The property had an amazing view of the caldera. The room was clean and location was convenient to restaurants and sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel for it's location and excellent staff.

Trop cher pour la prestation
Hotel tres bien placé sur Santorin au bord du cratère , vue magnifique, à distance de la foule. La piscine est de petite taille comme assez souvent à Santorin. Chambres vieillottes, matelas confortables, bruit de fond des machines à laver le linge la nuit . Huisseries anciennes , il faut être grand et monter sur une chaise pour fermer la fenêtre du haut . Escalier dangereux pour atteindre les lits des enfants en mezzanine ( pas adapté pour de jeunes enfants, minimum 10 ans ) Petit déjeuner très très limité pour le tarif de la chambre ( très peu de choix , qualité médiocre hormis le jus d’orange pressé , présentation lamentable qui ne donne pas envie : barquettes en plastique, pas de viennoiseries , pas de produits locaux ) . Une cuisine dans la chambre mais inutilisable ( dépassée) hormis la vaisselle . Le personnel est correcte sans plus . Vous pouvez ramener de la nourriture et des boissons achetés à l’extérieur sans problème ( nombreuses supérettes et restaurants aux environs ) L’hôtel a un bar en roof top .

Great location and views
Had two rooms, one for the four kids and room for parents. Both were great and location was excellent. Beautiful location for sunset and walking distance to Thera on trail. Only difficulty is finding parking if you rent a car.

The view from Heliotopos is stunning. We stayed in family room where we had small kitchen. Loved the balcony. Joseph is really helpful. He helped us booking the bus day tour around the Santorini island. The breakfast didnt have much choices, but very refreshing and fresh. George's freshly made orange juices is amazing. Overall a great hotel to stay. We had to walk Fira which is about 20 mts, not bad in the day time. Since the season did not started many restaurants near this hotel was closed. We had a 24/7 super martket illios, they have free delivery. Their food is really yummy. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. i will go back next year in summer.

We stayed in late November. We loved our cave room and the view was great. My only complaint is the food choice. Most of the restaurants are closed in the area. There is a restaurant at the hotel, which opens at 6pm, but the choice is limited.

Beautiful views from this property... Staff was excellent in all respects... Breakfasts were great and helped us to start our day... Depending on your unit, you may have a lot of steps to climb... If you have a rental car or ATV, you will need to find parking on the street.... The property's pool is small... The rooms are all different in layout so ask specific questions.... Overall I would go back again to this location...

The location was perfect. It was at the top of a very high point on the island and the view was beautiful. It was a little bit away from town, but within walking distance. I choose this hotel because it was not in the center of town. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Joseph was very helpful on our first visit to Santorini and made us comfortable starting from booking time. He had emailed us on parking / travel times and directions to hotel from airport and also provided details on activities and best places to visit and eat on our trip. Would recommend to all our friends and families

Like to stay there again
It was like staying in a fairytale, inside a cave. It was very cozy hotel room, spacious and so nice to be able to sit outside the room and enjoy the view from the room. The service was truly personal and the breakfast was so good. We also enjoyed a dinner at the hotel restaurant, which we really loved. Overall, I´d like to stay there again on my next Santorini visit.

Горещо препоръчваме хотела! Чистотата, любезността на персонала и локацията са безупречни! Вземете някое от студията с балкон, за да се насладите на уникална гледка. Обиколихме цялата западна част на острова в търсене на перфектния залез - и в Ия, Тира, към Мегалохори площадките по пътя, пристанището, Амуди, но най-великолепните гледки бяха... от нашия балкон! :) Закуската също бе превъзходна, а спалното бельо и хавлиите са тест, където доста хотели се провалят в някои дребни детайли, но тук бяха безупречни! Един от най-добрите хотели, в които някога съм стъпвал! Браво и благодаря за прекрасното изживяване!

Spectacular location on the top of the village, with epic views and in my opinion, the best place to be on the island. Friendly service and authentic vibe. We were here in the off season and still loved it.

Самое лучшее- это фантастический вид из номера. Но вечером был сильный ветер, и громыхающие двери - мешали спать. Завтрак вкусный. Персонал любезный. Состояние номера хорошее, все удобное и чистое. Жаль, не было халатов.

Great view of the caldera and Aegean Sea ( I believe all of their rooms have breathtaking views). Staff were excellent and helpful in every way both before and after our arrival. Hope, Joseph, Beeka and Clementine were particularly friendly and helpful. Elena, the owner, was also very helpful to us in planning our stay but, unfortunately, we did not have the pleasure of meeting her while we were there. We had read many positive reviews about Heliotopos prior to booking and the reviews were spot on! The restaurants recommended to us were wonderful and we enjoyed the catamaran trip that the hotel staff recommended. I am sure that many hotels on Santorini are worth staying at and, perhaps, are as enjoyable as Heliotopos. However, I cannot imagine any better service than what we received from the staff there. My wife mentioned several times during our stay that she was so happy that we had booked there. Thank you to all of the staff for making us feel welcome and valued!

I have been to Santorini in the past and this visit with my 17-year-old daughter was by far the VERY BEST ever! This hotel (staff, breakfast, location, room, everything) is worth over $1,000 a night. Please do yourself a favor and BOOK THIS HOTEL now. Caution: Lots of steps!

The hotel has an amazing view of the sunset. For a sunset view you can’t get better. The rooms are down a few flights of stairs but they have someone that will carry your luggage for you. The staff is amazing the breakfast is awesome homemade and different everyday. We checked out early in the am before breakfast started so the staff made us sandwiches the night before to bring with us in the am. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Most of the rooms have been renovated. Most of the balcony’s are private a few are joined together. I would stay there every time we go to Santorini. The sunset and balcony are worth every penny.

Amazing vacation with spectacular views
The food and staff at the hotel were amazing! The best memories of our 2 week holiday was spent here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Santorini - central location to Oia and Thera. The sunset views were spectacular!

Amazing, peaceful with the most spectacular views!
Unbelievable experience! Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Room was clean and spacious with updated bathroom. The location was perfect and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic with many fresh option including made to order fresh orange juice. The dinner and cocktails we had at the restaurants were delicious. The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
