리셉션의 매니저? 굉장히 친절하고 의시소통이 원활하지 않았음에도 성의있게 알려주어서 좋았으며, 체크인 때 짐을 옮겨주는 직원은 지쳐보였다. 1박이기 때문에 좋은 객실을 선택했고 기대 이상의 객실에 만족스러웠다. 외부인 출입이 제한되기에 안전하고 이아캐슬 바로 밑이라서 선셋도 객실 테라스와 자쿠지에서 감상할 수 있어서 너무 좋았다. 근처에 식사 할 곳도 많아서 호텔 근처에서는 불편한 점이 없었다

ハネムーンが妻の誕生日と重なり、こちらのホテルを利用しましたが、とても素晴らしい体験になりました。 場所はイア市内の中心にあり、少し岬のように突き出した位置にあるため、180°美しい街並みと海が一望できます。 夕陽は直接ホテルから見えないですが、少し離れた絶景スポットにホテルのプライベートスペースを用意しているため、非常に優雅に世界一美しい夕陽を堪能できました。 また、サプライズにも柔軟に対応いただき、妻も大満足の宿泊となりました。 値段は高いですが、それに見合う最高の施設と景色とサービスを楽しめるので、またぜひ妻と訪れたいです。

The hotel staff was so accommodating. They arranged airport pickup, then concierge carried our bags up and down lots of Santorini steps. The receptionist was so nice and explained in detail the benefits of our room and ordered our breakfast for us. They also did the same as we were leaving. The views were one of the best parts of this hotel. We loved our balcony and heated plunge pool to watch the sunset. Shopping area is close by as well. We had such a great time and will stay here again if we return.

Truly the very best vacation we have experienced! The Aspaki Executive hotel had an incredible location in Oia right next to the famous three blue dome churches and was walkable to delicious restaurants! The hot tub, delicious breakfast and view from our balcony was breathtaking! But most of all was the staff! I am amazed by the Greek hospitality… every single member of the staff was so attentive, warm, kind, thoughtful and engaging! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be pampered and truly have a once in a lifetime experience! Thank you so much for having us and we hope to be back very soon!

Art Maisons Aspaki is the ideal place to vacation in Santorini! The property is very clean, very comfortable, the entire staff is so warm and welcoming, the food they prepare on the property is 5 star, and the view from the hot tub is absolutely stunning! Lots to do within walking distance. I loved shopping of course! The staff arranged car service to and from airport and also touring. I can honestly say there was nothing I did not like except leaving! We will definitely be calling Art Maisons Aspaki our home away from home and the staff our extended family in Santorini! By FARRR the best place I have ever stayed at. Best location, best design, best food, bestest of best staff. It starts with them being great communicators before your arrival date, to picking you up and carrying your bags when you get out of the cab (which they can schedule for you), to serving you in a super awesome way! Example: when we got there and finished checking in and getting a bunch of details, we went to sit by the pool to soak in the beautiful view the propriety has to offer, and within less than 60 seconds someone brought us ice water dropped it off and asked if we need anything at all. The rooms are so clean and well designed: you sleep in a cave and shower in a cave, this is all after you take a dip in your private hot tub with a stunning view of the caldera and the water… I am honestly speechless about the design The food is also phenomenal. Their included breakfast has everything you could want and they always bring it so fresh and quick. You can of course eat this from your private balcony or at their restaurant (both of which have great views). They have such an amazing view that people from other hotels line up outside this one to try to get a good angle to get their own pics… this also applies to their private sunset view area (which requires reservation so please plan in advance). People were literally piled up above each other while you can have your own free space to rom around and enjoy the spectacular view of the sunset. Must go!

The hotel staff and food were very nice and we enjoyed the sunset tour at their property. They made our stay very comfortable and I appreciate it. Now I am aware that our room was different from the photos on Expedia and a little disappointed. Except that, everything was perfect.

My stay at this hotel was good and the views were breathtaking but I wouldn't say it was exceptional due to the fact that I didn't get the room I expected and was showing while I was booking it. They said since it was done through Expedia I don't get to choose so that was disappointing but other than that everything else was great. So my advice is if you want a specific room make your booking through their site instead of somewhere else.

Beautiful, on the cliffs of Oia with breathtaking panaramic views of the caldera, quiet, yet steps from town and the shops and restaurants. Restaurant on the property was wonderful with amazing views as well.

