We can only wish that you would have expressed your complaints about the room and jacuzzi temperature during your stay so it would enable us to solve these issues. As you have experienced, the temperature in September can change within the day and certainly these are issues that we can easily resolve fast without our guests having to experience any sort of discomfort. We are very fortunate to have one of the most unique locations in the caldera with the most uninterrupted views. It is undeniable that there are many hotels with caldera views, however we take pride in the quality of our guest services and our genuine hospitality.
