oia와 다른 조용한 뷰를 원한다면...
oia 마을과는 멀리 떨어져 있지만, 그곳과 다른 뷰를 원한다면 머물기 좋은 곳. 디럭스 슈위트 룸을 추천! 앞이 탁 트인 뷰는 정말 좋았다. 방도 넓고 개인풀도 크다. 단, 차 없이는 다니기 힘든 곳이다. 주차장은 넓다. 주변은 레드비치가 가까우며 차로 10분내 거리. 주변은 조용하다.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Neptune. Panagiotis is incredibly helpful and great to have in your corner. He helped us arrange a car, gave information about the island, and navigate a ferry cancellation. Breakfast on your balcony each morning is great. Would highly recommend

The best place to stay
Excellent hosts there. Could not fault anything. Helped us wherever possible. The place itself was beautiful with amazing views. Would recommend this place highly!

Abbiamo pagato oltre 1000 euro per 2 notti, il panorama era un muro di cinta, non è per come pubblicizzato sulle foto della struttura, colazione pessima, portata in camera solo perché non esiste una zona x fare la colazione, il tutto freddo e striminzito, 1 yogurt per 2 persone, 1 omelette per 2, il resto tutto freddo preparato la sera prima. Personale con il sorriso di chi ti dà la fregatura, ogni nostra richiesta negata ma con il sorriso. Lontanissimo dal centro, ogni spostamento costa 35 euro, noleggiatevi un mezzo altrimenti vi costa eltri 200 euro al gg. Pulizia da far paura, nella doccia abbiamo trovato di tutto. Il panorama come da foto allegate. Non ci ritornerei.

Misleading, poor location, loud & switched hotels. Misleading - We wanted to enjoy staying here but felt very misled by the room's description. We booked the room under the pretense that our room would have a "plunge pool"- which is what the room description clearly stated. Upon arriving and seeing the room there no pool.. but rather a hot tub, which I don't understand how they classify as a "plunge pool" (or why anyone would even use a hot tub in Santorini when its 80+ degrees out). The property is very small too, so there wasn't even a community pool we could resort to using. Loud - In addition to feeling misled by the pool, we also slept terrible here. The hotel is very close to the main road and was rather loud early in the morning. Poor location - The location in proximity to everything was also less than ideal. Be prepared to drive 15+ mins or more to do anything. At the end of the day, we ended up switching hotels and Neptune did nothing for the 3 additional nights we had left there. If we had've had a pool, we probably would have stayed. If you book something here, just be sure you understand what you're receiving in advance. While we did not feel this resort was "luxury", I do think it was a good value for what was provided comparatively. However, if you're looking for luxury, stay at one of the Andronis locations.

The girl in the front desk will do anything to please you. Even though the reception closes at nights she will answer her own cell phone just to make sure you are taken care. I am giving this hotel an excellent rating just because of her service!

Beautiful views and wonderful staff.
Our party had three of the eight rooms at this hotel. They were beautifully appointed and spacious. The views from our patios were to the sea and overlooked our private pool with comfy chaises and a table at which we enjoyed our breakfasts delivered daily. The staff was exceptional and responded to our every need. George, in particular, at the front desk went above and beyond on several occasions. Highly recommended, we would be happy to return again.

Amazing view of the caldera would highly recommend this hotel if your staying with special someone:) private plunge pool on the balacony is amazing great tanning spot.... tasty breakfast super clean room with sauna/shower. Staff are super nice and very helpful... George provide recommendations of restaurant which were all great!

I usually don't write reviews after I been to a hotel because I'm not that picky or have been to a hotels that gives me bad experience. This hotel we been staying for a few nights and I booked a hotel that is far away from city because we want to avoid all the noise and crowd. But at the end it was Very noisy with all the cars and trucks, because our room was next to the road and also where everyone that walk past could see our balcony. So there was no privacy at all. Don't recommend this room at all, and you could also see other balcony without privacy either because it's to close to the other rooms. In santorini we expected more of a relaxing holiday and to celebrate my gf birthday and anniversary.. but it ended very noisy and a lot of cars and big trucks pass by. It felt like sitting next to a road that everyone that walk or drive past was looking at you.

Remarkable stay!amazing hotel. Very nice and helpful staff (especially Aregrio & George), amazing breakfast, the place is clean and relaxing,and importantly it gave us privacy, we had a balcony with a plunge pool with the perfect view. For sure we're going to stay next time at Neptune

Perhaps we were expecting too much but this hotel wasn’t anything special. It’s on a main road which means you can hear the cars and in our room see them from the side of our balcony, the amenities are alright, nothing fancy or super luxurious but not terrible. The hotel staff were nice. However, when we first got to our room we were very upset that we were right next to the road. We voiced our concerns and they were very much shrugged off. They made no attempt to make us feel better about the situation, find us a new room, etc. We left feeling okay with the experience despite the underwhelming feeling of the entire hotel and our displeasement with the room location because the view is beautiful and the breakfast served each morning on the balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed having the private plunge pool as well but know you can find this at many other hotels for a similar price that may offer a more romantic, secluded, and luxury experience.

Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin. Dès la reception on vous accueil chaleureusement, on nous à donné pleins de petites adresses et activités à faire. Pour la location de quad ou voitures ils s'occupent de tout. On nous a même offert 2 fois des verres de Vins blanc. La destination était magnifiquement et l'hotel également. Je le recommande mille fois !

Wonderful Experience
Amazing hotel, rooms were really comfortable and beautiful. Our private pool overlooking the caldera was one of our favorite parts of our trip for sure. The staff were all lovely and super accommodating, and breakfast being served on our balcony for us was a great surprise. Room service food was great overall, and would definitely come back next time we come back to Santorini!

It Doesn't Get Better...True Perfection
There aren't enough words to explain how absolutely perfect Neptune is. Even before I checked in, Vassiliki was attentive to my needs and helped me plan everything from a surprise couple's massage to a surprise candlelight dinner. The service I received from her was beyond anything I've ever experienced. I've been all over the world, stayed at the highest of hotels, and Neptune surpassed them all. Argyro welcomed us perfectly and was so helpful with setting up ATV rentals, giving us recommendations, and helping us plan our day. She was so, so sweet. Again...the staff is PERFECT. The location is right on the edge of the water, with an un-obstructed view of the sea. I couldn't have relaxed any better Our private pool was such a treat and I still dream about the view. You could choose what you wanted for breakfast and enjoy it on your private balcony each morning. This is, by far, the most romantic, perfect, flawless hotel and staff I have ever encountered. Please, don't second guess staying here...just do it. It will surpass your wildest expectations.

Ot is a nice simple hotel with great staff and incredible view at the sea form a private balcony where they offer the breakfast. The problem is with the privacy because it is below the street level so those walking in the street can easily see the people who are swimming in the private pool. otherwise it's perfect.

Staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Me and my wife spent 4 nights there and we’re very impressed. My wife became sick on last night and the staff even went as far as to bring her medicine and brought us food & wine to our room. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfektes Hotel um sich zu entspannen
Wir haben eine Woche im Hotel verbracht und wir konnten uns sehr gut entspannen. Eigenes grosses Zimmer (untere Etage) mit eigenem Pool inkl. Whirlpool. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt Fira und die Vulkaninsel. In der Dusche ist eine Sauna integriert und das Frühstück kann sowohl im Zimmer wie auch auf der Terrasse eingenommen werden (je nach Wind).

Sehr schönes Hotel mit allem Comfort
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Neptune Luxury Spa Suites, Akrotiri sehr genossen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind mit allem Comfort ausgestattet und weisen eine gute Aufteilung in Wohn und Schlafbereich auf. Supertoll ist die Terasse mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Caldera und dem geheizten Plunge-Pool. Jeden Abend haben wir darin gemütlich mit einem Glas Wein geplanscht:-) Begeistert waren wir auch vom liebevoll angerichteten Frühstück, dass für uns jeden Morgen auf der Terasse serviert wurde. So konnten wir in herrlicher Atmosphäre, ganz für uns, ohne Lärm und Hektik eines Speisesaals, frühstücken. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Für unseren Geschmack manchmal etwas zu hilfsbereit. Für Touristen, die sich im Vorfeld der Reise eher wenig mit dem Reiseziel befassen, sind die vielen Tipps des Personals sicher sehr hilfreich. Für uns, die den Ort gerne auf eigene Faust entdecken, waren die andauernden Empfehlungen des Personals etwas "aufdringlich". Zumal es sich bei den Tipps vorallem um Partnerrestaurants oder Partneranbieter (z.Bsp. Schifftouren, Taxiunternehmen) handelte. Es schien uns so, dass diese Tipps vorallem wegen der Vermittlungsprovision gegeben wurden. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Bus kann die Insel Santorini kostengünstig und bequem entdeckt werden. Wer lieber individuell unterwegs ist, mietet sich einen Quad oder ein Motorrad. Auch hier ist das Hotelpersonal sehr hilfsbereit.

Neptune exceeded our expectations. We were nervous about the location in Akrotiri in relation to the rest of the island, but pleasantly surprised. It faces inward towards the volcano with clear beautiful panoramic views. The suites are incredibly private. Both front desk attendants were informative, pleasant, and coordinated rides between Neptune and affiliated restaurants, boat tours, atv rentals, and taxi transportation to the airport. I would stay time and time again if I could! Ammenities were also lovely. Breakfast was included and fresh, complimentary wine when we left. Seriously amazing.

Fantastic hotel with great views
Spent a week at Neptune with my family. The views are breathtaking. Breakfast every morning on our balcony was very special. The staff are absolutely wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. A special thank you to Vasso at reception who made our holiday extra special. I would go back again and again.

beautiful view! Wondeful room
Staff was very friendly. Accomadtions were very spacious- beautiful room. Breakfast was great- But id stick with hard boiled eggs not their "omelet" still outstanding. Private pool was amazing to be in and look out at the caverna. Drop dead beautiful. only small negative airconditiong wasn't string enough. Room never really cooled off enough for us. But that does seem to be the case with many hotels in Greece.
