had a pleasant stay!
The receptionist was very kind and the room was clean everyday although the room was a little bit small and I could hear everything from the other rooms or from the hallway. There is no view from the room but if you go right behind the hotel, there is an amazing view of imerovigli. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the Fira village. The breakfast is 7 euro a day, so I had cheaper food from outside.

필로스테파니 버스정류장이 바로 앞이고, 픽업도 해주시고 엄청 친절해요. 바로 앞이 도로라 소음이 조금 있는데 테라스문 닫으면 괜찮아요. 테라스 열면 해뜨는 것도 볼수 있어요. good, good!

So close to all of the fun!
What a cute spot to stay, very close to shops and restaurants. We were able to rent a car within a stone's throw from the hotel as well. Great recommendations and the staff was wonderful and accommodating!

Villa Fotini is a lovely and affordable place to stay in the heart of Santorini. Maria at the reception is an incredible host who offered the best recommendations for places to eat, attractions to see, and how to get there. We loved our stay there and treasured every moment. The staff were all very kind and we highly recommend the pickup/drop off service for the airport directly to/from the hotel.

Highly recommend! The receptionist was amazing and so kind. She organised both transfers 1) ferry to hotel and 2) hotel to airport, which made our lives a million times easier. The room was on ground level which was so good considering we had so many suitcases to carry. Everything was in walking distance including the bus that goes to Oia. The receptionist explained everything to us and it was smooth sailing. Clean and spacious room!

5 minutes walk to see the sunset
Place was close to restaurants, less than 5 minutes walk to see the amazing sunset. Accommodation was clean and Maria was helpful. Booked restaurants and organised transport from the airport and to the port.

L’employé qui nous a accueilli et aidé au long de notre séjour à rendu notre temps à Santorini beaucoup plus agréable! L’hotel est quand meme bien situé (la location d’un ATV ou scooter est un « must » pour se déplacer). Sinon rapport qualité/prix très dur à battre pour un hotel à proximité de Fira!

Great location if you want to spend time in Fira and Firostefani. Clean facilities, tea and coffee in rooms. Rooms cleaned daily and beach towels provided.

The place is nice and clean. But the rooms aren't very soundproof. Had other hotel guests who open and close their doors very hard when they leave or enter their rooms.

Good experience overall
Villa Fotini is well placed next to the busy Fira (capital of Santorini), it’s a 10 minute walk that goes down of the way to the main streets but up on the way back, doing this 1-2 times per day is perfect, more it can be a bit exhausting, but overall the location is good and the walks to the city center are beautiful. We did not get to meet Maria personally, but she was super helpful with our transfers and other demands :) The hotel it’s nice and clean, we had a lovely little balcony with an ocean view. It has all you could need. I would stay here again :)

This hotel offers a very good price/quality balance. It locates in Firostefani, 15-20 minutes by walk to Thira bus station. Right behind the hotel, you might see the famous view on caldera. We appreciated location, responsiveness of the personnel, and that the room was modern and very very clean.

Este hotel realmente es muy bueno para disfrutar del casco Histórico de Santorini. Muchos quisieramos quedarnos en los hoteles que están sobre el risco pero los precios son irrisorios; en Villa Fotini con solo salir de la habitación y caminar 1 minuto se encuentra con toda la belleza de los restaurantes y hoteles de lujo con sus pequeñas piscinas. Firostefania que es donde se encuentra el hotel permite estar donde está toda la belleza y calma de la ciudad, permitiendo caminar hasta Fira e Iveroglime a solo minutos de distancia. La parada del bus está en frente si quieres ir a OIA o al centro, pero igual se puede caminar hasta el centro. El hotel es tal como lo muestran en las fotos y no requieres nada más ya que solo lo requiere para dormir descansar después de una caminada larga por todos los caminos de esta zona. No hay desayuno, pero hay muchos restaurantes y Bakeries alrededor para todos los presupuestos.

Location was close to main road making it a bit noisy at night but close main area (15min walk). The “hotel” more of a budget friendly place with small room and uncomfortable mattress. Very clean and pleasant staff on the plus side.

