위치가 시내 중심이라 소음이 있을까 걱정 했는데 매우 조용했어요 지하에 헬스장도 잘 구비 되어 있었고요

Its location is good, smaller than I thought. Rooms are not big but in a good condition.

The Best experience in South America
It was one of the best hotels in South America. Not only the staffs were super friendly and nice to you, but the room has everything you need, even universal outlet here and there!! The front staffs helped me find out the visa requirements by calling the GRU airport and informed me all the details. You are very very welcomed in this hotel and no racism at all haha. You know some hotel staffs do show attitude (i.e. Argentina) and you feel somehow uncomfortable even thou you paid fully for the hotel and service. This intercontinental São Paulo is super professional and they all need to be extra paid for what they are doing. Thank you so much for the experience, and totally will be back next time.

Sehr komfortables Hotel in bester zentraler Lage mit tollem Service. In den Zimmern merkt man, dass das Haus schon ein paar Jährchen hat. Eine der besten Hotelduschen ever…super starker Strahl bei konstanter Temperatur. Sehr feines Frühstück inkl Expresso Maschine

The staff was amazing! Breakfast was great! I was there to celebrate my birthday and once they discovered it they sent me a cake. Very kind!

The front desk staff, the concierge, the cleaning and breakfast staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. They made the stay very enjoyable. The room, however, had some issues. The carpeting in front of the bathroom was wet the entire time (5 days) we were there, and the carpeting was dirty which was an issue for me when you have small children crawling around.

Unfortunately the service was overshadowed by my mothers watch going missing and my fathers shoe bag went missing on 2 separate occasions in their room. We notified front receptionist and they said they would look into the matter. We didn’t get any feedback after that. It’s not a good look on your staff that cleans the rooms and I would look into the matter. We are definitely not the first. This you must know has happened.

The item had been forgotten on top of the bedroom closet, and was found by the maid during tidying and cleaning.
