Nous venons de passer 8 jours dans cet établissement. Dani et Nayia sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients, et toujours avec le sourire. Elles se sont occupées de nos réservations restaurant et voiture. Vous pouvez leur demander quoique ce soit, elles sont toujours disponibles et très réactives. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillies par Dani, qui nous a surclassée à notre agréable surprise. Nous étions dans la villa "HOUSE I", c'était parfait (grande piscine, jacuzzi). Tout était très propre. Le matin, le petit déjeuner était apporté à l'heure que nous souhaitions. Le personnel est également très très gentil. La vue est exceptionnelle. Séjour magnifique, on ne peut que recommander

Our stay was amaaaaazing! Everything about 270 Oia view was perfect. We stayed in the Cave pool villa. It was a dream. If we could rate 10 stars we would. This is the perfect place to stay away from the crowds, but still only a few minute walk to Oia village. Finika resturaunt was a wonderful place to eat across from the villa. Dani and Nayia made our stay so special. Impeccable service. They are amazing. We would definately stay again and highly recommend this as the place to stay when visiting Santorini!

All I can say is wow!!! The place, the location, and Dani and Nayia made this stay absolutely perfect. They were so accommodating with our early arrival and late departure. Their recommendations for restaurants were excellent. I can not say enough…just book it!!!

we just recently completed our trip to Santorini, and my 10 year old fell in love with this cave style home hotel. We were so pleasantly welcomed, given all the information and map, a very amazing welcome drink by Nayia. Both Nayia and Dani were connected with us even before we arrived, and took care of every little need. Thank you! the unit itself was very conveniently situated so we didn't have to go uphill too much. the unit was sparkling clean, the staff (housekeeper and others) all were extremely professional and welcoming. I would totally recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Santorini and wanting to stay in Oia. We really enjoyed all the recommendations made by Naiya and Dani, including wineries, restaurants, what to see, what to do, and how to get around the island, including which streets are one way, where to park etc. We really enjoyed every bit of the stay. The world famous Oia Sunset and view is a cherry on top! we thank the entire staff and owner of this place for the wonderful experience in a foreign place. The owner has done a wonderful work of architecting and designing these units with every little detail.

This was one of the best trips ever. The villa was beautiful and peaceful. I loved the privacy we had. The architecture was stunning the service was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. Everything was within walking distance. Thank you for an amazing stays

AMAZING! Oia 270 View was a great choice. We stayed in one of the villas and we cannot say enough good things about this property. The view, the staff, the pool…fantastic!! We will definitely recommend Oia 270 View. About a 15 minute walk to the main town of Oia. Peaceful relaxation but close to the amazing restaurants and shops, We will definitely go back!!

If you are looking for accommodations that are private, walking distance to Oia (20 min), walking distance to local restaurants (5-7 min, we LOVED Meze Meze), away from the noise of the busier areas (Oia & Fira), spacious, parking onsite, provides amazing views and the staff are AMAZING this is the place to stay! We recommend 4-5 nights if you want to relax, explore and see the touristy sites as well. If you are into history we recommend the prehistoric city on the south end of the island, very cool! Staying here allowed us the perfect combination of all the above, it was hard to leave! Highly recommend!

What a great hotel. We stayed in the villa for 4 days, I wish we had booked a whole week. And the staff were very friendly and would do anything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

It was an awesome stay. Panayiota and Maria are extremely helpful, friendly and if there was any issue they found as quick as possible a solution. The house is amazing you have everything what you need, the scenery beautiful 20min walk to Oia and the view on the sunset unforgettable. Thanks for the wonderful accommodation and experience!!

Just book already!
Incredible suite. Found ourselves taking photos of the interiors to use as inspiration back home. Enviable location (very close to Sigalas winery) and a short walk to The main tourist sports in the north of the island. Our own pool (perfect temperature) and even a table to watch the sunset. Reception/concierge very receptive and on hand for recommendations. Already trying to figure out when we can go back and hopefully share this find with friends!

