Kindly note, that our policy is clearly stated on all sites that due to safety reasons we do not accept children under the age of 13. Although our policy is clearly stated you did not mention that you were travelling with an infant. If we knew this information upon your booking, we would have informed you that we will not be able to accomodate you. But you have choosen, not to notify us. You did it two days before your arrival, and again we explained to you our policy. As mentioned before, for safety reasons but as well as of respect to our other guests that they chosen an adults only property, we had to unfortunately turn down your reservation We consider your rating unfair because we have chosen to respect our policies and our guests.
