This hotel is absolutely perfect for couples or solo travellers in Santorini. The hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, go above and beyond to help you during your stay whether it’s advice on buses or day trips, recommendations for restaurants etc and are just generally lovely to chat with. The hotel itself is lovely and the pool is perfect, relaxing and quiet but plenty big enough for lots of people to enjoy at once. The room was spacious and clean. The location is fab - 5 minute walk from the beach, surrounded by bars and restaurants, super close to a mini market and a bus stop literally next door which takes you directly into Thira or Oia or anywhere else across the island. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I only wish my own stay was for longer!

Wonderful couple who take care of you like their own. Very clean and they will help you with any issues/concerns, not only around Perissa but as well in getting to Fira. I would stay here again!

They had so many amazing suggestions and they were wonderful people. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. For example, prior to renting a car, they made sure we had the cheapest cabs possible by calling people they knew.

Tout était parfait Commençant par la gentillesse et la bienveillance de Spiros et Hiroko, ils ont même appris quelques mots en français pour bien vous accueillir L’hôtel est très propre et très bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage de Perissa (plage noire une des plus belle de Santorin) et du centre ville Un arrêt de bus est à 2 pas de l’hôtel très pratique pour visiter L’Île sinon vous avez pleins de loueurs de voitures quad scooters à 2 pas de l’hôtel L’hôtel dispose d’une très belle piscine avec transats La connexion Wifi est top dans cet hotel Le petit déjeuné est très varié et délicieux et Hiroko sera toujours la pour vous que rien ne puisse vous manquer Le rapport qualité prix est excellent Je vous recommande cet hôtel et je suis sur que je reviendrai Merci à Spiros et Hiroko

Un hôtel qui mérite réellement plus que 2 étoiles pour ce qu’il est. C’est la pépite de l’île. Un arrêt de bus à moins de 1 min de l’hôtel, la plage est à même pas 5 min à pied, un jardin, des chambre, une vue, et une piscine exactement pareille que sur les photos. Les propriétaires sont des amours qui sont à l’écoute de nos demandes et qui nous conseillent sur les activités de l’île. Un service de nettoyage incroyable ! J’ai vraiment passé des magnifiques vacances merci pour tout !

I am positively surprised about how high quality service has this small, cosy hotel for adults. Hosts are really nice, warm and helpful people. Rooms are fine, clean with day to day service. Location is excellent- close to good restaurants, 5-7 min walk to the beach and just few meters from bus stop which takes you everywhere. Totally would recommend! PS. This small hotel has own pool and even jacuzzi!

Exception Hosts, beautiful boutique hotel.
Spiros & his beautiful wife are excellent hosts. They were welcoming, helpful and informative throughout my stay. They were very covid safe and made sure as a solo female traveller, I knew the best spots to eat, the safest and most appropriate ways to travel and the most interesting places to see. My room was just right and over looked the pool. I was able to write, relax and enjoy my retreat.

A pleasant stay in a pleasant place
We had been staying at Zorzis for 6 nights and it was a pleasure! We had a late flight arriving and Spiros was waiting for us to check in and was really pleasant telling us all the necessary things we should know while staying there! Besides, the location is really amazing: 5 min walk to Perissa beach, 3 min walk to mini market or 5-7 to big market, a variety of restaurants, bars and a delicious bakery. Besides, the bus stop from Fira is right in front of Zorzis. The suite was also nice and clean. We had a balcony on the ground floor with view on Zorzis’ garden, pool and the mountain with ancient Thira on the top.it was a joy staying at Zorzis and Spiros with his wife are really pleasant people helping us with our trip throughout the Santorini. Lotta love ❤️

A little bit of magic in Santorini
The nicest hotel I have stayed in. Spiros and Horaki were wonderful hosts, sharing local knowledge and advice. The hotel was peaceful and spotless and nothing was too much trouble. The pool and pool garden were beautiful. Couldn't beat sitting under the shade of the fig tree on the poolside. A magical stay. I would recommend Zorzis Hotel to anyone visiting Santorini.

Das Hotel ist sehr nah beim Strand und es gibt einen schönen und ruhigen Pool. Die Hotelbesitzer Hiroko und Spiro sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns deshalb sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind schön und man hat alles, was man braucht. Wir sind mit dem Mietauto gekommen und konnten direkt im Hotel kostenlos parken. Zur nächsten Reise nach Santorin werden wir wieder hier buchen.

