친절한 직원
캐리어를 가지고 있을 경우, 피라 버스터미널에서 걸어서 약 15분정도 거리가 됩니다. 숙소 내려가는 길이 언덕이 급경사라 조심해야할 것 같아요. 숙소상태는 좋았습니다. 일단 직원분들은 모두 친절하십니다. 헤어드라이기가 고장났었는데 바로 고쳐주시더라구요. 바로 앞에 수영장있는데 작은 수영장이구요 물 깊이는 180cm 정도되는 것 같습니다. 주변에 슈퍼마켓이 많이 있으니 먹을 거나 마실 것 사오면 좋을것 같아요. 아무래도 관광지다 보니 슈퍼마켓이 늦게까지(약 11시?) 문을 열고 있습니다.

Great view, helpful staff!
Super helpful and friendly staff. Really nice view from the balcony. Very relaxing environment. Helped me book my trip to the port which is essential. Only complaints: the shower head didn’t have a place to lock it in for a shower and was spewing water out the sides and covered the bathroom in water. Even with two towels the floor was wet. I also got a room with two single beds somehow and the bed was like sleeping on cardboard. A nice slice of foam would have greatly improved that situation. A tiny inconvenience was the limited front desk hours but they left a number if you needed it.

Ok for the price in Santorini
Ok hotel for a couple days. If you are visiting Santorini and planning to stay out and around all day and just crush the room to sleep, it will be alright. However the mattresses were thin and hard and the bathroom was very very small . The room, pool and common areas were very clean, but our bathroom had a sewer smell, probably because we were below ground floor. Staff was nice, they printed our boarding passes for free. Good location, but had to climb a steep road to go in and out.

Sea of Aegean
We stayed at Sea of Aegean as friends had stayed here 12 months ago. The location is just out of fira, probably 6 minutes walk. There is a steep lane to walk down to get to the hotel so be aware of that if you have any walking issues. We didnt find it a problem ( its downhill onthe walk home and its Santorini so youre not avoiding steps or walking ) The hotel is lovely, you are welcomed warmly and given lots of tips for your trip. Our room was always perfectly cleaned, was light and refurbished. Only downside was a handheld shower. We had a room on the top floor and were very happy. There is a pool at the hotel which gets sun most of the day. The hosts are lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great value at Sea of Aegean.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura ad Agosto; eccetto un problema con la stanza assegnata (singola anziché matrimoniale) siamo stati bene. La posizione è buona e la struttura dispone anche di una piccola piscina. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile.

Esperienza positiva, camera non troppo grande ma ben allestita e pulita, aria condizionata in camera, coomodo per la posizione strategica a pochi minuti dal centro di Fira a piedi. Personale cortese e accogliente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (considerando i prezzi dell'isola a ferragosto)

Just somewhere to crash for 1 night
There were ants in our room and the A/C never did cool. I told the lady at the front desk about and she acted as though she got upset, telling me that because we ate chips is the reason we had ants so I let her know that we didnt eat the chips until it was time to check out and the ants were there last night. She then tells I am the first guest to complain, which didnt sit well with me. If she had any sense she wouldve just fixed the problem instead of looking for someone to blame. The shower head had no holder so you had to hold it while you take a shower and the room had a funny odor even though they claimed they had just cleaned it.

Simple hotel, with pool and very hospitable staff.
I was very content with the price and excellent service. My airline had lost my luggage, and the main staff went out of their way to help assist in getting it back to me. Also, I arrived before normal check in hours, and they were extremely accomodating, leaving a note so that I could get settled.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rude service.
First I arrived the port and I booked a transfer from the hotel in advance, I told the lady that that arrival time of the ferry had changed but she did not manage the transfer with all the information I gave her. She even yelled at me on the phone and told me to get a taxi myself, wow. When I left she refused to help me with my luggage while the other staff did help me when I check in. And she did not pick my phone up or reply my email when I notified I left something in the room after leaving. This woman is the rudest person I have ever met in Greece. The room was not good too, stunk a little. The only thing fine with this hotel was the staff Joan, he was very helpful.