My wife and I traveled to Santorini for our 30th anniversary, and I cannot express how great the Aspaki was. The property in Oia overlooks the Caldera, so there was not a bad view from any of the rooms, but ours was especially beautiful. The only thing that rivaled the property itself was the staff. They have a private sunset viewing platform at the Oia Castle which is awesome to avoid the large crowds that crowd the castle rooftops every night. We included breakfast in our booking. We had breakfast on our terrace every morning and started every day taking in the beautiful view of the Caldera and Aegean Sea and the food was amazing and never left us wanting. Despina, was amazing. She helped with booking tours, transfers, and helped to accommodate our smallest request treating as if it was our most important. Nefeli, was great. She helped to ensure that we had a wonderful experience, and Sergio tended to our every need. They collectively, and individually made us feel as if we were their only guest. For first time, or repeat visitors, the Aspaki property in Oia Santorini is a must!!! We are already planning our return and this is the property we plan on staying.

WE plus que parfait à l'hôtel Art Maison Aspaki.
L'hôtel est situé au centre Oia. Vous êtes enchantés dès votre entrée le centre du village. Tout y est harmonieux. Boutiques, restaurants, artisanat, et lieux hitoriques sont disponibles pour égayer votre séjour. L'hôtel assure le transfert de vos bagages depuis la voiture. Situé à flanc de falaise, l’hôtel offre une vue extraordinaire (très prisée) sur la baie et le village. Vous êtes au centre entre l’ancien et le nouveau village dont l’harmonie est parfaitement préservée. L’accueil est généreux et tout est fait pour faciliter votre installation. Durant tout votre séjour, vous êtes entièrement pris en charge par un personnel accueillant, souriant (n’oubliez pas de le lui rendre), professionnel, dévoué et à votre écoute. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu, depuis l’escalier d’entrée, en passant par la réception, le terrasse, la piscine, et jusqu’à votre chambre. Où que vous soyez dans l’hôtel, vous avez en permanence une vue sur la jolie baie d’Oia. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût sans être ostentatoires. Elles restent dans l’esprit général de l’hôtel et du village. Le calme est absolu. Les choix au petit déjeuner sont infinis selon vos préférences. Si vous souhaitez déjeuner ou diner à l’hôtel, la carte et la qualité des mets devraient aussi vous satisfaire. N’hésitez pas à consulter la réception pour vos activités externes. Lovely hotel, fantastic views and ammenties.. missing the extra touch other 5* hotels tend to have ( e.g blue tooth speakers), The room was showing signs of slight neglect (power sockets coming away from the wall). Also there was little privacy in the outside space which was easily overlooked. Staff are excellent, location is magical and the style is 5* Overall very happy with our stay.

Just got back from this Gorgeous place. We had such a wonderful stay. It was perfect from when we were picked up at the airport to when they dropped us back. Aphrodite & Nefeli were both so welcoming and helped us to plan and book tours,taxis & make reservations. We were served a beautful breakfast every morning by the lovely Maria. Nothing was too much for and she always had a lovely smile and personality. We received fresh bath and beach towels daily, they even tidied up behind us. On my birthday they organised a beautiful cake to be served to me at Breakfast. I had a rose delivered with y morning Latte. They all made us feel as if we were their only guest. The views are the best in Oia from the balconies and pool area, the sunset from their sister hotel was just stunnning. I can not reccomend this place enough and can not Wait to revisit. on a last note we would also like to thank the gentleman who was always running up and down the stairs bringing us drinks water and food. Again nothing was too much. Sorry we cant remember his name. And the genleman who carried our luggage which was very heavy in the swealtering heat all the way up the stairs and to the taxi!! what a star!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at!
My husband and I had an absolutely incredible 2-night stay at the Art Maisons Aspaki in Santorini. First of all, the property is STUNNING, with gorgeous views of the ocean, caldera, and the iconic white buildings that line the Oia cityscape including the famous blue-domed church right next door. Our beautiful room came with an outdoor hot tub and a lovely balcony where the staff brought us a delicious breakfast each morning. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Nefeli (we think that's her name - apologies if we misspelled it!). When we arrived, Nefeli briefed us on the island and we told her that we really wanted to go on a boat tour of the caldera, but saw that the forecast for our second day might be rainy. Within a few minutes of getting to our room, Nefeli called to tell us she had found a tour for us to go on that afternoon so we wouldn't miss the experience. This was truly a fantastic hotel, so if you're willing to splurge a bit, it's absolutely worth it!

Best spot on the island!
It was amazing! So accommodating and a great staff. Also, it’s right by the famous blue domes so you can get amazing photos without all the crowds. I suggest getting the cab to the hotel(about 50 €) because they take care of everything!! All and all just an amazing time.
