The staff is the best and were very friendly and helpful. The place is very close to the best views and the most beautiful spots in Santorini, the blue dome. The place is 10 min away from the spot where you can watch the sunsets every evening. There are taxis and car/bike rentals 2 min away from the property and 5 min walk to the bus station where we can board the bus to Fira and other places. Have some very nice restaurant options.

Our stay at Kaleidoscope cave houses Oia was amazing! Our family of 4 enjoyed the big room with a kitchenette. Kids enjoyed that they had a separate space. Our view while using the hot tub was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, with a breathtaking view. They helped arrange pick up and drop off at the airport. Joanna also helped answer any questions, gave great recommendations, helped book rides for us when we went to Fira. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants, nearby grocery store and ATM. Would definitely recommend and would come back to this place again!

Very nice & well kept property! Host was amazing & made sure you always had what you needed. Our room was large & a comfortable bed. Hot tub was nice, however we do wish we had a little more privacy. Would stay again!

The host, Constantine was incredible. Every day he went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable and effortless as possible. When things didn’t go as planned (a few times), he stepped in to help us out. The place is great too.

The hotel facilities are a bit dated but are well maintained. Our host Konstantinos was friendly, helpful and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. He had good suggestions for food and other activities. Crina is an incredible staff, she is very friendly even if she's not fluent in English. We enjoyed the breakfast that she prepared daily

Location is perfect! View is incredible! Our host Konstantine was very helpful with everything from dinner bookings to day trip bookings. We’d definitely recommend this unique cave hotel to everyone!

We had an amazing stay! Constantine went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Krina was also amazing. She is the sweet woman that prepares the delicious breakfast and cleans the room. We also loved hanging out in the hot tub enjoying that amazing view! I would highly recommend this hotel anyone.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Oia! Our host Constantine could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable about everything we wanted to do. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 boys 9 and 13 and Constantine really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Thank you so much! I would recommend Kaleidoscope to anyone!

Location location location. In the heart of Oia. Walking to all the dining and shopping. Constantine our host was absolutely fantastic and helped us book dinners and day trips. Highly recommend this property.

Definitely recommend this hotel
I came to Oia for a short stay with my son and we both loved this hotel. It was a little bit cold for us in general (off season) so we didn't use the jacuzzi, but the hotel offered everything we wanted, including a stellar view, and the breakfast in the morning was great. Konstantinos was a great host and full of great information and help. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous view and nice amenities
Beautiful view and unique traditional cave house. Very eco friendly, did not require extra heating in November when we kept the screens open to warm the room with sunlight. Lots of space and Mini fridge was a bonus! Great service, accessible through WhatsApp message, especially with luggage which was helpful across the steep stairs up & down. Bathroom was very humid, significant moisture collected on the ceiling. likely due to the cave construction and as we were unable to vent the window open in the winter.

Everything about this place was PERFECT!!!! My host Athena, was so accommodating, welcoming, friendly and she went above and beyond to make sure i had everything i needed! You cannot beat the view from this place! The jacuzzi was amazing and clean. The bed was SO comfy and i loved how big the bathroom was! It's super close to shopping, restaurants and a car rental place if you need it! It has honestly been my favorite place I've stayed in all my travels, so far! I would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you SO SO much for the wonderful stay!

Location is convenient. The reception guy Yannis was very helpful. He carried our luggage to the hotel and provided us good information of restaurants and attractions. AMAZING!! Really wonderful.
Last minute my boyfriend and I had to rebook a hotel as our flight was cancelled overnight. We booked at Kaleidoscope and it was absolutely incredible!!! They upgraded us, and were so incredibly accommodating, kind, and the suite was out of this world. Plus, a beautiful complimentary breakfast and the staff were so wonderful and helpful. If you are remotely on the fence or between this hotel and another; 12/10 recommend. Such, such a spectacular experience!!!!!!

We booked the Superior Suite, w/ Jetted Tub, Sea View (Blue Sky), and the view was worth it! We were able to enjoy the tub during the day and at night. Highly recommend for this room specifically.

We stayed in a cave house that was unique and interesting. The views of the cliff houses from the patio were amazing at night and during the day. Yanks, our host was an immense help and did a great job with the orientation and follow up assistance. It would not have Ben the same pleasurable experience without his help. The breakfast was very good too!

Great stay, much recommended!
We stayed two nights. Our host John was extremely helpful, he helped us with our luggages, recommendations on activities/dining options, and was quick to respond when I had questions during the trip. The room was spacious and clean with everything provided, including towels, shower amenities, and even had a jetted jacuzzi. Conveniently located as well! Would definitely come back on a return trip to Santorini.

Been there before. Back then was everything really good. Don’t know what happened since then. The room was not clean this time. Poorly done! I got a feeling that the hotel is in decay. It’s a pity cause the place is really beautiful.

Had a great time at this property. We stayed in the Blue Sky Suite and had an outdoor hot tub with an incredible view of the caldera! Giannis (John) was beyond AMAZING - He was so helpful, always available to communicate with us, and overall made our experience even more amazing. Would definitely come back to this suite in the future.

Kaleidoscope Cave Houses Oia was a very tidy and lovely place for our vacation stay – you can’t go wrong if you choose it. Our room was equipped with everything we needed – a comfy bed and nice bathroom. Yannis was a super host. He was very nice and present when you needed him. He shared all he knew about the area. He was so kind, suggested the most excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help through and through. Out host went way beyond to make our long-weekend comfortable and memorable. Horrible!
The cave had an amazing view, however there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. I had to keep the bathroom door closed and spray frequently so I would not throw up. Within a few short hours of checkin the electricity started to flicker and finally went out for the remainder of the night. It was freezing. Around 8am I made my way upstairs and found several men working who assisted me with contacting my host and Hotels.com. Needless to say I checked out that same day and to my surprise I was denied a refund. This was the worst accommodations I ever experienced. I had to carry my luggage up and down these stairs which are extremely slippery.

As we explained to you, the power outage was due to bad weather. Everyone in Oia had a power outage and not just our accommodation. In the morning you assured Katerina that you would finally stay and to our great surprise we realized that you left the room late in the afternoon without notifying us. Thank you very much.