10 minutes walk from main shops and restaurants, 15 minutes walk to the main bus station, nice staff and room with a small fridge and balcony, they can arrange for taxi to collect and drop you off for €20 , beds made every day and fresh towels. Very pleasant stay.

Good location
Employée accueillante et chambre propre. A 10 mn à pied environ du centre et de de la gare routière qui dessert toute l île. Cependant chambre (n°1 / on descend au -1) vraiment petite (difficile de caser nos 2 valises) et salle de douche minuscule. Absence de volet ce qui est vraiment problématique... Absence de prise dans la salle d eau. Odeur persistante de chlore dans la chambre malgré que nous l aérions au maximum (pas top quand on rentre de la plage). Pour info coffee island livre le café gratuitement à l hôtel (faire la demande à la réceptionniste / pas de petit dej fourni par l hôtel). Cela permet de boire un bon café avant de partir de l hôtel.

If you have 4 people in your group, look elsewhere
We have a family of 4 people and the rooms that accommodate 4 are in the basement level. We had 4 twin beds in a blah room with a view of a wall. The women at the front desk was rude, the pool is very small but fine and our room was located under the lobby area where a late night gathering kept us awake. For the price, absolutely not worth it.

Decepcionante !
Inicialmente , houve uma mudança no horário do Navio que chegaríamos em Sabtorini , e chegaríamos no Porto as 23:30, passanos um e-mail para o hotel, depois liganos e eles nos informavam que o check in soh poderia ser feito até as 21, e fepois deste horário não entraríamos no hotel , mesno com hospedagem toda paga. Depois de muitas tentativas , recomendatam o shittle de outra empresa por um preço de 20 euros . Reservamos um quero standard , porém cama de casal era minúscula , o colchao deve péssima qualidade , as cortinas eram transparentes , o que no pátio do subsolo , nao tínhamos a menor privacidade Além de qualquer os quartos standard pátio do subsolo do hotel , com acesso independente pela rua lateral sem qualquer seguranva Além do vazamento não descargar que esguichava água . Definidamente não recomendo nem voltaria a este hotel de forma alguma Apesar de buscarmos Hoteis econômico, todos os denaiis Hoteis eram excelentes .

Strongly recommended budget one in Fira, Santorini
The highest rate is given to the staff of the hotel, they are helpful and cheerful. Hotel is a nice and decent one not too far from Fira town, 5-10 min. walk to most places the tourists need, say mini-shops, supermarket, bus station, restaurants and sightseeing spots in Fira. Room is clean though the shower room is small that will make the wash room wet even with the bath curtain, but this is still value to price and strongly recommended. Outside the room is a seat/table available who may enjoy the quiet and nice environment. With a few walk sunrise can be seen if weather is fine (as least we saw twice here). A very special thanks to the staff for their best service. My wife left the ear-rings and necklace in the drawer of the room, and we only notified after we have arrived at ferry ready to Mykonos. We called to the staff and they immediately dispatch the driver to send back us the ear-rings and necklace. Really appreciated for their help and special arrangement.

Good low budget hotel
We were supposed to arrive with a ferry in the middle of the night, so I called the hotel to confirm this the day before. They informed us that the reception closes at 9 pm and that they never have any arrivals after this so it would not be possible to check in after the reception is closed. So we had to book new ferry tickets to arrive earlier which was disturbing and an extra expense. When we arrived, we discovered that the reception was actually open until midnight so I got the impression that the person who answers the phone doesn't really work in the hotel reception. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, and the room was ok. Enough space for two persons and clean. Wi-fi worked good. A small walk up to the city center which was fine. We were happy with the hotel given that it is a low budget hotel so we didn't expect that much. The only thing that is a bit disturbing is the confusion over the late arrival and reception opening hours.