Our stay at zorzis hotel was lovely hotel was so nice very clean beautiful garden around hotel I had a single room which was good size best views of the mountains my friend had double room was big and spacious and clean bathroom ok size too spiros and his wife were lovely people and looked after us so well great to meet them location was perfect groceries shop 2 mins walk and coffee shops and restaurants 10 min walk to beach we loved it

What sets this property in it's own class, away from the rest is it's wonderful owners/managers who takes care of their guests as if they were family. We've had a lovely stay at Zorzis, and they all walked that extra mile in making our stay super-special. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and it is maintained to a very high standard. Although it is close to the road, because of sound-proofing, you are not disturbed. Thank you very much for such a remarkable stay at your beautiful home. We will be back soon!

The facilities were beautiful and very quiet in a great location. Within walking distance to the beach or any number of restaurants, including a 24 hour bakery. The hosts were wonderful, very helpful, informative, and friendly. A great romantic stay in Santorini

The pampering stay
This small hotel is in top condition, it is possible to see hard work of the owners to achieve all details perfect - in room, in the garden and in the pool. Even in the full capacity of the hotel there are enought sun loungers for all guests. From first steps to the check -out we felt the family atmosfere emitting from hosts. Very nice stay and value for money.

Lovely small hotel near the black sand beach
I had a great short stay at Zorzis Hotel. My room was comfortable, and the hotel spotless and well organized. The owners, Spiros and Chiroko are welcoming, eager to help with practical matters and especially to ensure guests have the best chance to explore and enjoy the island... supported by maps, timetables, walking maps and Chiroko's big book of photos. The impressive black sand beach is 5 minutes walk away, and the bus stop with regular service to Thira (25 mins) is next to the hotel. The pool is also lovely.

L'hôtel Zorzis est une excellente adresse du fait de la vue sur la caldeira avec un jardin très fleuri qui entoure la piscine,la propreté de l'hôtel et surtout la gentillesse, le dévouement et l'hospitalité des propriétaires Spiros et Shiroco !!!Un petit hôtel comme à la maison au calme et très convivial . Le 10/10 n'est pas surfait.. Merci ,merci à nos hôtes charmants !! Michel et Janine, 06/2021.

Einfach wunderbar!
Wir waren anlässlich unserer Silberhochzeit auf Santorin und wir hätten keine bessere Unterkunft finden können! Das Zorzis ist ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel, das mit viel Liebe von den Gastgebern Spiros und Hiroko geführt wird. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind sehr hübsch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch das Haus insgesamt ist so einladend und sauber, man möchte garnicht mehr weg. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich Willkommen geheißen, noch nie habe ich so warmherzige Gastgeber in einem Hotel erlebt! Direkt viele Tipps zur Insel bekommen, bei allen Fragen stets hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist auch total schön, sogar mit Whirlpool. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber lecker. Man wird bedient, sensationell ist der griechische Joghurt und ich liebte das frische Obst jeden Morgen. Spiros und Hiroko sprechen gut englisch, abends noch auf einen Raki und auch auf Wein eingeladen zu werden, mit Spiros zu plaudern, machte unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner und familiärer. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist die Bushaltestelle, wir haben die Insel nur mit den öffentlichen Bussen erkundigt, passte super und war auch mitunter spannend - die Organisation dort ist halt anders als in Deutschland, aber es klappt. Das ist die längste Rezension, die ich je geschrieben habe, aber ich komme aus dem Schwärmen einfach nicht mehr raus! Wie würde man jetzt kurz und knapp sagen? "HIGHLY RECOMMANDED!!!"

Small Paradise in Perissa. Zorzi is everything you need for your vacation. Clean, close to the best beach area in Santorini with very nice restaurants and bars, you find peace and rest with yourself. Host are awesome ! They make you feel that you are at your home. Breakfast is perfect, everything is perfect ! I recommend a lot. Thank you very much with this beautiful experience

Das Hotel wird mit sehr viel Liebe geführt und das spürt man von der Ankunft bis zur Verabschiedung. Für Ruhe suchende ist das Hotel ideal und trotzdem ist man im Centrum. Der Pool ist fantastisch um sich zu entspannen.

