Great location, great staff, very clean. Breakfast was a good standard. Only downside was bar food and drinks were expensive and your not allowed to eat or drink any food bought from outside the hotel so when we spent the day at the pool it was quite expensive. Cabs to and from the airport are also expensive €20 each way (for a 5 min journey) and on the way back our driver picked up another couple and charged us €20 each!! Good idea to take Scented nappy sacks for used toilet paper as you cannot flush... maids cleaned the room daily and emptied the bins but still glad we took the nappy sacks..

New and Modern Hotel Rooms
The room renovation is quite new and modern. Very comfortable. Swimming pool size as compared with other hotels is large and reasonable. Nice service. When we asked by email about the transfer from airport, the hotel gave nearly immediate reply and suggestion. Very helpful ! But sofa bed is bit narrow for a normal adult to sleep. Nevertheless, the sofa bed quality is so far nice.

Two pools (one more family oriented by the restaurant) and one which was quieter around the back. Very good desk staff!! Friendly, welcoming, great knowledge of the island.

Struttura in buonissima posizione rispetto al lungomare di Kamari, ricco di ristoranti e negozi, oltre alla spiaggia in sabbia e ciottoli “neri”. Edifici di recente costruzione, hall accogliente e personale gentile e garbato. Disponibili due piscine, bar, lettini ed ombrelloni, oltre ad una piscina per bimbi. A pochi metri di distanza due supermercati h24, ristoranti, parcheggi e la spiaggia a 100m circa. Stanze ben pulite quotidianamente ed accoglienti: ampie, con balconi e/o terrazze (non sempre private). Colazione con ampia scelta, maggiormente con prodotti in stile anglosassoni. Consigliatissimo!

A really nice clean, modern hotel in a great location. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are three swimming pools within the hotel complex and there are plenty of sunbeds. There's even a gym. It's only a short walk to the beach, shops and a huge selection of restaurants, and there's a supermarket just across the road. It is only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport, but the proximity to the airport means that planes fly pretty low over the hotel when they are coming in to land. This is a bit of a surprise when it first happens, but it doesn't happen that often and, after a while, you don't even notice them. Overall, a great hotel.

Het is een schoon en netjes hotel en het heeft alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Het hotel heeft ook een goede ligging. Wat ik minder vond was dat gasten strandbedjes aan het zwembad reserveerden door hun handdoeken erop te leggen en hierdoor was het soms lastig een plekje te vinden. Deze gasten waren soms voor uren weg en hielden deze strandbedjes bezet. Het ontbijt was prima en het personeel was vriendelijk.

Amazing hotel
Excellent hotel. Only stayed one night, but would have love staying longer. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool at the center is excellent. Service was nice and free breakfast was good. Kamari is also a very very convenient location in Santorini (in my mind way better than Fira). Been closed to the airport was not an issue at all (just a few flights a day, noise level is fine, did not hear anything at night).

Pour un hotel de cette catégorie et à ce prix on aurait pu prétendre à mieux. L'insonorisation est mauvaise et le vitrage laisse passer tous les bruits de la rue et de l'hotel. Le ménage : la femme de ménage se contente de passer la serpillière le matin donc sans aspirateur on retrouve le soir les poussières et autres sables... Nous avons eu droit à deux lits jumeaux sur roulettes... et les roulettes sans frein ca roule... le personnel est en revanche très sympathique et très serviable ils sont intervenus très rapidement pour déboucher la douche et le lavabo. Mais ils parlent très fort dans leurs talkies-walkies le matin et comme les portes et fenêtres laissent passer tous les bruits... vous êtes réveillé tôt en fanfare. Le moteur de la piscine fonctionne jour et nuit dans un bruit de ronronnement très désagréable mais nécessité fait loi on a besoin de dormir donc on s'y habitue. La clim fait un bruit de clim. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque et très bon. L'hotel est très bien placé à quelques dizaines de mètres des plages, un loueur de quad et voiture tout près et un supermarché et un DAB tout près et c'est très appréciable.

