We rented the family apartment. During off season, it was difficult to get hold of reception. On entry, the place has a sewage, moldy smell. We kept the bathroom, fans, the one window constantly running, opened. The shower is super tiny and difficult to contain the, water. On the first night while showering, the main drain backed up and we ended up with water in our common space. The staff came after an hour to unclog the pipe. The view from the shared balcony was gorgeous though, you what you pay for.

Accueil et personnel sympathique. Grande chambre propre, air climatisé super! belle piscine et que dire de la vue de la chambre ! Seul bémol, le drain de la salle de bain débordait à toute les fois que nous prenions notre douche. Le plancher de la salle de bain était donc inondé à chaque fois. On nous a dit avoir envoyé la maintenance mais le problème n’a jamais été réglé et nous avons dormi là 5 jours…

Prekas aparments was such a great place to stay in Santorini! The staff were excellent and the room as described. The pool was a great addition and the view from balcony was just stunning!

incredible view , apartment is great . You have everything you need not a luxury stay but decent but the view out of your balcony conpensates all . highley recommend it . Reception desk guy nice . Very helpful in answering our questions and arranging for transfer pick up to airport .

Sejour très agréable. Tres bon accueil et situation merveilleuse. Appartement confortable et conforme a la description, excepté les plaques de cuisson qui ne fonctionnent pas, et donc pas d'equipements de cuisson. Quelques bruits d'eaux certains matins mais sinon tres calme.

Great view!
The view from the rooms is really incredible! The room is pretty basic but opening the door and looking out into the water and watching the sunset from the balcony is pretty spectacular. The room also had a little kitchen area which was really nice so we could make sandwiches and have breakfast in the room. Easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and public transportation.

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, hienot maisemat ja oma rauha. Siivous ja siisteys hyvät. Huoneiston keittolevyt eivät olleet käytössä, tämä harmillinen yllätys. Jääkaappi ja vedenkeitin löytyi. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Pysäköintipaikan löytyminen autolle päivittäinen ongelma.

Great location and price
Great place for the price. Fantastic view. Great help with suitcases and really nice possibility of having breakfast delivered. However, we were without power for 20 hours - this was very troubling with 35 degrees and no phone charges. This happened for some of the local hotels due to the heat. Such things happen, but it was not handled very well. No concerns or other offerings - even a free coffee or breakfast would have been great. But staff didn’t seemed to bothered and told us that this is just how it is. We hardly slept that night and couldnt get in touch with anyone. This was a big discomfort.

Amazing sunset views!
We had an incredible stay at Prekas apts, really good location with amazing sunset views, very attentive staff and faultless communication. We booked the cave for 6 pax, although it is very spacious it could be improved removing unnecessary furniture and upgrading the deco. I’d highly recommend Prekas and we’d be glad to return. Massive thanks to Lefteris and his team.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Prekas Apartments is an amazing place to stay if you want to experience sunset in Imerovigli. You’re close to both Fira and Oia, so it’s a great in-between. The main thing that really made us disappointed upon our arrival is that the bath tub, which was the main reason we chose Prekas Apartments, was not available to use. The owner said it was because of COVID-19. What we’re unhappy about is that this information wasn’t provided not only on Hotels.com but also on other sites, such as Booking. If it was true that the jacuzzi was out of use this year, as we were told, then the owner had plenty of time to edit the information about Captain’s Suite apartment, instead of advertising it as a suite with a working bath tub. If we knew about it beforehand, we wouldn’t have such expectations. There’s nothing worse than arriving at the reception to check in and get told that the main reason you booked this particular apartment (bath tub) isn’t available to use and wasn’t even available this year but somehow the owner forgot to mention it. Other than that we were happy with the stay because the staff was very nice and helpful and the views were out of this world. The bed was too hard for my liking but my partner liked it a lot, therefore it depends on a person. The apartment itself is very nicely kept and the hotel has a pool, which I enjoyed a lot. Captain's Suite has a private terrace which was really great. We don’t regret booking this apartment overall.

Lovely location. Great to have an uninterrupted view of the sunset from our private balcony. Very clean. Facilities are perhaps a little basic compared to the neighbouring apartments and hotels, but that is reflected in the price. Good value for money. Staff very polite and helpful, friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.

Once in a lifetime opportunity
We spent our anniversary in Santorini a few days before the post-COVID flights officially reopened. We were literally the only two people in the hotel - wow - what a rare opportunity to experience this beautiful place in all its pre-tourism glory. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating in every way. Couldn't have asked for a better experience on the caldera.

Il y a une vue magnifique sur la piscine et la Caldeira depuis d’appartement 9. Il est possible de voir les couchées de soleils tous les soirs sur la terrasse privée de l’appartement. Petit inconvénient au niveau de la douche où l’eau remplis le sol de la salle de bain. Mais le ménage est fait durant la journée, nos draps et serviettes changés et la salle de bain est de nouveau propre.

The room was extremely clean and all aspects of service from the host and his team was first class. The views are outstanding whilst still being very private. Would stay at Prekas Apartments again for sure.

It is on the cliff and has stunning view. It also has a swimming pool where you can enjoy yourself in the sunshine.

住宿在真正的懸崖上，愛情海一覽無餘。坐在房間門口陽臺上看著落日慢慢落下，真是美不勝收。早餐也是送到門口陽臺上吃的。泳池也是可以真正游泳的。很棒的住宿體驗。

Increadible location!! If you want the best sunset views in Santorini then stay in Imerovigli. Our room was tiny (which we somewhat expected) but the view you get from the pation is amazing. We had breakfast on the terrace and it was the best! For sunset, we bought some wine and the hotel staff ordered a souvlaki dinner for us from a nearby restaurant and it was just the best! Having a pool to refresh in was great as well!

L'emplacement est magnifique, la vue sur la mer est extraordinaire. Le personnel gentil et attentionné. Seule note negative, l'endroit est difficiles a trouver et tres difficile d'accès. Pour les personnes, âgées, avec un handicap , ou a mobilité réduite, oublié cet etablissement, marches nombreuse et tres abrupte.

Quiet location with a beautifully maintained pool. The rooms and pool area have stunning views of the caldera. The rooms are simple and compact but the view and pool made our stay perfect. Also the staff were very friendly and ready to help. It is about a 5 minute walk up stairs to the closest mini market, and 10 minutes to the nearest bakery and restaurant. If you have a lot of luggage, you may want to consider transfer offers.

Perfect stay at Prekas Apartments
Not too much to say as our stay was just perfect. Amazing view, really nice pool and kind staff. Imerovigli was exactly what we needed, away from the crowds but still connected. You can enjoy the sunset from the balcony, having a nice bottle of wine. Totally recommend Prekas Apartments!

Wonderful place to stay in Santorini
Prekas Apartments was a wonderful spot for our family of 4 while visiting Santorini. Easy walking distance to some great restaurants and the view can't be matched! The staff were incredibly helpful and the kids enjoyed the pool.
