Yanna was a lovely host and welcomed us with open arms. She was very helpful with recommendations and may even be the one who cooks the breakfasts. This property has an incredible view--I'd argue the best in all of Santorini at this price point--with unobstructed sunset views. It's also very close to Skaros Rock and is an easy and beautiful walk to Fira.

We had a lovely room that was clean and spacious. Really friendly staff that was there to answer all questions and helped us get taxis, rent an ATV, etc.

L'accès à la résidence est facilité par sa situation, en haut de la ville. Un square à 100m où vous pouvez vous stationner, et donc pas d'interminables marches avec ses valises, parkings à proximité. Le personnel est très accueillant, au petit soin et saura vous guider dans vos recherches de visites et restaurants. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La salle de bain date toutefois. La vue de la terrasse est splendide. Vous pourrez profiter en toute tranquillité, loin du tumulte d'Oia, des superbes couchers de soleil.

The location is absolutely perfect! It’s in between Oia and Fira and overlooks the caldera. The sunset is stunning! But the best part was the staff! Yanna and Panos were lovely and even help put together and itinerary of the best places to visit on the island.

Casa Florina is in a spectacular location, overlooking Imerovigli's iconic Cliffside town. You get 5 star views from the large shared deck at a fraction of the price of most other accommodations. Service is really excellent, Ianna and team went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us with any questions or queries. Rooms are quite spacious, fine although slightly dated. Overall a great 'budget' options to stay in the prettiest town of Santorini!!!

Casa Florina is well situated with a half hour picturesque walk into the city where it is easy to catch a bus to other parts of Santorini. The views from our balcony were absolutely stunning, the room was very clean and the breakfast provided by our host each morning was lovely.

I was really happy I stayed here. Great location on top of Imerovigli. Views were outstanding from the deck. Was only there for day and a half and breakfast was nice on the deck. Room was large and comfy. Small bathroom but that was expected.

The hosts are absolutely amazing... friendly, informative . Breakfast delicious and served in your room, on the balcony overlooking the caldera or just outside your room with the morning sun. Room was spacious. The beds were Comfortable. The barhroom was small and the shower very small but really not a big issue. The views from the balcony are amazing. Hotel is Close to restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book your stay, you won’t regret it! Thank you to our hosts for making our stay extra enjoyable!

Spacious bedroom. Amazing view. View from our balcony was not as great as we'd hoped for the price. View from terrace was amazing though. Shower is very small and the shower curtain blows on you which I don't like. Breakfast is more of a place your order but ticking a card rather than a buffet. Not a compalint as breakfast was great, just something to note. There are no laundry services as indicated by Expedia. A hassle when you've been touring Europe for four weeks! Hosts were completely lovely and knowledgeable and friendly!

Brilliant location - amazing staff
We struggled to find casa florina from the taxi so Panos ran down and rescued us from the square! The welcome we received from him and Yanna made us feel at home immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for them during our week there - our holiday would not have been the same without them. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is fresh, plentiful and served wherever you want it. The terrace has stunning views and is the ideal place to watch the sunset- we didn’t find a better location for sunset - don’t waste your money going to expensive bars or restaurants - you won’t beat Casa Florina’s terrace. I would not contemplate staying anywhere else on Santorini.

Notre séjour chez vous était parfait, merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. Stunning view
The view from the balcony was incredible and it was never once crowded. There was seating and loungers for 14+ people but there was never more than 4 people there and this was busy season. Pool was small. Only about 3x4m. Can't swim in it obviously but good for cooling off and having an aquatic drink. Our hosts made it feel like we were extremely welcome guests in their home, not like hotel guests. They walked us down to the bus stop to show us where it was and gave us free wine when the boiler stopped working for a few hours. Well stocked shop and fantastic restaurant just around the corner (called Avocado). Only negative was the Wi-Fi was quite poor but not what we were there for so didn't detract from our honeymoon in the slightest.

