員工親切友好， 環境舒適乾淨， 房間打掃的很乾淨，房間內貼心附上消臭可隨時噴灑室內或衣服，床和枕頭也很好睡， 毛巾也會時常更換， 佛心的價格還附免費早餐， 位置在狸小路7丁目尾巴， 附近有居酒屋和7-11, 是間可以享受安靜又可以在附近認真血拼的旅館

The location is good, near the arcade shopping street. The rooms (especially the bathroom and the room's door lock) need a refresh job, it shows its intense past use. The check-in process is a little unusual, go to the counter, then go to a machine to pay, but have to go to the counter with staff to get a breakfast ticket and pay there. The breakfast is ok. The drinks available upon check-in are appreciated. The staff cannot speak English, although it seems many customers are foreigners, and thus because of the difficulty to communicate, it seems to take a long time and a line forms at the check-in counter.

Everything was good until we try to get some sleep. Our room was near lift and alll night there was noise from the lift hydraulics or motors.

Free good buffet breakfast. Free drinks at afternoon till night. Allow storage of luggage if you go away from Hokkaido for other short trip. Location is slightly away from public transport but manageable. Near shopping street. Quiet environment .

Good to stay for price, but needs updating.
The hotel was in a good location - far enough away from the central area that it’s quiet to sleep, but close enough to walk. The room itself was clean, but definitely showed signs of age. The headboard and the walls had dents and scratches. Also, the bathroom had some hairs left over from previous guests as well, so I had wished it had been cleaned a little better. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to sleep, and the morning breakfast as well as the staff was really good! The hotel could just direly use a refresh and update.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and smelled a little strange but soon got used to it. It was a little difficult to find, but after that I think it is a good place to go shopping on foot.

No frills stay
To be honest, this hotel isn't bad or anything - it's just your average hotel. The free breakfast was a nice touch, but nothing fancy.. What was nice was the free flow drinks from 5-9pm every night - soft drinks and hot coffee/tea were available all evening!!
