만족한 미코노스 섬의 숙소
만족한 숙소 였습니다. 풀장 위치 아침 조식까지 저는 매우 좋았습니다. 중심가에서 조금 멀리 떨어져이지만 숙소까지 택시비 10유로면 새벽에 어디서든 올 수 있습니다. 많은 분들이 거리 때문에 고민 하실텐데 그럴 필요 없습니다.

Excellent location!! Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants!! We got a beautiful corner room with amazing views of the city and harbor. Sam at the reception was very helpful! He helped us book a city tour. Everything turned out PERFECT! We were very pleased with his recommendation. Breakfast was GREAT!

Great staff! Location was perfect with great view and close to the bus station/ shops! Also not as many stairs to walk up/ down to get to the hotel.

First of all, this property is definitely not a 3 star. For customers, this is situated downhill with a lot of stairs to climb down and which is fine. what's worse is, they dnt have a bell boy or porter to bring your luggages. They expect customer to follow up with them instead of they asking and informing the geographical challenges of the hotel. People with kids n big luggages( as per the property manager Sam says) should travel light. OR see elsewhere. I would not come back to this property and also the photos are too well angled and deceiving. Location is the only thing I think is good with this hotel rest of it, not so great. Look elsewhere

The best part of this property is the location, right in the middle of the action. Near restaurants and bars. The best view of the sunset from the rooftop

Não foi uma boa escolha
Acho que consegui o único quarto sem vista. O meu era no andar mais baixo e ao abrir a janela a vista era da mureta que dava para a rua. Da rua a vista era incrível, mas não era isso que eu esperava. Muuuuitas escadas, mesmo sendo algo comum para Santorini, vá preparado. Café da manhã muito fraco. Quarto super escuro. Banheiro grande porém com um box minúsculo, sem porta ou mesmo cortina. O gerente é muito gentil. Não volto e não recomendo.

Hotel en muy mal estado, habitacion en muy mala conservacion, pintura, humedades, barandillas de madera podres etc, (No puedo poner fotos me las rechaza) la habitacion q nos dieron por mucho q la busque las fotos no aparecen ni en esta web, tampoco la web del hotel, ni en ningún buscador de hoteles. (Las fotos es la unica referencia q tenemos para pagar la reserva de los hoteles y mas cuando es sin derecho a desembolso) redesenbolso) hacienfo la reclamación en el hotel y de malas maneras q ez lo que tenia reservada y q no podia cambiarnos, total dos noches en un estado lamentable y pagando como buena habitacion, ¿presunto timo?

Me gustó la vista. No me gustó la publicidad engañosa. La habitación sin mantenimiento adecuado. El piso sucio. La madera de la ventana destruída por el paso del tiempo. No tiene piscina al aire libre y la cubierta es de agua fría. No tiene hidromasaje. Lo publicado es erróneo

快適な滞在だったが、ホテルまでの階段が少し大変。
空港やイア行きのバスターミナルや観光の中心地にも近いためロケーションはとても良い。ホテルのサービスは良く、周辺の観光のアドバイスを親切に行ってくれた。 ホテルの受付および朝食の会場からの景色はとてもきれいだった。部屋は広くて快適だったが、ツインの部屋からはオーシャンビューがよく見えなかったのが少し残念だった（他の部屋に変えてもらえるか頼んだが空きがなかった)。ホテルの入り口まで行くのに長い階段があり、約20㎏のスーツケースを運ぶのにとても苦労した。

風景優美尤其夜景，地理位置佔優勢（交通方便食肆及購物熱點），店長Sam 是個很nice 嘅人尤如當地朋友的幫忙（不能不讚）！ 但酒店房間設備老化，缺陷很多感覺令你沮喪，通風系統明顯不足！ 概括來說：要求風景優美、交通方便，你找對了性價比高的酒店；要求住宿舒適為重點的話，價錢已經反映出酒店嘅設備不能多作要求（認真考慮下吧）免得失望！畢竟魚與熊掌不能兼得⋯⋯

No one told us that there was works going on right outside our balcony, we was woke up every morning, disgusting service and the noise was unbearable. Ruined the holiday entirely.

Manager was v helpful and flexible. Location great. fabulous view close to everything. Indoor pool a bonus. Room v basic and bathroom in need of serious upgrade. Cistern kept noisily refilling. No shower curtain. Looked sad. Kindest way to describe breakfast is minimalist.