Th host is super helpful and polite. The room was clean. I would appreciate if there was at least a small water bottle provided upon arrival. The room was very small, so was the bathroom. The shower was very nice, however the bed and pillows could be more comfortable. The location is average, as there is no direct connection by bus to the airport or port, and you need to walk to Fira first to get the bus. Same if you want to go to Oia. It is around 15 minutes walk to Fira, however on the way back it is a bit tiring. Not sure if it is value for money, given that the accommodation in Santorini is in general pricey.

Ideal place for a short stay in Fira Town
Clean and well presented. Parking directly outside. Helpful receptionist (Maria). Some nice restaurants close by and only a short few minutes safe walk to Fira town centre and bustle.

Maria is wonderful. She answered all my emails before arrival. If I needed anything, she was happy to help. The hotel is a short walk up the hill from the town center. But the hotel is close to the main road and thus, it is subject to street noise and early morning trucks that pick hp garbage. For me being a light sleeper, that was problematic. But for my next door neighbors, they did not see that as a problem. The room was clean and adequate for a single traveler. The shower was a bit small but I managed. Hotels in Santorini are expensive. So the Fotini was priced reasonably.

Reasonable value for the location, but the room was small, particularly the shower. The shower head wasn't fixed to the wall, which made it even more challenging.

Great Villa
Good location. Good services from the staffs. The price of the room is reasonable. The room that I stayed was facing east which you can see the sunrise with just sitting at the balcony. Less than 5 mins walking distance that you can reach a public area that you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and Santorini view. 10 mins walking distance to Fira where you can find a lot of cheap eat. We highly recommend Villa Fotini for the stay at Santorini.

乾淨，離公車站近，老闆人很親切
離公車站近滿方便的，可是也因為離街道近，所以會聽到外面的聲音，淺眠的人可能會被吵醒。 入住標準客房，房間雖小但很乾淨，只是廁所比想像中小。 陽台可以曬衣服。 老闆人很好又親切！ 推薦給很在乎交通便利性的人，但如果是很要求住宿品質的人，不太推薦。

Very nice location. Easy to get everywhere on the island that we wanted to go. Its just off the main walking strip so it was a nice break and we could save some money. Staff was really helpful with everything we asked for.

Convenient!
The apartment is close to Fira and a bus stop going to Oia is jus outside which is pretty convenient! Staff is friendly and they provided transportation between the airport! I have my own balcony as well which is so nice!! I enjoy so much when I stayed there!

Host coould not have been more accomodating. Gave detailed instructions on how to check in late, helepd with info from airport and around town. Helped us get tot next destination. VERY VERY Good Hostess!!

A GREAT LITTLE HOTEL IN A MAGIC LOCATION
Villa Fotini is a great little hotel. Hostess Maria was very helpful and it was great to have her father waiting for us at the airport after a tiring flight. The location is great, only a few minutes from the centre of Santorini, and very close to the spectacular Caldera views.

2泊滞在しました。部屋はこじんまりとはしてますが、とってもかわいい&清潔で、バルコニーからの眺めも良かったです。 なにより、オーナーのMariaさんが本当に親切&素敵な人で、旅のアドバイスやいろいろ迅速に対応してくれました。値段もハイシーズンなのにとてもコスパよく、サントリーニに行く際は、またここに泊まろうと思います◎

Sehr nette Pension in der Nähe der Kaldera
Kleine sehr nette Pension in super Lage! Maria, die Besitzerin, ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihr Vater holte uns vom Flughafen ab und brachte uns am Abreisetag zur Fähre. Toller Service! Die Pension ist sehr sauber (selten so saubere Zimmer gesehen), Bad neu und modern, fast ein Designer-Bad. Zimmer zwar sehr klein, ohne Schrank, aber sehr hübsch und mit Kühlschrank. Der kleine Balkon hatte einen tollen Blick Richtung Oia/Kaldera und seitwärts zum Sonnenaufgang. Manchmal etwas Lärm von der Strasse hinter dem Haus. Geht man um das Haus herum, steht man schon direkt an der Kaldera und hat einen super Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Frühstück nicht im Preis inbegriffen, aber das war für uns ok, da der Frühstücksraum innen gelegen hätte und wir lieber irgendwo anders draußen gefrühstückt haben. Schöne griechische Taverne in unmittelbarer Nähe. Jederzeit wieder!
