Please note that your memorable stay is our highest aim that is why we are always trying our utmost to please each and every guest. Therefore, we are surprised with your comments regarding our team’s attitude as this is the first time that we are taking this kind of feedback from a guest. As per your correspondence with our Colleague regarding the situation that you described, we consider it that is far from someone to become rude. You inquired regarding island tours and we were more than happy to do it immediately. In the afternoon, when it was time for us to organize & schedule the transfers for the next day, we felt obliged to ask you if you had made up your mind about the tour in order to have a car at your disposal. When you turned down the idea of the tour, our Colleague politely thanked you for your time and answer and hanged up the phone. Please note that we are very proud of our team which works tirelessly in order to ensure that we deliver the best experiences for our guests. Although we are taking into a serious consideration all guests’ comments we find it inconceivable and impossible for a member of our team to become rude to one of our guests.
