Booked a corner suite for a family of 3 for 2 nights.The size and condition of the room and attached lounge was very disappointing, no windows at all in the corner bedroom - just 3 beds tightly lined up next to each other feeling as though we were in an underground bunker, looking run down and in need or refurbishing (even though at checking in reception told us that we were lucky as this 14th floor was one of the better and most recently refurbished ones). We reported this at the hotel. They said they had nothing better to give us. We asked for the cost of us upgrading to 2 separate rooms (both with windows please) but that was going to cost us more than double the A$847 we were already paying for the 2 nights at the corner suite. Given that the room looked very modern and well lit in the photos and what we got given looked hardly like it, one would have ecpected some consideration in the cost of the upgrade (we were not -although we may have been - expecting to have been upgraded for free).
In conclusion, an otherwise ok hotel with nice breakfast, ok wifi, central location - score of 9 out of 10. As far as showing any real care in providing their clients with what they were expecting , 2 out of 10. Because of that, would not go bsck or recommend to others .