This hotel is in the perfect location - 2 min walk from Kamari beach, LOTS of restaurants and bars to choose from, and right opposite a car rental place that was also very helpful and friendly. The staff at this hotel were amazing - there was nothing we asked that they didn't accomodate. For instance, there are no kettles in the rooms. But if you just ask at the front desk, they have a kettle sent to your room. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety. And there are two pools - one is mainly for families and one was quieter so we choose to use that one. I definitely recommend staying here! Only a 10 min taxi to the airport too. The only downside is that taxis the hotel books for you tend to always be late. So book your airport transfers 30 mins earlier than you actually need them to be.

It was all great! The only drawback would be some small ants on the floors whic was a bit of a nuisance. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!

La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta. Si trova a 100 mt dalla spiaggia e alcune strutture ricettive (market, ristoranti, bar, negozi, noleggio auto/moto, ufficio escursioni). Le stanze grandi e confortevoli hanno reso stupefacente il soggiorno e nei momenti di relax un piacere stare nella struttura. Le stanze sono giudicate impeccabili per la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli. Piscina e servizi sempre pronti all’uso. Santorini, un’isola bellissima vissuta in hotel altrettanto bello.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, beautifully furnished room, refreshing pool, yummy breakfast. Just beware that the airport transport is listed on hotels.com as 9 euro a person, but the staff claims it's 20 euros a person and the actual driver will claim is 25 euros when you arrive at the airport...

Atractive hotel and grounds close to bars etc
Week long holiday with group of friends. Nice resort and beach better than anticipated. Many restaurants include beach bed and umbrella when you book lunch. Hotel pools are good but were more crowded towards end of our holiday. We booked a junior suite and were more than satisfied with space and cleanliness. A good breakfast included.

WLAN toimi heikosti huoneessa, satellittikanavia vain muutama ja nekin näkyivät heikosti. Henkilökunta yllättävän yrmeää, yleensä Kreikassa ystävällisempi palvelu. Lentokoneet laskeutuivat suoraan hotellin yli, mutta liikenne hiljeni öisin. Kamarin kiva rantabulevardi lähellä.

Great hotel , the only negative was the breakfast is nothing special for the money you pay. Santirini is expensive. Staff fantastic. Would recommend and I'm quite fussy.

Not so bad hotel in a not-so-horrible place.
Aegean Plaza Hotel isn't a terrible hotel, but I was looking for a spectacular one. It was filled (FILLED) with low-cost British tourists not interested in Greek cuisine or culture. The breakfast buffet was poor. Lots of processed meats, beans, hot dogs and colored drinks. Nothing Greek, except for yogurt. There was NO fish available for lunch. The surrounding restaurants offered cheap meals of pizza, hamburgers, pasta and the like. The worst of all were the constant planes taking off and landing at the airport, located nine minutes away. Would I return? No.

When we got to the hotel, the staff was there to assist us. Everybody is very friendly. The hotel is very clean.The breakfast was not so great, a lot of the days I went without it. There is a great tavern across the street from the hotel that serves very good food and it's not expensive. The waiter Andreas was very helpful and entertaining.The people in Santorini are very friendly.

Nice hotel, close to Kamari beach.
Lovely hotel, clean, friendly staff & I had a lovely room. Went with my 70 year old Dad for a quiet holiday. Three different pools to choose from. We spent most of our time by the quieter pool round the corner from the main pool. My room was by the breakfast bar & main pool so was a little loud but as I was up early & out every night for lunch it didn't bother me too much. They do have a rule not to put towels out on sunloungers to reserve them but people do & the staff don't enforce it which they probably should. We also had some pretty loud Swedish on our last couple of days playing a Bluetooth speaker around the quiet pool when everyone was reading, but that's not the hotel's fault. Apart from those two things, can't fault the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel & the service. Lovely & friendly & welcoming, suitable for all.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable.
Had a nice time at this hotel - myself and elderly mum - few areas where the are no hand rails at the marble stairs but only a few at a time. Room 218 was large with a balcony overlooking the pool. Good choice at breakfast and the poolside bar was great at the end of a busy day. Room was cleaned daily by pleasant lady who fitted in with our schedule.

