It is always helpful to receive feedback from our guests, in order to improve our services.Kindly note that you have booked the White Junior Villa (ANNEX building). Please be advised that by the description of that Villa is written that the interior space is 20 sq. m. Furthermore, if you read the title of the White Junior Villa correctly it says: “White Junior Villa, Outdoor hot tub, Semi Private Terrace”. If you check the pictures of that Villa, you clearly see that it comes with an outdoor inflatable heated Jacuzzi and there in nowhere written that it comes with a private pool!Regarding the privacy, well it is a semi private terrace!By the check-in you asked if there is another Suite available. There was one with a private terrace, but you finally decided to stay with your original reservation.I would like to mention that by the last night of your stay, around 23:30, you have realized that your flight is leaving at 02:30 am (so in a few hours), instead of 18:00 the next day. You have requested a refund for the last night as you have made a mistake, but you have used your Villa the whole day…. (check-out is at 11:00 am and not 11:30 pm).After we have explained to you that this is not possible, you wanted us to offer you the Prosecco you have ordered for a surprise for your wife…Well I am not quite sure what your complain is, I will let the public to decide!The White Santorini management
