Hideaway spot, very clean.
Cute little loft room. The lift area stays quite warm despite many attempts to get a/c to reach there. Great locale, within steps to the beach and great restaurants. The bathroom has no windows and just one dim light so very dark. Had to go purchase TP since our family of 5 went thru the 2 rolls in room quickly. The front desk is left unmanned for long periods of time so difficult to reach anyone with issues. Room very clean. Directions get you to back parking area, but with no signage for directions very difficult to find. Stopped at another hotel and they gave me directions to front entrance. Small pool, but used beach anyways. Able to drive out and see the local sights fairly easily from here.

The room was nice, but the shower is TINY! The water from the tap is salt water. You need to buy water to drink. The WIFI was practically non-existent. The location is hard to find, but it is in a nice area. It's close to the beach and restaurants.

Clean and tidy
The room was small and clean and anything you might need was there. The pool is small and I would say mainly for children but there is jacuzzi as well and you can have drinks at the pool bar

The service at Anny Studios was amazing. The location is great. Perrisa Beach is a great place to stay on the island if you are trying to get away from the crowds of Oia for example. Walkable area, pool, airport/ferry port transfer and if you arrive early or need to check out before your flight/ferry, they will hold your bags for you. Staff were always accommodating, helpful and super friendly!

Bar au bord de la piscine. - : Chambre petite pour 4 personnes. Salle de bain petite et avec mauvaise odeur. Propreté laissant à désirer. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Close to beach, as advertised.
We stayed at this budget conscious hotel right off the black sand beach at Perissa on our first trip to Santorini. The couple that run the hotel are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is what I would consider a three Star quality hotel in Greece and was as advertised. It is close to the bus station. Our stay was ruined by a major power outage, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

It was perfect. Near the beach. The room had everything you need. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful! And the owner was also very obliging. Loved it there.

Excellent service, room, and location
It was an amazing stay! Due to my flight being delayed, I got there well after the reception hours closed. Despite that, they were kind enough to give me access to my room and I was able to sleep comfortably after a hectic day. The next morning, the staff checked me in and gave me a detailed overview of the local area, including sites to see, tours, and even the bus schedule! The room was clean and even came with cooking ware. The location was right off the beach, so that was super convenient. One minor thing was that wifi was only available in the lobby, and not in the room. I didn't really need it, so it was really a small inconvenience. I will say that if you're going to stay here, you shouldn't stay cooped up in your room surfing the web.

Poop in the pool, bites on my legs, dirty towelsl
Friendly staff and great location. Still, the 1st day did we discover poop in the pool. The staff was notified and they removed it... Still the pool remained open. After 1st night I woke up with +20 bitemarks on my legs. The staff said it was not bedbugs but mosquitos...all windows to the room was locked and it was very windy that night. I demanded to get a new room so we got that, downgraded. We stayed 3 nights and had a total of 5 dirty towels during this time. Now with the money in my opinion! I have tried to upload photos but the system don't allow me...

dear guest , the poop on the pool it was a small wooden part from the trees above the pool :) we pick it up ,thne we know from closer about that :), about the bites anyone can understand mosquito bites special if all doors and windows are open at a beach area at an island, after that we suggest you to be closed all windoes and doors and use ac or close the curtin when you go out at the balcony , we are happy that after the 1st day that you was more carefull about that not any more bites happen. Thanks for choose our place for your holidays ,we hope to see you back again and have the chance to give you better memories next time

Nice but not amazing
Overall it was good. The room was small and bathroom tiny with a very narrow shower. The floor drain was blocked so water would over flow a bit and it smelt. Pool area was nice but again narrow. Staff were helpful. Convenient spot only 30m from the beach with a huge amount of restaurants and cafes lining the beach to choose from. Quite a few small shops too.

disappointing stay at the Anney studios
The room i was allocated on arrival was well under par for the money i paid, the room was dated,bathroom was too small,the toilet was dirty, the shower curtain was not fixed properly, rust river all down the tiles from shower taps the shower head kept falling off and to cap it off we had a ant invasion through the bathroom window on a evening. Avoid this hotel or room no1 it needs a upgrade, ideal for back packers who are not bothered were they sleep.

Great location with excellent and knowledgeable staff who were always very helpful. Couldn’t ask to be any closer to the beach. Tiny shower difficult to fit in and not the greatest bed would be the only things to improve.

Great location!!!
Location is excellent! Plenary of restaurants with good food that offer free beach chairs if you consume! All staff members were great, except for the man in the front desk during the day... very moody!!! Rooms are small but comfortable and the room for 5 people is great, but only has one bathroom.

Where to start... Terrible!
This hotel is down an alley to the beach but has no street front to speak of. It was not easy to find. When we checked in we were 4 people and the room had 2 levels but 1 one AC and the most narrow stairs. It never got cool and the stairs were a death trap. Do not take this room! We asked to change rooms and at least they accommodated us into a connecting room. The bathrooms are so dated and not clean and there is no fresh water! The shower uses salt water so we never felt clean. We even bought bottles of water to take a shower. We also took another room for 2 people and were given a dark and dusty room. My allergies were crazy so I asked to change rooms. In the pictures you see balconies on the pool. There was one available so I asked for it and the owner said no because they are only reserved for people staying 1 week or more. Some people even had basement rooms which I would have never stayed in. As for the internet, it never worked. Do not stay here!

