Excellent accueil à Oia
Chambre calme et confortable, avec sa petite terrasse comme partout à Santorin, très agréable pour dîner. Hotel très bien situé, avec une possibilité de parking dans un terrain quelque peu négligé mais très pratique ! Excellent accueil de Maria, très sympathique.

We don't have any complaints. Maria Lourdes made our stay really pleasant. The rest of the employees were spectacular and super attentive. For price, quality, cleanliness, the best.

An amazing room with friendly staff, an amazing view, and a Mama Mia vibe! We LOVED staying here, enjoyed the food in the restaurant, the little shops, and the beauty of Santorini.

Excellent location right in the very front of the famous Oia walk. The room with balcony facing Caldera was excellent. Maria was lovely and very helpful she’s always around if you need something. The room and toilet are Always clean. Had a bit of chat with nikos(Owner)while waiting for our taxi to airport he’s such a very informative person with regards the brief history of Santorini. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lots of hospitality, room with good amenities. Excellent view of the village Oia, overlooking the caldera and central location and have a good ratio quality/price. Absolutely recommend it!

Authentic Greek perfection
Was it fancy? No. Was it clean? Yes, spotless! The location is lifechanging. I travel a lot and this had the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen. The host, Maria, is everything I hoped a Greek woman to be. My daughters describe her as the Greek ya-ya they’ve always wanted. If I get the honor of coming back—we will stay here again.

Charming, amazing view and location, friendly and reliable service.
Stelios Rooms was a great gem for my sister and I to find for our visit to Santorini. Antonis was so friendly and made our stay in Santorini very easy. The room was clean and it's view of the caldera from our private balcony really made our trip. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location for the price and nice host.
The hotel location is excellent, hard to get that sort of location for that price. The hosts were very good, friendly and helpful. Given the location and price keep your expectations appropriate. The room size, equipment and facilities are basic. But I wouldn't mind if I get to stay on that street for a budget price.

This is a cheaper alternative to the exuberant prices of Oia. It is situated in an excellent part of town with a beautiful view of the sea on one side and the Caldera on the other. This room is not the caves, there is not hot tub or anything, but what you get instead are owners who care about your stay and wellbeing. Who go the extra mile for you while you visit. The owner and his wife are some of the nicest and caring people we’ve met in Greece, and it would be a privilege to stay at Stelio’s room again.

Best and economical place to stay in Oia..
Marvelous location, bang on main Oia street and amazing view of the sea. If you are ok with small working bathroom, this is the best deal possible. Very very helpful staff.

Perfect Tiny Room with a View!
This is a tiny room above a busy restaurant in the heart of Oia and it was perfect. The most important thing is the view and it delivers. Air conditioner works. Beds are comfy and room is clean. It could definitely use an update and it is small but if that doesn't bother you...book it. There is no pool but there is a free resort pool at the end of the pathway through Oia where they just want you to buy a drink and you can swim all day if you want.

Прекрасный вариант размещения на Санторини
Отдыхали вдвоем с женой в июне 2017. Об отеле и его обслуживающем персонале остались исключительно положительные впечатления. Мы не очень привередливые туристы, но каких-то явных минусов этот отель не имеет. Душ работал исправно, горячая вода была всегда, вне зависимости от времени суток. Вид на кальдеру отличный. Такой же как и в отелях ценовой категории 400+ Евро. Джакузи нет. Совсем нет. Но для отеля данной ценовой категории это не может считаться недостатком. Просто кому обязательно нужно джакузи - не сюда. Закат надо идти смотреть в другое место, зато рассвет смотрится прямо с балкона во всей красе. Лично я получил от рассвета несравненно большее удовольствие, чем от заката. Кондиционер в номере работает, кровать удобная, полотенца чистые и в достаточном количестве. Есть фен, холодильник, кофеварка и даже маленькая плитка. Рядом находится несколько продуктовых магазинов. Внизу находится ресторан Кастелли с очень вменяемой ценовой политикой и достойным качеством приготовления блюд. Администратор - отличный приветливый мужчина. Очень радушный и приятный в общении. Единственный момент вызвавший затруднения - это поиск отеля. Вывески нет. Вообще. Совет тем, кто планирует посетить этот отель - он находится в самом начале Ойи. Ориентир - большая церковь на въезде в Ойю и начало мраморной дорожки. Рядом находится бюро организации экскурсий на яхтах. Со стороны автомобильной дороги отель найти невозможно.

Highly recommended
Very good location, Stelios Rooms is just 3mins walk from the nearest bus-stop which is in front of Mellitini restaurant, or a 7-8mins slow walk to Oia main bus station. For this price, it gives u the convenience of seeing the sunset without worrying of getting a cab to other places u are thinking of staying. They even have a restaurant downstairs. No issue with noise, peaceful sleep despite i'm sensitive to noises.

Aircondition virkede ikke. Værelset var en smule ulækkert. Ligger ovenpå en dårlig restaurant, det lugtede meget derfra. Altanen med udsigt, beliggenhed og parkering overfor var godt!
