Hi Sheila, we are sorry you did not enjoy your stay how we hoped you would.The pool is currently having troubles with the local kids throwing things such as bricks and mulch in which is now a police matter so that is something that will be worked on.Through our back gate we have access to the board walk which is about a 2km walk to the beach, sorry if you were informed differently.Thankyou for your feedback

Hello Sheila, the Coachmans Motel is situated on the far north end of Eden well away from the beach. Sorry if you feel you have been mislead. Our pool has some marks on the bottom which we are unable to get off however our water is clear and safe to swim. thank you for bring your room issues to our attention we will endeavor to do better

Sorry you stay with us was unpleasant unfortunately we have no control over noisy Neighbours unless alerted. Glad to hear our beds are comfy and you liked our staff. we wish you well on your travels. AnneMaree

Hi Shanjive, Thanks for the review. In regards to your booking, and after speaking to Expedia we confirmed that it was an issue with OTAs. However, we fixed the issue, and the problem was resolved with the other guest finding accommodation at our expense, due the mix up with Expedia. In regard to the Wi-Fi and phone service this has been an issue in the area we apologies for the inconvenience.