The hote are amasing, very helpfull. The hotel is in Fira, near to the port and the airport. Nice view of Santorini and the volcano. Nice breakfast. But, poor lightening in the room.. i had to put my light phone in the bathroom.. the shower is so small, water goes everywhere.. the dryer work so bad and was falling appart.. When we arrive, water was on the floor due to the bad tempeture outside... i don’t think it’s worth the price.. it was the more expensive of our stay in grece, and the worst room... Also, worst wifi ever, our room was next to the reception, and we weren’t able to connect or send photo to our familly..

This hotel has an awesome view of the caldera and it's centeraly located. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, sheets, towels, blankets very very old and in some cases stained. The bathroom/shower is torturous!! You have to hold the shower with one hand the whole time and there is no shower curtain. The breakfast was very basic and repeatative.

Hotel with nice view
Nice cliff top hotel, view is amazing but access to the hotel is a journey. Potter would pick up your luggage from main square then you go up steep stairs then you go down several steps again to get access. It is not suitable for elderly with mobility problem . Overall the view is absolutely stunning and I enjoyed staying at the hotel .

Hotel con meravigliosa vista sulla caldera e nel cuore pulsante di Fira, veramente a due passi da ristoranti e negozi. Colazione buona seppur minimal, personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile per esigenze o consigli. La nostra camera era ampia, ma il bagno veramente molto angusto e dovrebbe essere totalmente ristrutturato. Il balcone ha una vista impagabile, ma al pomeriggio è totalmente al sole e quindi fa molto caldo; sarebbe stato ottimale avere un ombrellone per goderci pienamente il relax. La notte si sente la musica della vicina discoteca o altro locale, ma non è così invasiva da togliere il sonno. Per accedere alla strada principale si devono fare diversi gradini in salita, con una scalinata molto ampia e quindi fattibile.

Great value for the location
This place is hard to beat for the price - the view is incredible and very central to the village of Fira, and as a result convenient to the entire island. The rooms needed updating, particularly the bathroom - the water heater is so small, you have to turn off the water while shampooing to squeeze two showers out of it. However, our room was very spacious, with even a couple extra day beds which would be great for an afternoon nap. The small balcony was beautiful and the cave-like features of the room were cool. Sam, the manager, is also wonderful! He was very helpful throughout the stay and was great conversation if you hang out on the hotel's main upper balcony. We're glad we stayed here!

Our second honeymoon
When we checked in into room 4 the heating wasn’t working, but Sam shifted us to room 6 the next day which was great. He also gave us a brief of the city on day one which helped us plan our itinerary. Highly recommended for couples due to location and nearby shops and bars are great.

Exactly what you'd picture as a Santorini hotel
Beautiful location and a great view from our room and the patio above. Sam (I think the owner) spent time to tell us about all of the points of interest and was really friendly. The room we had was great. Clean and large. The shower was not what I'm used to, but we made due.

Beautiful view & great staff
We visited Thira at the start of March 2018. We spent 5 days in the town and there wasnt too much to do as lots of restaurants etc were closed. The weather was between 14-18 degrees so we wore thick coats in the evening when it was a bit cooler. We loved the hotel, it was clean and Sam was very helpful. The one let down was the breakfast which was the same every day and so became quite boring by the 5th morning. There was bread, cheese, ham, turkey, one type of cereal, milk, yoghurt and fruit. Nothing very inspiring! We booked this hotel because we wanted somewhere with a pool. It came up on the ebookers search as a hotel with a pool but when we got there Sam said the pool was closed throughout the winter months. This was really misleading and made us quite annoyed as it was as though we’d been lied to when we booked the hotel. We would not have booked this hotel if we’d known there wasn’t a pool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel but if we were to return, it would definitely be in the Summer.

Bien accueilli mais surprise concernant la chambre ; très petite, sombre car une seule petite fenêtre et ;une salle d eau minuscule : si on s assoit sur les toilettes on peut se laver les pieds dans le bac de douche qui est de la taille d une bassine, quasiment impossible de prendre une douche !!! Nous avons décidé de changer de chambre et cela n a pu se faire que le lendemain, Chambre un peu plus lumineuse mais encore des surprises et pas des bonnes : un plafond remplit de moisissures,on a essayé de chauffer la chambre ou il faisait trés froid avec la clim mais sans succés...Toute une semaine à claquer des dents!!! impossible de se réchauffer même pas avec une bonne douche chaude sauf le premier qui la prenait car le second n avait droit qu a de l eau froide. Le petit déjeuner est inexistant : jambon, fromage, pain, yaourt et quelques fruits qui se battent en duel. Pas de chocolat juste thé ou café. Je précise que l hôtel est classé comme un trois étoiles... Et le bouquet final , chaque matin à partir de 7H30 marteau piqueur sous nos fenêtres, l hôtel d en dessous faisait des travaux!!! Nous rêvions d un peu de chaleur et de calme cela a été tout l inverse, les pires vacances de notre vie, un vrai cauchemar!!!