Trångt och slitet men bra läge.
Vi hade en "familjelägenhet" som tyvärr inte fungerade speciellt bra som lägenhet. Dels var rummet väldigt litet men framförallt så var köket inte mycket att skryta om. Dåligt utrustat och väldigt litet. Vår kokoplatta blev så varm att knapparna smälte och gjorde brännmärken i bänkskivan. Personalen var dock trevliga och tillmötesgående och läget var mycket bra (50 meter till stranden).

Cute Greek Hotel Next To The Beach
For my holiday to Santorini, I wanted a simple room close to the beach and that felt homey and welcoming. Anny Studios was just that. It was not a fancy place, but it has what you need and the small feel made it comfortable and welcoming. I have lived in Greece before, and the staff at Anny Studios made you feel as if you truly were in Greece despite how touristy it can get. My room was cleaned every day with the bed made and the staff was very helpful in directing you with how to do things in the area as you wanted. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Anny Studios!!

"Cheap" possibility to stay in Perissa
Since Perissa is expensive in general, Anny's Studios is a cheap possibility very close to the beach. The room was ok to be there for one week, but since the bathroom was really really small, we were glad to get back home. The staff is nice and courteously! Perissa is a destination for couples!!! Don't travel there with a group of friends, there is hardly nightlife!

Hotel with a hostel flavour
The place was just okay, friendly staff and just meters away from the beach. But a bit pricy considering it did not include breakfast. The room was clean but the shower/toilet was dark and not very comfortable. There was enough place for 6 people in the room but the aircon was not strong enough to cool the room, specially for those sleeping upstairs.

Nice hotel close to the beach
Only a short laneway from the beach and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and bar.

Nice little hotel. Rooms are dated but you get what you pay for. Very loud as my room was adjacent to the stairwell, but steps to the beach and boardwalk. Staff were the best part always accommodating and happy to help.

Great location - no fuss!
Rooms are basic but have what you need - if anything isn't working they have it fixed the same day. Air con is good in the rooms and most have a balcony to get the evening breeze. Reception is very knowledgeable and will help you organise trips etc. The hotel is right on the main beach and restaurant area and bars with live music are also close. It can be a little noisy at night but it usually stops around midnight. Pick up service from port & airport is an absolute bonus too!

Wunderschönes Strandhotel
Gemütliches Hotel, sehr netter Besitzer und Personal. Helle schöne geräumige Zimmer. Aber das beste ist dass man direkt am Strand ist. Tolles Preis Leistungs Verhältnis und viele junge nette Leute. Alle sprechen Englisch und sind zuvorkommend. Würde immer wieder hingehen😄

Backpackers only!
I will start with positives. The room was cleaned and fresh towels priovided every day. And the location, once you manage to find the tiny lane that leads to the place, is just across from the beach. The staff were friendly. My hats the only positives I can think of. Although cleaned the studio still looked dirty and there was often a very unpleasant smell. I expected the small kitchenette, that was fine - but the cutlery provided was rusty. Literally rusty! The shower was awful, pressure really poor and I had no hot water at all for the 4 days. When I complained I was told I wa obviously first person having a shower in the morning so I'd need to run the water for at least 20 mins to heat up - it never did! My roommate on the stairs and the house was awful at times. This place is a good choice for those backpacking around otherwise, I'd avoid it.

Nettes, einfaches Hotel in Superlage nahe Strand
Es war eine herrliche Woche am schwarzen Strand von Perissa. Das Hotel ist einfach, hat ein paar Ausstattungsmängel, aber eine sehr gute Atmosphäre. Man muss allerdings entweder selbst bis mitten in der Nacht mitfeiern oder es darf einem nichts ausmachen, wenn die vielen jungen Leute im Hostelteil des Hotels an Bar und Pool feiern und sich danach unten noch laut unterhalten. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und nett und die Lage 20m vom Strand ist einfach ideal. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Great value for what you get; would stay again.
What wasn't obvious to me until my 3rd day is that this accommodation is mixed youth hostel and hotel. I did notice almost immediately that the guests were primarily the college crowd although there were a few other groups of people in my age range (middle-aged). I ended up getting my own private room, bathroom, and queen-size bed. No different than other similar hotels that I have stayed at in in this price range. For potential guests at this hotel, please be mindful which accommodation you are booking, hostel or hotel. Some hostel rooms include up to 6 people in a shared room. There might be other rooms with more. All of the guests young and old were very nice and respectful people. My room was well insulated so going to bed before most guests, I did not hear any loud night parties. Must be ok being around a young crowd. On the plus side, a very pleasant social environment.

Best hotel staff in Greece
The staff went out of their way to help us. They helped with transportation and day excursions. They were some of the friendliest people we met in Greece. The location was perfect. The room was good for large groups of people. There were many single beds.