Un petit coin de paradis. Hotel de taille humaine géré de main de maître par un charmant couple, très serviable et attentif au moindre besoin de leurs clients. Les chambres sont tres propres, décorées avec goût et équipées de tout le necessaire. La piscine entourée d'un tres beau jardin est un plus indéniable. Enfin l'emplacement est top, car l'hotel est juste en face de l'arrêt de bus qui mène à Fira. Il suffit également de faire quelques pas pour trouver la plage de Perissa, les restaurants, commerces de tous genres et loueurs de quad, qui est un moyen de transport tres pratique. Aucune fausse note en choisissant cet établissement.

Nous avons passé une semaine en amoureux chez Hiroko et Spyro. L'accueil à toute de suite été chaleureux, avec une boisson offerte et Hiroko a prit le temps de discuter avec nous non seulement du fonctionnement de l'établissement mais aussi et surtout de ce que nous pouvions faire à Santorin. Tout au long du séjour Spyro et Hiroko seront aux petits soins avec vous, un grand sens de l'hospitalité, toujours prêt a rendre service et répondre à vos questions. Le petit déjeuné vous est même servit par Hiroko et Maria leur employée. Vous serrez dans un véritable petit cocon. Dans votre chambre vous trouverez un petit frigo à votre disposition, l'hôtel est très bien placé, dans une rue dynamique de Perissa. Vous y trouverez dans un rayon de 5min à pied : commerces, restaurants, plage de sable noir avec relax sous parasol gratuits, location de quad et scooters... Nous avion une petite voiture en location toute la semaine, nous avons pu la garer devant l'hôtel toute la durée du séjour sur leur petit parking. Un hôtel propre, bien équipé, avec une belle grande piscine (plus un petit bain à remous et un petit pataugeoire), des transats tout autour de celle ci, des propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques auquel on s'attache vite et une localisation idéale dans une rue dynamique et tout proche des plages... Que demander de plus? Il n'y à plus qu'à se détendre et profiter de ses vacances. PS: Spyro nous a même gentiment offert une bouteille de vin local à notre départ...

Piccolo hotel curato nei minimi dettagli,le camere piccole ma confortevoli, bagno con doccia grazioso, manca una presa di corrente che serve sempre in un bagno . Piscina immersa nel verde con lettini e idromassaggio. I titolari molto gentili e sempre disponibili per ogni necessità. L’unica pecca è la colazione, molto monotona, nulla di salato a porte due salatini, poca varietà di prodotto e mai una variazione, è un vero peccato perché per il resto è veramente tutto perfetto

Utmärkt hotell
Perfekt läge, nära till stranden och massor av restauranger att välja på. Poolen var jättebra storlek och två bubbelpooler som man även kunde använda som solpool. Det kändes rent och fräscht på hotellet. Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse på detta hotell.

Das perfekte Hotel für einen Aufenthalt auf Santorini. Wir sind so herzlich aufgenommen worden und fühlten uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut umsorgt. Die Sauberkeit, die Lage, die Zimmer, der Pool und besonders die Gastfreundlichkeit von Spiros und Hiroko sind unübertrefflich. Wir können das Hotel Zorzis nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen.

Vi ble møtt med omsorg og en sjeldent god imøtekommelse av de som jobber på hotellet. De gjør alt de kan for å hjelpe deg med å komme rundt i Perissa og på øya. Hotellet ligger sentralt til i forhold til buss, strand og restauranter. Rommene er ryddige, og har det en trenger på ferie. Uteområdet er fint stelt med, bassengområdet er ryddig og rolig! Frokosten blir servert og preferanser blir husket. Vi følte oss velkomne hos Spiros og kona fra det øyeblikket vi gikk inn på hotellet, og det varte gjennom hele turen vår. Dersom jeg, eller vi, noen gang skal tilbake til Perissa finnes det ikke noe tvil om hvor jeg skal: hotel Zorzis!

Loved this hotel. Fab place with 10 rooms so individual service. Excellent pool and can very easily walk to restaurants and the beach and get a bus to other places on the island. Very clean and lovely hotel, fresh breakfast and lovely staff

Spiros and Iroko fanno l'hotel. Disponibili a darti le informazioni ma anche discreti, sempre gentili. Per noi e stata una base d'appoggio visto che abbiamo girato tutta l'isola. Perfetto anche per trascorrere le giornate in totale relax, piscina perfetta e giardino super curato. Iroko, le tue plumbago sono bellissime !!
