Hotel is a 5 minute car ride into town and 20 back bc of roads. Nice view of sea, terrace is great, and room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. It’s outside of town, and away from crowds.

Very organised hotel staff contacting me before arrival to arrange transport from the port at a competitive price. Welcoming, informative and friendly on arrival. Room in a good position for the view and the pool. My mistake in believing that the view was into the caldera, it is not, but it's great anyway. Hotel in good position 30 minutes stroll into Oya, far enough to avoid the crowds, even in late September.

Reception team very friendly & accomodating, especially George. Nice room, however it was on the ground floor so we did have ants in room/ bed which was a little uncomfortable & the cleaner leaving the window open during the day - not very security consciuos.

Staff were super friendly, the property was busy but also quiet and calm and just what we needed for our honeymoon! It was walkable to the town area and there was so much to see in the local area too! What a lovely experience and even greater honeymoon! Thank you!!

Un peu loin de Oia....20/25 mns de marche avec une route Sans trottoir donc un peu dangereuse...comme dans toute l'île les abords de la route sont incroyablement sales..couverts de détritus, de bouteilles plastiques, de canettes mais c'est la dure réalité de cette île.. dès qu'on sort des allées principales de Fira et de Oia, nous sommes rapidement au milieu des ordures.. En ce qui concerne, l'hôtel Agnadi les chambres sont correctes ( un peu sombres) , grandes et fonctionnelles. La piscine est également correcte et le petit-déjeuner est un peu limite pour les voyageurs qui aiment la diversité mais ça passe pour les autres.. Parking disponible pour les Quais, scooters ou voitures pas un luxe au regard de sa situation un peu excentrée 10 mns de Fira ( en voiture).. Prix correct pour l'île et relativement silencieux... Bien pour ceux qui souhaitent être un peu en retrait du bruit des milliers de touristes qui se déversent chaque jour sur l'île... Bien pour les jeunes couples qui n'ont pas un Budget énorme

Staff was wonderful. Katerina quickly checked us in, Ekaterina was helpful in so many ways, including transportation. And George was a wealth of knowledge! Lastly, the young gal who set up breakfast every day was always hustling and making sure OUR day started off right! Our room was bright and big. Beds were comfortable, pillows…ok. Pool was perfect for a dip every day. Also, an easy 15 minute walk to town, Oia. (Find the sidewalk that begins about 8 minutes into town, by the cemetery…a must find!)

Katarina at reception was amazing. She arranged all of our transfers and recommended an amazing place for dinner, Finikia Memories, which was a three minute walk away. The hotel itself also had wonderful views!

It's a great location to stay and enjoy your visit to Santorini. The place is just a few minutes from Oia and several excellent and economic restaurants. The staff and management is beyond expectation. Breakfast is very good. Definetely, I'll come back again. Just one recommendation, wifi coverage needs to improve a lot because even when the signal is good, it doesn't work at all.

Beautiful view hotel on edge of town.
Great location near town with beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent! Beds comfortable and when we requested additional pillows and towels the staff provided them. Robes are a special touch. Towels are a bit scratchy and shampoo/cream rinse of fair quality. it was too cold to use pool but pool area is wonderful. Staff was excellent.

Hôtel très bien situé à 1 km à pieds de Oia, au calme avec une belle vue sur la mer. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel très accueillant et a votre écoute. Parking voiture, quad, scooter à disposition avec barrière de sécurité. Je recommande.

The property was nice. We had a family of 3. There was one room with a bed and a 2nd level loft with another bed, one small bathroom. The rooms were clean. There was a pool and a modest daily breakfast. The view was to the north, very good. It was 20 minute walk to Oia.

L’endroit était pas mal mais le seul bémol est qu’ils ne proposent pas de pension avec dinner. Et la chambre était en souplex, c’était étouffant et pas de vitre ni luminosité. La vue de l’hôtel avec piscine était convenable. Par rapport au prix, la qualité était exagéré.

Séjour agréable dans l'établissement. Personnel d'accueil au top et très serviable. Vue et piscine très sympathiques, chambre relativement fonctionnelle. Propreté correcte. Bémol sur la salle de bain : WC fonctionnent mal, et fuites sur la douche (dans une île où la pénurie d'eau est un fait...)

5-Star accommodation and staff.
This hotel is very comfortable, central and near to transportation, food markets and restaurants. The hotel is well-appointed and covid safe clean! Breakfast is very good with plenty of healthy options. The staff is knowledgeable and will help with all your vacation needs from transportation, restaurants etc. I highly recommend this hotel!

Our room looked nothing like the picture - it was old, the bathroom was tiny. The toilet was not clean when we arrived and only one of the beds was made - it took 40mins to get spare sheets and we had to make the bed ourselves. "Housekeeping" was a 1min spot clean of the bathroom and she threw the same sheet over the bottom bed (we were on the balcony one day and she didn't even pretend to try to clean thoroughly. We specifically booked the Family Room as in all advertisements across all platforms it showed loungers on the balcony - we were given a room with a small balcony and tiny table only. When I complained, Christina on the front desk was dismissive and rude - no apology given, instead she tried to say their ads were not misleading and that the balconies are not specific to the room despite our room very clearly being that described in the Grand Room ads. When rooms with the larger balconies became available during our stay, she did not offer one to us. We were told it's a 15min walk into Oia - it's more like 25 and it's a hot walk with no shade - probably a 30-40mins walk to the bus stop in Oia. They state there's a bus stop directly outside but it only lets you travel to Oia - if you want to get to Thira, you have to bus or walk into Oia then bus all the way back to Thira. The buses only go hourly. So basically the staff are rude and unhelpful, the facilities are not as described, the location sucks. Will never return.

Was a very nice place to stay. We were just a little mislead by the advertising. First off, we thought that the villas overlooked the caldera when they actually face off the back side of the island. Still beautiful! Secondly the room we were given was nothing like the pictures advertised when we booked. We saw a nice open and bright villa with a loft for one of the beds, and were given a small dark villa that was very closed off and just was not the vibe we were expecting. Bummed about the false advertising but Breakfast and terrace were good and the pool was very nice!