Great stay!! (with a few minor suggestions)
Staff ("Sam") was super friendly and helpful. Sat down with us with a map for literally 20minutes, explained everything from where to go, where to eat, what to see, etc. Helped us with many other things during our stay, including making us coffee each morning which was delicious! Thank you! Hotel/Room: 1 min downhill walk from main street, which isn't bad compared to other hotel options. great view from balcony. very spacious. Some possible improvements: breakfast was the bare minimum (maybe due to off-season?), there was no shower curtain so the whole bathroom floor gets wet after shower, bad sound-proof (both the window and doors). no mirror in the bathroom. the room only has 3 lamps/lights, so at night it is very dark.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view
We visited Santorini in November, which gave us a wonderful break from the crowds. The hotel staff was incredible and assisted us with everything, down to recommendations and directions. The view from our room was beautiful but the best sunset view is from the shared balcony upstairs. The room itself was spacious but the hot water didn't last more than a few minutes and one of the lights in the room went out. Also, the wifi did not reach inside our room at all- in fact, we lost service entirely inside the room so I couldn't use data or send texts. The wifi and service only worked from outside, which was frustrating in the cold when I wanted to call home. Overall, the hotel was great and I would definitely recommend it.

Such a friendly staff!!
Staying at Santorini Reflexions in Fira was a wonderful experience! The staff was very personable and helpful. They helped bring our luggage down from the stairs, got us signed up for our excursions, and were really helpful at explaining the bus system and how to get to it. The breakfast buffet was satisfying, and the hotel and room was very clean. The location was also great for us because there were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. I definitely recommend this place!

Location and views are exceptional, but for a hotel in this price range the facilities were disappointing. Bathroom was gruby and smelly and the towells were nearly worn out. The hotel also had numerous picture frames hanging up with no pictures in them. We were there at the time of fireworks but no one bothered to inform us this was occurring. This hotel could do with improving their customer interactions.

Do not book Economy
The hotel is in a great location for exploring Santorini, but DO NOT reserve an Economy room. You will end up with a room up a wooden ladder with a tiny window that is semicircular and maybe three feet tall with steel bars on it. We joked that it was a cell, because that is what it felt like. You miss out on the balcony that other rooms have, though you can use the terrace. If you are Santorini more than 24 hours you will want an outdoor pool facing the water, which you will find all over the place. This hotel has a windowless indoor pool, which is hardly the same. I suppose if you were pool-adverse and you didn't book the economy room, this could be a good budget hotel. Andy on the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Just know there is a reason why this hotel is cheaper and has vacancies compared to the others. Too bad cheap for Santorini is still $$$. If I'd spent $50 I wouldn't be so frustrated, having stayed in quirky hotels as a backpacker before. But Santorini is supposed to be a romantic experience, not a backpacker experience.

Nice hotel on Fira cliff
At first , they gave us the worst room ( no balcony, no wifi, terrible bathroom...) the second day upon our request they moved to a much better room.when u go there just make sure they don't give u room number 1.

Perfect location, best sunset view, excellent
We stayed 6 nights at this hotel and had a great time. The hotel is in the perfect location, close enough to the town, but with magnificent and uninterrupted views of Caldera - especially breathtaking at sunset. The hotel manager Fo is warm, energetic and very helpful. She speaks excellent English and goes out her way to help all the customers. Even the cleaning lady was very nice and friendly. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Nettes Caldera-Hotel mit Haken
Schönes Frühstücksbuffet auf sehr schöner Terrasse. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Bad und Zimmer könnten schöner beleuchtet sein. Handtücher alt. Föhn unbrauchbar. Kein WiFi im Zimmer nur auf der Terrasse war für uns ein no go.

Wonderful hotel and breathtaking views
The hotel had everything you needed to have an enjoyable holiday. It's placed right on the cliffs so you have amazing views, the bus station is a walk a way making it very convenient to get around Santorini. The staff were attentive and we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to go to Santorini!
