4성?? 내가 모르는 새에 4성의 정의가 바뀐건가. 위치는 공항에서 가까운 것도 아니고 피라에 가까운 것도 아니고 애매함. 숙소 앞에 버스정류장이 있긴 하지만 비수기에 버스는 2시간 마다 있다. 방은 굉장히 오래됐고 기본적인 어매니티도 없다. 화장실에선 하수구 냄샌지 뭔지 지독했다. 가족 경영이라는데 가좆같은 분위기인듯? 다들 무슨 뜻인지 알지?

한적하고 평온한 동네의 예쁜 숙소
일단 빌라 마노스의 모든 사람들이 친절하게 응대해주고 요청 사항에 대해서 최선을 다하는 모습을 보여줌. 숙소 상태 깔끔하고 굉장히 예쁘게 생김. 숙소에서 보이는 뷰도 예쁘고 수영장도 있음. 헤어드라이기는 비치되어있지는 않고 달라고 요청해야지 주시는 듯 함. 숙소에서 소개시켜주는 연결해주는(?) 투어도 있으니 특별한 일정이 없으면 이용해도 좋을듯!

도심과 떨어진 조용한 주택의 빌라라서 교통은 불편했지만 공항은 택시를 타면 10뷴이라 좋았음.

수영장 너무 좋아요 ㅎㅎ
시설은 일단 정말 좋은것같아요. 풀장도 너무 좋았고! 방도 넓었어요- 그런데 더블베드룸이라고 해서 들어갔더니 싱글베드 두개를 붙였더라고요, 침대와 침대사이 틈 때문에 약간 불편하긴 했지만 다른 시설들이 그 단점을 커버할만큼 좋았습니다. 그리고, 스탭분들도 아주 친절하고 체크아웃할때 선물로 와인도 주고 감동이었어요!! 단 한가지 아쉬웠던점이라면 저희가 체크아웃전인데 청소스탭이 갑자기 문을 따고 들어와서 매우 당황스러웠습니다.. 체크아웃하면서 데스크에다가 뭐라고 했더니 너무 미안하다며 사과를 받긴했습니다만 이런경우는 생전 처음이라 기분이 상했는데, 체크아웃하고 비행기시간까지 시간이 많이 남아서 할게 없어서 풀장이용해도 되냐고 물어보니 흔쾌히 그러라고 하여 풀장에서 놀수있었거든요, 풀장에서 놀면서 다시 기분이 좋아졌습니다 ㅋㅋ (참 단순하네요 ㅋㅋ)

We stayed this hotel only 9hours. Cuz we arrived to Santorini 1:15am. Anyway hotel was cute and people are nice. We hired the rent a car via them. Hotel owner gave us a bottle of wine for a gift. It was really good taste. Onr of employee picked up us to the port at 1:15am. Tks .

We truly enjoyed our stay. The owners are truly lovable folks who helped us in so many ways to make our stay better. They gave us a bottle of wine to enjoy. The view of the sea from our balcony was unreal. The town of Fira is about 20 minutes walk so rented a car for two days to enjoy the breathtaking scenery around the island. They have a restaurant of their own and also there are couple very close to the property. I will definitely recommend this property!

Lovely little and intimidate hotel within walking distance to the nearby village. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and big pool. Lovely and attending staff. Can strongly be recommended.

Hôtel agréable et personnel au top. leur seul souci, rendre notre séjour agréable : On nous a proposé un repas à plus de minuit quand notre avion a atterrit, les transferts à l'aéroport, de garder nos sacs le jour de notre départ et même d'attendre à la piscine et de prendre une douche en attendant notre avion qui ne décollait qu'à 23h (alors que la chambre était rendu depuis 11h). Le personnel du bar-restaurant est exceptionnel : très agréable et généreux, ils nous ont offert 3 verres de vin au bord de la piscine et un yogourt aux fruits frais et miel au petit déjeuner. Je recommande plus plus Les petits moins ne sont pas de la responsabilité de l'hôtel : l'environnement est sale (comme tout Santorin d'ailleurs) et la route pour aller à Fira à pied est dangereuse car il n'y a pas de trottoir

Nous avons réservé une chambre de 6 lits, nous somme arrivés à 5. Et en effet lors de la réservation une erreur a été faite c’était noté 4 pers. Au moment de l’enregistrement la gérante nous demande de payer 100e en cash pour rajouter la personne en plus hors j’ai payé une chambre avec 6 lits ce qui convenait pour ma famille. S’en ai suivit des appels à hôtel.com et malgré cela elle en démordait pas elle voulait absolument ces 100e cash .. ensuite cela a baissé à 80e puis 50e que j’ai fermement refusé. Elle a été d’une violence inouïe devant mes 3 enfants, on a attendu 3h30 pour récupérer les clés de la chambre. Après un dernier échange avec hotel.com qui essayait de lui faire comprendre qu’une chambre pour 6 était adapté pour ma famille que je n’avait rien à ajouter car le tarif n’évolue pas par personne mais au nombre de lits. Elle nous a finalement donné les clés en hurlant qu’elle nous rendait service et en nous jetant les clés mais cela ne s’arrête pas là car on lui a fait la réflexion qu’en 3 semaines dans les Cyclades c’est la première fois qu’on est reçu de cette manière. Et là elle se met à hurler elle nous reprend les clés et nous hurle que c’est son hôtel et qu’elle fait ce qu’elle veut. Mes enfants sont choqués .On lui demande de faire un effort pour les enfants qui étaient épuisés du voyage.. elle nous balance finalement les clés ! Elle a gâché leur dernier jour 😡 On est rentré dans la chambre choqué a 19h30 ! C’était notre dernière nuit après 3 semaines !

