Clean but to old condition. There is big place with to much potential and has everything thata a guest may need, but the building needs an urgent renewal; all facilitiess, rooms and furnitures must be remodelated.

Lugar tranquilo, cercano a la playa. No me agrado que el aire estaba goteando agua en la cama, la nevera daba corriente, no habían utensilios para hacer alimentos y la estufa estaba dañada, solo se podía usar una hornilla, no había grecas para hacer el café, tuvimos que salir del lugar a comprar saltenes,ollas,grecas, de verdad no fue agradable. en el área de la piscina perdimos unas sandalias y no la encontramos ni tuvimos respuesta, no ha cámara en esa zona, por lo que vimos el lugar no es seguro.

Ok, some people would like this hotel because of it’s age but for me not so much. I found everything to be outdated. Folks are wonderful but the room was not. The small shower was way to small to turn around properly. The bed sheet was patched. The TV is tube and of poor quality. Couldn’t get the login authorization page for the WIFI to work.

This hotel is a great value. I booked for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time. The accommodations are comfortable and the property is quiet, clean, and secure. The staff are attentive and very helpful. Lastly, the beach is right across the street and the view from the room's balcony was breathtaking.

The room was very outdated in all aspects. Old fridge that was kept close with a latch. Tv was 13” with just one channel. Bathroom very outdated. Wifi did not work on the property for IPhone users. Wifi signal did not work for android users in our room.

cuando llegue todo estaba tranquilo , cuando entre a la habitacion las paredes estaban sucias ,el aire acondicionado jamás funciono, los orificios de la cañería estaban abiertos, había pequeñas cucarachas , el inhodoro no bajaba correctamente , la nevera estaba toda oxidada , que no es seguro entrar alimentos ahí , estuve descalza y el piso estaba horriblemente sucio , es cierto que no es un lugar 5 estrellas pero deben mejorar .

No está mal, sólo le falta mantenimiento. Los elevadores pésimos. Los baños y cocina les falta un poco de mantenimiento. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, el área de la piscina está excelente. Sólo pocos detalles por arreglar.

Worst hotel ever. We stayed on the 6th floor and the elevator was a death trap! Hotel itself is in need of repair BADLY. The restaurant/bar wasn’t open, but I don’t think we would have eaten there anyways. The mattresses were very very hard. AC didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. TV was very old and didn’t even work. The shower in the bathroom was disgusting. We were supposed to 4 nights and left after the first night. The front desk Igor was nice upon arrival but didn’t even ask us why we were leaving early. I’m sure he knew why! DO NOT GO HERE!

Hotel has a very convenient location, just a 5 minute stroll to the beach. It has all the basics to ensure a pleasant stay.

The property is clearly not designed for comfort or safety. We booked 2 nights and when asked for a room cleaning they denied our request. The air conditioner was dripping water on the bed which left the sheets and pillows soiled. Looked like someone tried to fix it by placing Toilet paper in the a/c unit. Looked like black mold was in the unit as well and particles dropped on the bed. We decided not to stay at the property. Would not recommend this property.

Good location for the things I wanted to do. Very inexpensive. Pool and patio area very nice. Older property, but good hot water, water pressure. Needs some modern upgrades, but for me was good.

For the price......... we need to look at that and the fact that this is a quaint sort small hole in the wall that ... yes could be better ..... but ..... the staff was very courteous which made the experience a good one...... this place is awesome if you go on nonscheduled holidays they celebrate because the crowd can make or break the atmosphere. Other than that my experience was very good....

Este lugar es muy acogedor, sencillo y asequible. Lo mejor es que tiene su propio restaurante a muy buenos precios $$ - 5 y que esta súper ser ca de la playa, para conseguir la playa mas bonita solo deben caminar un poco a la derecha de la entra frontal donde lo único que tiene incomodo es que hay mucho sol, pero para eso es la playa. Y si quieren solo comer y disfrutar de la calma de la playa sin tanto sol pueden quedarse frente en la primera parte de la playa y comprar pescado hay mismo en donde están unas sillas y cheilon.

This is my 4th time in this property. Stayed for two nights for the weekend and enjoyed its convenient location. It's located on the newest part of Juan Dolio, close to all of the posh resorts. The price-quality ratio is very good. The beach is just a merely 4 minute walk. If you are planning to pay the reservation on site, please be aware that the hotel does not accept credit card payments. Nevertheless, you can always use your credit card on the Orbitz website by selecting the pay in advance mode. The property is close to restaurants like Sal Marina, El Mesón and to some small grocery stores that the locals call "Colmado". Also there's a restaurant on the hotel's premises. If you are on a budget and looking for a place to sleep and hit the beach, this is the place to stay.