Small but excellent hotel with the perfect hosts.
We stayed at Casa Florina as we were attending our daughters wedding at Le Ciel. We had booked through Expedia although most of the other guests had booked a package through Thomson. We had booked our transfer through Hoppa who I can highly recommend and were met by Yanna who took us to the hotel. Whilst we checked in she gave us a cold juice drink the check in was really quick and easy, We were in room 1 which is next to reception and has a small seating area outside. The room was spacious and well equipped with air con,tv,safe,hairdryer,fridge and a sink and small 2 ring electric hob. We knew when we booked it is only a 2 * B&B but the room is really nicely presented. The 3 main reasons to book this hotel is ...No 1 are the 2 staff Panos and Yanna they cannot do enough for their guests we sat with them at the evening watching the sunset drinking ouzo and wine and chatting. No 2 The views off the terrace are breath taking I showed pics of our terrace and views and other people who had paid much much more for their accommodation in the wedding party couldn't believe the views we had. No 3 The breakfast choice is amazing for a small B&B we were really pleased with the breakfast how it was cooked and presented. Try the Greek cake it's superb. The hotel is right of the top of the Caldera so the view off the terrace is spectacular especially for the sunset Imerovigli is a small village but it's easy to get to eithe Oia or Fira and beyond by bus (new coaches)

Fantastic staff and superb views
The view is absolutely spectacular every minute of the day and the staff were super friendly and obliging in every way. Yana greeted us on a very busy day with a genuine smile, a cold drink and lots of ideas for us to do during our stay. Panos entertained us with his stories over a glass of wine or ouzo at sunset and this became a nightly ritual-sometimes we even shared meals together with Yana and Panos when everything was quiet for the night. These personal touches made our stay here very memorable! The airconditioned rooms at Casa Florina were very clean and spacious with plenty of fresh towels for the bathroom or the sunbeds and plunge pool. Some rooms are upstairs with private balconies, others are at ground level with a tables and chairs on the terrace. Plus there's the lovely big communal balcony with single and double sun lounges and tables and chairs to sunbake, take breakfast or enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The rooms had comfortable beds with wardrobes, sink, fridge and sofa, but the showers were a bit disappointing. Outdoor areas were always cleaned and easy to move around without guests or staff crowding each other. The location is central to the bus stop and main area of Imerovigli and nice and high for the wonderful views, so uphill walking isn't required unless you choose to go downhill first. Skaros is the big rock immediately in front and that's worth the climb for those who are somewhat energetic. There's also the short walk to Fira or a long trek to Oia

A great base to explore santorini, best views on island, friendly knowledgable staff that go the extra mile. Small bathroom could be updated but clean spacious room with good air con. Free wifi with decent reception. Plunge pool was a god send in the midday heat. Located close to bus stop for access to all towns. Good choice of restaurants close by or a 25 minute walk to Fira

Off the bus yianna had greeted us and assisted with our extremely heavy luggage to the apartment. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were beatiful and clean. We had a great view from the patio and the caldera. This hotel is excellent value and a nice and quiet spot. Would come back again and stay at casa florina.

Sensational Santorini
We were greeted by Panayioti and Jana. They helped and catered to all our needs, inc looking after our 7 month old daughter one evening when we went out for dinner. They were exceptionally welcoming, felt more like family than hotel managers. The room was comfortable and decent size. The bed was king size! It was cleaned and tidied every day. We can't thank Panayioti and Jana enough for our wonderful stay at Casa Florina. We highly recommend and will be back.

A small very friendly hotel in Santorini.
Casa Florina has only seven rooms and is situated high on the hill in Imerovigli and is accessible from the road without steps. It is within easy walking distance to Thira and has the most amazing views of the famous sunset from the sundeck without the crowds at Oia. The rooms are spotless and tasteful and the breakfasts in the sunny courtyard were a highlight each day. The staff, Panos and Gianna are friendly, fun and extremely caring. Nothing is a problem and their care and friendship enhanced our holiday. Their welcome to us on our late arrival was outstanding. We would return to this hotel tomorrow and will recommend it to all our friends.

Small older hotel with gorgeous view of Caldera.
Very tiny older hotel with shared terrace on the second floor and gorgeous view of Caldera. View is the main reason to stay in this hotel. It's clean, but the room is tiny. The biggest issue was the bathroom (now I know why it's photo not posted on the website): very small, poor lighting, shower was just a square shallow tub with soft curtain, hand held shower head, water was all over the floor every time and we had to ask for extra rugs to soak the water. Another problem was very bad Wi-Fi connection and the TV signal was almost nonexistent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They make breakfast per order for each room. Please, note, it's almost the same selection every day. But breakfast at the hotel was very convenient since there is no coffee shop or bakery close by. Another positive, Casa Florina is on the top level of the village, so you don't need to clime the steps up and down to get there from the main road. It's located on one of highest points of Santorini, village of Imerovigli. Thus it's was extra windy and cooler than Fira or by the port. Imerovigli is in between Fira and Oia. Taxi cost: 20 Euro from the Airport and 25 Euro to the Sea port. You can get to Fira or Oia by bus. Bus stop is 10 minutes walk from the hotel and it runs every 30 minutes . Bus ride to Fira is about 15 minutes, 25 minutes to Oia. Cost 1.80 Euro each way. Imerovigli is a quiet village, but has a few shops and restaurants.

