito bem, o chuveiro é ótimo, a limpeza é impecável.

Staff spoke minimal English, the website pictures look better than the actual rooms. The heating did not work and the bathroom is very tired. Bedlinen was not clean, had hair on it and stains. Breakfast - bread was stale, bacon raw and minimal variety to eat. Location whilst downtown, was considered very dangerous with many muggings and robberies. This hotel was more like a basic hostel than a hotel and for the price was not good value.

Bem localizado, em uma travessa tranquila, mas perto de tudo no centro de Santiago. A recepcionista da noite fala bem português e todos os funcionários foram cordiais e dispostos a ajudar. O quarto, para o padrão chileno, é limpo e confortável; café da manhã muito bom.

Accommodating and pleasant staff. Good clean rooms and lobby. Breakfast is good with good variety. We enjoyed our stay. Reasonable rates. Location is close to everything a tourist would want to see on their visit to Santiago. Walking distance.

The hotel location was perfect close to subway station, DT and different venues of touristic attraction. Hotel stuff nice and respectful, and willing to give information when asked. Hotel services was good and room clean and neat.
