I hope I am spelling his name right, but Mihnas and the rest of the staff were EXCELLENT, if I could find a better word without sounding weird, I would :) everything was wonderful, we had the best time, there was nothing they could not help up with when it came to information. Food on the property was great, breakfast also. Trasportation was courteous and they also do tours so they were informative, even on the shortest trips you learned something.

Skyfall located amongst the highest village in Pyrgos where you can enjoy the best view of the islands, while avoid crowd in Oia and Fila. It’s absolutely perfect for us. Attentive staff and 5 stars service, they help with all bookings and provide some of the best recommendations in town. Some facilities like the gym has to be upgraded and renovated tho. They have a not-so-user-friendly booking system for gym: which allow 1 hour only booking within 9am-2pm for gym access per customer everyday. Other than that, we don’t have any complaints.

Service reduced throughout stay
We booked this hotel for a special birthday, and paid a lot more than our usual budget and compared to other hotels on the island; so perhaps we weren’t used to high-end hotels or perhaps we expected too much. We made it clear during the booking, and in follow up emails about he special occasion, but the staff made no reference to it during the stay, no candle in the breakfast cake or happy birthday wish. They advised in advance that they wanted 60 EUROs for a birthday cake or a bunch of flowers to surprise my partner. At the start of our stay the staff were very friendly, and made significant effort towards us to make sure we were having a good time and everything we needed. As the stay went on we notice this atitude change towards us, our breakfast would be forgotten, told to get our own ice from the kitchen, other guests pioritised and we couldn’t understand why. We wondered if it was because we were a same sex couple? Or perhaps because we didn’t give a tip for each delivery of the mandatory in room breakfast? We could hear some staff talking about us between them and one stormed off after we paid for the spa. This really spoilt our stay, as generally otherwise we throughly enjoyed the hotel. Whilst the Spa was on the pricey side, it offered a great service, the outdoor infinity pool with waiter service was great, and the daily breakfast (although repetitive) and welcome gift was a nice touch.

We were really happy to start our stay in Santorini here, the hotel has a wonderful view, helpful staff and they provide a delicious breakfast! The bed was very comfy and the room had everything you need! The jacuzzis are lightly heated, and it is not possible to increase the temperature. I would suggest to the management to adjust the temperature depending on the time of the year - we stayed in mid-May, with some cold days, and the water was not warm enough to stay in for a long time.

We loved Skyfall. Ada was amazing and guided us perfectly on best excursions and arranged all of our transport. Our room was spectacular with views. Location was great on quiet side of the island in quaint and lovely town of Pyrgos. We will be back!

This hotel was amazing! The manger Ms. Tipa was so kind and very accommodating ! My friend and I had to book our stay here last minute after dealing with a very bad host prior to this, but we do not regret it at all! The hotel is beautiful and the views are unmatched! Free press fast every day was also a plus! We will definitely be returning!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Skyfall! The staff was personable, kind, and supremely helpful, quickly meeting all our needs. The breakfast options were delicious and filling, and the pool was fantastic. Special shout-out to Ada for the incredible, honest recommendations of things to do around the island. If you can swing it, book a suite with a hot tub -- a great place to take in the view and enjoy some local wine at the end of your relaxingly busy days exploring Santorini.

Unforgettable stay in our Santorini ttip
We stayed in honeymoon suite in Skyfall and loved it! The suite was spacious, beautiful and clean. Panorama sunrise view was spectacular. The hotel was peaceful and very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. Only one suggestion to the hotel is iron should be provided. The hotel is close to Pyrgos old town, which is a very attractive, cute little town. You can walk there in 5 minutes from the hotel. Bus stop is 3 minutes from the hotel too. You can also walk up to the top of Profitis Elias, which is the highest point in Santorini, from the hotel in about 30 minutes.

The front desk staff is second to none. They had a rental car delivered to the property, arranged tours that picked us up and dropped us off at the front door, and made dinner reservations at local restaurants. The locals in Santorini said the family that owns the property is well respected and several agreed Skyfall is the best hotel on the island. If we ever go back to Santorini I'll be staying here.

Our stay at Skyfall Suites exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, clean, the staff was friendly and always willing to help and provide recommendations/make reservations for us. It is also conveniently located to a bus stop and the quaint town of Pyrgos (also home to the best bakery we found in Santorini).
