2박을 예약확정하고 비용도 완납후 check-in하려고 했으나, 방이 없다고 해서 첫날 숙박하지 못하고 인근 호텔로 보내주었는데, 인근 호텔은 대규모 수련원 같은 호텔이었고, 시설도 낡고 오래된 호텔이었다. 다음날은 다행이도 숙박이 가능하다고 해서 옮겨서 투숙하였지만 역시 오래되고 낡은 호텔로 단지 바다전경만 괜찮은 호텔이라고 생각함. 기본적으로 신의가 없어 이런 호텔은 패널티가 필요하다고 생각함.

One of the best hidden gem on the island. If you have rental car and enjoy to stay away form crowded area. The room is open to the sea ,exactly like the picture . The staff is very nice as traditional Greece people , and the breakfast is top notch.

Wow, just wow! This place is what dreams are made of. It's not a luxury hotel you pay an arm and a leg for, but it's location, friendly staff and scenery our worth every penny. I would come back here in a heart beat and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a quiet yet beautiful location within walking distance to restaurants and a few shops.

Notre chambre 112, est juste à l'angle de la rue, très mal isolé (à équiper le double vitrage). Et devant chambre et devant les fenêtres, il y a 2 rangements pour les affaires ménages donc il y a toujours du passage du personnel donc nous sommes obligés de fermer les rideaux et du coup la chambre est très sombre. Le confort de la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur du 5 étoiles. Seulement le service du personnel est superbe, 5/5.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and the arrangement of our transfers to/from the ferry and airport were appreciated. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast. It was our first time to Santorini and we were very pleased to learn that we picked the best area of the island to stay. Quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located to everything and an amazing view.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Convenient to Acrotiri old town. Room very spacious but sparsely furnished; very little storage. Small sink and fridge but no cooking facility and very few implements. North facing so little sun on room balconies but good balance sun and shade around pool. Limited menu at pool bar. Exposed to wind but glass screens around pool and restaurant. Very steep gradients and steps with no prior warning. Limited parking adjacent to site but very steep and narrow access. On road to Caldera beach (10 minute steep walk) with ok beach bar and dive school but no other facilities. Views fantastic from all rooms.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick! Kleines Pool mit Baar, völlig ausreichend. Frühstück muss am Vorabend bestimmt werden, kein Buffet. Bedienung könnte freundlicher und viralem aufmerksamer sein. Insgesamt gutes und frisches Frühstück.

Él instalación es chula, con buenas vistas, aunque algo aislada, de hecho hay que bajar muchas cosas escaleras. Lugar silencioso. No doy 5 estrellas porque nos sentimos engañados. Teníamos una reserva en un restaurante cercano, exactamente a 4 min en coche. Pedí en recepción que nos llamarán un taxi, la chica tarda un buen rato y nos dice que era muy complicado encontrar uno, pensamos que era por la alta demanda y tal, después de 15 min nos dice que nos ha conseguido un taxi y que eran 30€. Nos pareció carísimo por tan solo 4 min, pero bueno íbamos a perder la reserva así q decimos que si. De repente se presenta el dueño del hotel y nos dice que nos llevaría el, flipanos en colores, se aprovecharon de nosotros ya que a la vuelta pedimos al restaurante de llamarnos un taxi, y nos vinieron a recoger con un Mercedes de lujo y pagamos 15 euros. Muy mal trato.

Super schön Aussicht! Ein bisschen weit von Oiá und Fira aber sehr gemütlich und ruhig. Überraschend grosse Zimmer! Frühstück sehr schwach. Perfekt Service an den Rezeption, sehr hilfreich und zuverlässig!

Beatiful room with a stunning view! Staff were friendly and helpful arranging tours and airport transportation. Breakfast was delicous and presented very nicely. Would highly recommend!

Wet calm and comforting, felt like you were part of the family. Access to every part of Santorini. Great sunsets at lighthouse. Highly recommend.

Vue époustouflante

Hôtel très bien placé à 300m du village d’Akrotiri. Véhicule nécessaire pour visiter l’île et se rendre sur les plages (scooter, quad,voiture) Vue à couper le souffle sur la caldera, Fira et oia. Jolie piscine sur la falaise. Pas mal de marches abruptes pour rejoindre la route.

This property is spotless and incredibly friendly. We liked that it is located on the quiet side of town but still easy to access wine, food, and beaches. Amazing caldera views and sunsets!

The best! A gem in the cliffs.

It was our first time in Greece and we were treated like good friends here. Beautiful, clean, with an incredible view of the sea. This will always be our go to when returning to Santorini. If you want some quiet, beauty, and to be visited by some wonderful cats, this is your spot. Easy walking distance to great food and ATV/motorbike rentals, too. Our private balcony overlooking the sea was a huge bonus. We have been traveling to beautiful places since we left but nothing has compared to the Kokkinos.

Great stay if you want to avoid crowds

The room was big for my wife and I. We had a small kitchen and had a beautiful balcony. My mother in law and her friend stayed in the other room which was very spacious. We did have to share a bathroom, but we are respectful to each others space so we hardly felt that. I do see some concern of bathroom space for families of 4 sharing a bathroom. The hotel was friendly and brought us our luggage to the room and gave us information on buses that we could take. The bus stop is right next to the hotel. The town is very small but very close to the black, red beaches and near the archeological site. My mother in law loved their breakfast while I slept in with the door open to our beautiful view. We all loved the stay ! It was very clam and peaceful in the area. Not many tourist. But I do advice visiting Oia and Fira because they have beautiful places to see but are also way more expensive and way too many tourists.

Good lockation with all facilities around, very nice view to die for from our room balcony or breakfast balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended place to go.

Beautiful location right on cliff by sea. Room and bed was lovely. Only for people with no mobility issues
