Great hostel in good location
Clean fun hostel and a great place to hang out, especially with my 9 year old who was happy playing table football and using the computers . Good location near a supermarket and bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Único y especial
Muy bella y única la hostal. Ubicado en un barrio pintoresco de la capital y muy cercano a las estaciones de metro, con vida nocturna cercana, pero bastante acogedor (Hay para todos los gustos). Desayuno contundente y una atmósfera relajada.

Nice hostel and friendly staff
Good overall experience. Very friendly staff yet the top bunk felt like there was little space overhead. Pretty cool hostel and I would certainly stay there again and recommend for short stays.

Pour une nuit pas chère
Très bien pour une courte nuit. On a un peu l'impression de débouler chez une vieille hippie qui aurait transformé sa maison en auberge. Ca pourrait être bien si les filles à l'accueil étaient un peu plus cools et souriantes et moins sur leurs portables

notre petit-déjeuner est inclus pour les chambres et les appartements privés, cette dernière est en face de l'auberge de jeunesse, plus d'intimité, belle vue et proche de bons endroits pour manger et la mobilisation

房間乾淨但沒有冷氣，衛浴分開但乾淨，常常有人清理，熱水供應穩定。wifi 沒有taihao、要到房間外才可以上網。離metro 站有一段距離，如果要走到機場巴士站需要15分鐘

Decent hostel with 24/7 front desk near Los Heroes
I rented a private bedroom with private bath. I arrived after midnight, which was no problem because the front desk is always staffed. Breakfast was very good. Best selection of TV channels of the 5 places I stayed at in Chile. No AC, but there was a fan in the room. Wifi was relatively slow. Location is decent if you need to take the Centropuerto bus to/from the airport at Los Heroes, as it's 10 minutes or less by walking.

thanks for your comment, and we are close to downtown is only a 20 minute walk, we shared and private parts, these are comfortable, and of course private with breakfast, to enjoy a great day in santiago

Muy sucio y descuidado a pesar de las bonitas obras de arte. Ruido x la noche en las habitaciones interiores (bar) y en las de la calle. Me desperté llena de picaduras de insectos

Al ser un hostel para backpackers obviamente hay ruido, no somos un hotel, quizás no somos el perfil que buscar, ya que aqui hay buena onda y se viene a compartir con más gente y aprender de nuevas experiencias, que te vaya muy bien ;)

Facilites such as showers and PC´s need upgrading as well as the bunk beds which are rickety but comfortable.

Breve visión de mi estadía
Primera vez que me fui de viaje a un hostal, y me pareció muy grata la experiencia (muy diferente a la mala perspectiva que se obtiene al buscar información con amigos o en internet), el personal que labora es muy atenta y con bastante conocimientos para dar indicaciones al momento de solicitarla. La disponibilidad de computadoras con internet 24/7 es de mucha ayuda, y la logística para almacenar comida me pareció original y sencilla. En la estadía tuve que modificar la reserva y se llevo a cabo sin inconvenientes. Buena ubicación a +0- 4 cuadras de estación de metro.

a lovely place to stay
I spent 3 nights in the "appartment", with beautiful view on Santiago! Very clean, nice atmosphere (nice decoration) people very friendly and always here to help you. breakfast is good and it full fills you ;) The area is more or less well located, at 5 mn from the metro "republica". One negativ point : fridge makes too much noise. Enjoy your stay here ;)

Não voltaria.
Reservei uma noite só, pois no dia seguinte iríamos para Mendoza. Chegamos bem tarde da noite, em pleno inverno. Fizemos questão de reservar um quarto com banheiro privativo. Em primeiro lugar - o banheiro é FORA do quarto - não é uma suíte. O banheiro do quarto privativo é espaçoso e muito bom, mas o chuveiro estava GELADO. Chegamos exaustos de viagem, e não conseguimos usufruir do benefício do quarto com banheiro privativo. Perdi uma hora enrolada na toalha, morrendo de frio, esperando para ver se o chuveiro consertava. Resultado: tive que tomar banho quente no banheiro compartilhado, que por sinal é PÉSSIMO (pior de todos os hostels que já fiquei na vida). Um dos chuveiros saia água espalhada para todos os lados, e o outro o ralo não descia a água - o banheiro ficou ALAGADO. Os boxs dos banheiros compartilhados são SUPER APERTADOS. No final, eles nos deram um desconto e uma garrafa de vinho, que não pagou o transtorno que passamos. Fomos dormir 2h da manhã e tivemos que sair no dia seguinte 6h.