We had an amazing stay at 270 Oia's View. Perfect location, very clean, everything we needed was available in the villa. The Reception and Cleaning Staff were amazing. The views really are stunning from the pool. We were upgraded to the 4 bedroom house on arrival which was a lovely surprise. The Villa was kept immaculately clean. The Staff will do anything for you. Taxi arranged to and from the airport which was a bit pricey but we knew this in advance and booked it anyway for ease. Restaurant directly across the road with stunning views. Oia town is about a 20 minute walk along the main road. We didn't need a car as we kept to ourselves. Local bus stop directly outside - 1.60 one way to Fira! Would not hesitate to visit again - we loved that it was a little out of the main town and it was so wonderfully peaceful. Thank you!

Great staff, clean spacious rooms, great private pool. We stayed in the cave house and had a nice view of Oia and the NorthWest coast of the island. The caldera view is blocked by hill/walking path from Thira to Oia. But you could get one of the best views of the caldera if walked about 3 minutes up hill to the walking path/church. About a 15 min walk to Oia. Easy parking and near a bus stop. If you plan on exploring the rest of the island from this hotel, I would recommend a rental car because the bus may be full leaving Oia, and the Oia bus station is about a 20-25 min walk from hotel. Overall, I think it is hard to find a better deal on the island. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms or more depending on which villa you choose, private pool, clean, friendly, and with a good view, not great view like the caldera cliff hotels.

This place is great! It is always sparkling clean and the staff always goes above and beyond! They were amazing help when it came to directions, how-to and where to eat! This location is about a 12 min walk from the Oia town which is not too bad at all - you get the nice and quietness at night and still a great view of the sunset every night. Loved this place very much!

Located on top of hill just outside of Oia (can walk into Oia or take bus) so unobstructed view of sunset. The deluxe villa with 2 bedrooms is the size of a small house and has a private pool.The bedrooms and bathrooms could use an update but overall, it’s a comfortable accommodation with an unforgettable view.

The CAVE Rooms are AMAZING - Cut into the lava -then smooth, painted walls - pristine clean, Luxury "caves" with hot showers and AC! We had our own plunge pool and gorgeous view of the sunset - not on the Caldera but quick walk downhill to Oia! Oia 270 provided very personalized service - even up at 0630 to make sure our taxi picked us up! Great orientation - Maria and Panayiota were SO helpful making reservations - arranging taxis. They had stocked the kitchen with basic breakfast - I HIGHLY recommend this quiet, friendly place across from Finikia (also a great restaurant)

It was perfectly located near Oia center. We rented a car through the hotel which was essencial for transportation. The room had a lot of privacy. The receptionist was more than amazing. She helped with everything from sight seeing to reaturant suggestions. Definitly one of the best optiones when in santorini. Only thing missing was room service (for food).

I loved the privacy that you enjoyed on your deck and private pool. Also, loved the sunset views. Really nice place to stay at. Bus stop is right next to the Superior Villa making it very convenient to travel to and from OIA Center and FIRA.

Very comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us tips and booked us a sailing excursion which was wonderful. Highly recommend this place.

270 Oia is absolutely amazing. My husband and I recently stayed there as part of our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. Staff organised airport transfers for us and where there to meet us when we arrived super early. Our room wasn't ready, as it was 8am!, so we were given a map and shown a few places to go and have a look at and where to have breakfast. We got a call a couple of hours later, 3 hours before we expected to, saying our room was ready!! It was amazing. The view and the private pool were the best way to finish our trip. Staff were always sooo helpful and the hotel couldn't be better. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect spot for those seeking privacy!
Our stay in Santorini was incredible. The views from Cavehouse VII were fantastic and the grotto is heavenly. What made this place so special was the close proximity to Oia and the staff. After walking to town for shopping and meals on several occasions, we realised how fortunate we were that we weren't directly caught inside the "fishbowl." The property blends in beautifully to its natural surroundings. Our host help set up taxis and reservations at some of the nicest restaurants on the island. Such a great trip and they were gracious enough to give us a "going away" present to remember our time here.

A beautiful place to stay
This is a lovely place to stay. The staff are wonderful and nothing is any trouble to them. The villa is very spacious and well equipped with the most amazing views. If you are staying with young children there are stairs with no rail so they need to be watched, but otherwise all amazing

Just a bit far from the center otherwise perfect. Excellent for a family, even if the ground shower should be a bit more furnish.

Fantastic. Great space, very private.
Loved it. Beautiful villa with wonderful outside space and pool. So much better than the crowded hotels in town. A short walk gets you there, but unless you like cruise ship tour groups stay here!