Hotelli siisti, studio-huone iso ja kaikki mukavuudet löytyy. Ensin annettiin pienempi twin-huone, mutta heti löytyi se oikea varaus, kun valitettiin asiasta. Soveltuu lapsiperheille, allasalueella paljon lapsia ja ajoittain melkoisen levotonta menoa, johtuen isosta määrästä brittiperheitä riehuvine lapsineen. Huono wifi. Aamupala erittäin munapitoinen, alkoi tökkiä puolivälissä viikkoa. Hotellin vieressä pieni super-market, josta sai kaiken tarpeellisen.

The hotel was okay for a one night stay
The room was spacious and clean. However, it was quite bare and lacks basic amenities for example box of tissue, kettle, tea mugs or glasses. There was not even a bottle of complimentary bottle of water even when we were told at reception not to drink the tap water. This would have been helpful if one was checking in late at night. Given the size of the room, the bed could be slightly bigger. Quality of the mattress was just average. The internet connection was poor inside the room. The hotel is located close to the airport. However, relatively to other areas on the island there is not much to see around the hotel

Angenehmes Hotel in Strandnähe
Wir haben 5 Tage hier Urlaub gemacht und haben uns jeden Tag wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad waren sauber und wir hatten eine fantastische Dusche. Der Service war umfassend, ruhig und zuvorkommend. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ständig war Personal bereit zu helfen und Ordnung zu schaffen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und für südliche Verhältnisse umfangreich. Der Speck und die Würstel waren jetzt nicht so unser Fall, aber es gab leckere Ei-Variationen und auch einige Brotvarianten. Für Süßes war auch gesorgt. Besonders der frisch gebrühte Kaffee hat für uns das Frühstück super gemacht. Das Zimmer war ruhig und mit einer funktionierenden Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Enttäuschend war einzig die magere Senderauswahl im TV. Den ganzen negativen Kommentare über den störenden Fluglärm im Internet müssen wir widersprechen: wir fanden uns in keinster Weise davon gestört. Die paar Flieger, die wir am Tag gehört haben, sind wirklich zu ignorieren. Wir waren auch allerdings den ganzen Tag unterwegs auf der Insel und haben nicht nur am Hotel eigenen Pool gelegen. Der Poolbereich ist aber wirklich sehr einladend wie die komplette Hotelanlage übrigens. Alle Zimmer sind um den Poolbereich gruppiert und mit mit 3 stöckigen typisch kykladischen Bauten sehr ansprechend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Super séjour à l'Aegean plaza, bonne situation à 2 minutes à pied de la plage, personnel très souriant et efficace. Séjour parfait et reposant La situation proche de l'aeroport n'est pas du tout gênante et il n'y a pas d'avions la nuit. Personnel prévenant' souriant et hyper efficace, très disponible.

Upon arrival we were shown to our rooms by a porter, who was efficient, but not as welcoming as one would expect. After travelling one wants a good night's rest. Unfortunately the revellers at the pool side bar were rather a rowdy lot, so we were relived we had brought our earplugs with us. Our first impressions were positive in the visual sense of simplistic cleanliness. The maid service was efficient. The included breakfast as an onslaught upon our sensibilities. In a room meant for 10 people, there were at least 40 milling around precariously while balancing hot drinks. The ONLY fresh ingredient was a few slices of watermelon. The toast was made of stale bread. The staff never offered a friendly good morning, but did smile occasionally. Screaming children, too much chlorine in the pool(s), a noisy air conditioner and perpetually salty water didn't make for a pleasant relaxing break.