É importante ler as informações de todos os quartos detalhes no momento da reserva. em todos os lugares é explicado que há 2 quartos com casa de banho ao lado, ou seja, um quarto contínua. sistemas são configurados apenas para o modo de banho privada em detalhes, mas claramente enunciados para evitar tais mal-entendidos. pequeno-almoço incluído para salas privadas está completo com opções, não poderia em qualquer caso, ser pobre. Ele consiste de leite e aveia bolos, iogurte, chá ou café, compotas, ovos mexidos e torradas.

Good place for younger people
Weekend in Santiago, figured I wanted to be closer to central parts of the city. Truth is that some of the streets leading up to the hostel are a bit iffy looking, but I was fine till late at night even. The hostel itself is really comfortable, not just the rooms which were also very cosy. I loved my solo room, WiFi was horrible in my room and mostly everywhere, but they have computers downstairs, so that was good. Great breakfast, smiley happy people. I liked the place, would go back, even as a young couple that wants to see the city.

find our tips at the staff board to get to know cour patrimonial area! this is old santiago, we are in the middle of 2 main subway lines and 10 blocks straigh from the city downtown. check out great restaurants and old times atmosphere of santiago city ! always ask for your guide with the staff ;)

we have 2 free computers with internet for guests and wifi in commun areas. in dorms you can get signal but not all the time

En general todo bien. Muy buen trato del personal, buen ambiente. Lo negativo es lo sucio de la habitación (cosa que he vivido en otros hostel) y lo realmente pésimo es el sistema de reserva de la página hoteles.com.... yo reservé una habitación de 12 dolares la noche y en el hostel figuraba la reserva hecha en una de 13.

Para decir algo positivo, los empleados fueron amables. Por el negativo: Sábanas sucias, baño privado pero no adentro de la pieza, wifi solamente disponible al lado de la recepción, estacionamiento en otra hotel y no incluido en el precio, necesario preparar desayuno su mismo y limpiar loza, desayuno no incluye un café si uno no quiere té. Todo esta es tolerable si uno sabe antes, pero no cuando uno espera un servicio completo como publicado.

Don't really know why this has a great review
An extremely average hostel. Breakfast was pretty much just bread; the room was fine, you have to go outside to get to the bathrooms. Close to the metro, good location but really creepy neighbourhood. Probably would not stay again.

Muy buen hostel
Estuve alojado en el departamento privado de este hostel y pudo recomendarlo ampliamente por la comodidad y limpieza de sus instalaciones. La ubicación es buena, esta a pocas cuadras (6) de las estaciones de metro y hay varios bares/restaurantes en la zona. El desayuno no está mal pero es básico, he visto mejores. El staff estuvo atento para ayudar a los huéspedes.

Preisleistung war okay Duschen und Toiletten wie auch die Betten waren sauber, leider funktionierte WLAN nicht was für mich wichtig war. Küche war sehr schmutzig so dass ich keine Lust vetspürte mit etwas zuzubereiten

Staff where poor in enforcing there own rules. Ie considerations to other guests. Hostel was extremely noisy, and instead of staff getting customers to be quiet, nothing was done. Hostel lay out is poor was communal areas to close to sleeping area resulting in no poor sleep.

Hostel diferenciado pela sua organização, staff amigável, bom custo-benefício e boa localização com relaçao ao centro da cidade e aeroporto. Limpeza impecável principalmente no banheiro, considerando que optamos pelo banheiro privado.