Brilliant little hotel!
We spent a week at Casa Florina and it was perfect! The room was stylish and spacious with all the facilities you'd expect and more. Great to have a fridge to stock up on water and the rather nice Greek chocolate we found at the local supermarket! The breakfast was nice and fresh and could be served either on the terrace or private balcony. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The real highlight was the fantastic staff. Panos and Gianna are the perfect hosts and are both really lovely people. Wine on the terrace with a sunset view sums up this lovely hotel!

El hotel es gratificante la atencion correcta quizas limitada por el idioma que se reduce a un basico ingles. La terraza su punto distintivo tiene una de las mejores vistas, y desde donde se puede disfrutar el atardecer. los desayunos muy bien servidos con la opcion de elegir a medida son servidos ademas en este sector. las habitaciones espaciosas y muy bien decoradas. el jacuzzi de la terraza no funcionaba y ese se convirtio en su punto negativo. excelente relacion calidad / precio/

What a gem!
Casa Florina is best described as a pension rather than a hotel. With only seven rooms it lends itself to a very friendly place to stay. Panos and Rudi who run the place very efficiently are stars! Nothing is too much trouble - Rudi did a guided tour of the village for us so we could get our bearings and they even baked me a cake for the birthday I celebrated while on holiday. Cake for breakfast with the other guests was an unexpected treat. Being so small you can't help but get to know the other guests, so many an evening was spent getting to know people from different parts of the world over a bottle or two of fine Santorini wine! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated and the view from the deck of the caldera was breath-taking! Never a crush for the sun loungers and the Jacuzzi was available if we wanted it. The position of Casa Florina is absolutely perfect - not too far away from the tavernas and perched right at the top of the cliff, so no dragging cases down the many steps to the accommodation further down. A tranquil haven on the best part of the island. Panos provided a good breakfast each morning with a good choice of dishes. So if you're looking for an all mod cons hotel this may not be for you but if you want a friendly, comfortable place to stay on the scenic part of the island then it definitely is.I wouldn't hesitate to go back, it was just lovely!

No complaints, ALL PRAISE. Small hotel with PERSONAL SERVICE LIKE A KING. Homemade breakfast to order, quiet location, 5 minute walk to bus (don't rent a car if you like to walk a bit), BEACHES are just a quick ride on the bus, sunset views better than anywhere else, walk down and then up to the monastery, lovely restaurant Avacado 2 min walk. PANAGIOTIS IS THE BEST HOTEL MANAGER IN GREECE. Do not waste your money at a high priced hotel. I think he has been adopted by everyone who stays there.

We had an amazing 3-night stay at Casa Florina in July 2014. Panos and Rudy were wonderful hosts. Breakfast every morning was delicious. Our room was clean, tidy, and very big, and in an awesome location. We definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for excellent value for their money.

Great location and wonderful service
We loved Casa Florina! The location is fantastic with stunning views and sunsets from the top of the cliff side. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The service was wonderful. The hotel staff make you feel like family and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great vacation. We would definitely return to Casa Florina.

Management is the best!
I booked this hotel after HOURS of research! The best price for a sea view in the nicest looking hotel on the Caldera for that price. Not many reviews on this site but on another it was all raving reviews so I took the jump and did it. The next day I received an email from the hotel manager letting me know that there was a mistake and one of my days was not available in this hotel when I booked. I was devastated! BUT he offered my an upgrade, for the same price for both days so we didn't have to move around on our stay at a sister hotel Mirabo Luxury Villa's. I'm pretty sure we are the luckiest people in the world. I would rebook this hotel again purely on the customer service even though we didn't actually stay there! And I would book at the actual hotel we stayed at again! AMAZING view! And wonderful customer service! Everything was just easy! We appreciate everything Manolis Livadaros did for us and our stay in beautiful Santorini!