Had an amazing stay here. The staff was so friendly, warm and welcoming. Anything and everything I needed was taken care of in a timely manner. Was able to quickly communicate with staff via WhatsApp. They took care of my transportation needs easily and swiftly with no trouble. Additionally the food at the property’s restaurant is incredible and the portions are terrific. The pool is beautiful and it’s not a far walk to get to the Firasquare to do some shopping and walking , or alternatively to catch a bus to Oia for the views and sunset. I loved my stay here and I would recommend villa manos to anyone looking for a great affordable hotel to stay.

Villa Manos is a great place to stay in Santorini. The staff are very very generous, kind and helpful! The hotel is extremely clean, possibly the cleanest one I saw in Santorini. They have a very nice pool area right next to their restaurant/bar. It is a pretty good walk to Fira from the hotel but they will arrange transportation for you for a small fee. What the hotel lacks in location (and it isn’t much) they more than make up in service, quality, and value. None of the other positive reviews on here are exaggerating, they really are great hosts and make you feel very welcomed! If I come back to Santorini I will definitely be staying here again.

just love the place. Walking in the staffs were very friendly. I sat at the pool the first day I can in, and a bartender offered some cake and cocktail.... This place is the place I wish I booked the first 2 night also...

The hotel was clean and quiet, however, a number of things were disappointing including: no bottled water provided (the island clearly states the tap water isn’t safe to drink so why no small bottle provided?), the hard sell on checkin for a tour on a boat didn’t land well and when rejected the staff got rude and basically threw my ID card back at me after I had to ask for it back. The room was fine and some shower gel was provided with clean towels every day although sheets were not changed. I did like that the aircon worked on a sensor with the door so minimising electrical waste. The bar staff were great and always with a ready smile and friendly service. It didn’t seem to be possible to pay by card so make sure you have plenty of cash available. The bus stop is up the road and once you work out the system it’s pretty easy to navigate the island from there. Sadly for the price I paid I didn’t feel I got good value for money which is a shame as the place has oodles of potential.

Our stay at Villa Manos was great - the team were really nice and welcoming, both at Reception (especially Poppy) and the bar/restaurant (especially Miltos). They were able to support us with transfers across the island. The room was a good size and had a great view towards the coast, and overlooking the property. The restaurant was impressive and reasonably priced, with service to the sun loungers as standard. The property is a short bus journey from the town of Fira (walking is possible to the town but be aware that the roads don't have designated pavements/sidewalks as we may be used to in the UK etc and so it's good to be vigilant!). Within a more reasonable walking distance there are local restaurants and cafes that are worth a visit. All in all, it was a great stay in a lovely hotel :)

Jeg Kom tidlig på morgenen fordi jeg skulle på tur til vulkanen. Men opplevde en kjølig mottagelse. Satte igjen kofferten i resepsjonen. Kom så tilbake etter turen i fem tia. Opplevde betjeningen og innsjekkingen stressende og med lite rom for spørsmål. Fikk raskt beskjed når jeg kom tilbake at jeg ikke kunne få nøkkelen før jeg hadde betalt turistskatten.jeg hadde våt badebukse etter turen. Og måtte lete ei stund i kofferten midt på gulvet i resepsjonen for å finne en 2 euro. Da la de nøkkelen på disken. En fyr tok nøkkelen og sprang. Prøvde å følge ham med koffert men mistet han. Etter en stund fant jeg ham, og da hadde han åpnet ei dør og ba meg gå inn og forsvant. Ingen nøkkel i døra. Så måtte jeg spørre igjen i resepsjonen etter nøkkelen. Spurte så hvor det var vann i varmen og de satte fram ei flaske og sa 6 euro. Jeg sa nei takk men de gikk etter meg med den og krevde 6 euro. Spurte også hvor jeg kunne få frokost. Ute på plassen noe senere ble jeg stoppet av betjening som ropte høyt til meg at jeg ikke kunne få frokost for det var ikke en del av bestillingen. Dette opplevdes ubehagelig og lite fleksibelt. Dusjen var uten såpe og det var bare et lite håndkle til felles bruk for solseng og dusjing. Hotellet lå avsides men det var vanskelig å få lokal info. Alt i alt må jeg desverre soi at jeg opplevde meg ikke mye velkommen. Tror de har en vei å gå der.

The staff is amazing and friendly. It's probably a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel depending how fast you walk. The staff takes excellent care of guests. I needed a last minute ride and they responded promptly. The super market is only a couple minutes away. Great stay!
