We stayed here on our first night Hokkaido , were greeted warmly and provided everything we needed including directions to Ramen Street, which we loved and went back to on occasion while in Sapporo. Would recommend for short stay in Sapporo.

It looks like you enjoyed your visit to Hokkaido for the first time. Sapporo is the main city, but if you go outside of Sapporo, you'll discover something completely different. The neighboring town, Otaru, is a sushi town and has lovely old buildings. The next town, Yoichi, is also a whiskey town. It's hard to give up on hot springs. Next time, please stay home and enjoy Hokkaido even more. We look forward to seeing you again!

How was Sapporo in autumn? The subway is within walking distance, and the streetcar stop is also nearby, so it's convenient. Did you get to ride it and see it? Now, Sapporo is finally entering the snow season. Moreover, within a week of checking out, you will be transformed into a snow country. Japan is a country with four distinct seasons, so please come and visit Hokkaido to experience the wonderful scenery of the four seasons. Thank you for your comment.

This hotel is a much better choice outside of winter time. The ice was more than two inches thick and it surrounded the hotel, which made walking really unsafe. We had some communication problems with some of the staffs with English. The room is spacious for two with two large suitcases. Overall the facility was clean. Parking was free for us. There was quite some walking to the center of Sapporo and to the nearest station.

If you don't get used to winter in Sapporo, it's very slippery, and even people in Sapporo can get seriously injured, so be careful. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by language communication. I'm not good at English, but I will do my best to make wonderful memories in Hokkaido. Please come again.

Counter staff is very friendly & helpful. Speak decent English. Lobby area is well kept. Room has quite new furnishings & a gd window view. Bathroom is quite new with modern Japanese digitised toilet bowl. Room is quite spacious by Japanese std. Location is walking distance abt 1.2 km fr Susukino. MRT/JR lines within 600 metres. The hotel corridors r well heated up & so no need for room heating though quite cold outside. Hotel facing 2 convenient outlets. So daily grocery is very convenient. Only setback it doesn’t have eateries. But eating out is walking distance away. Also we woke up around 10 am as weather is so nice to sleep & we got back late at night. So just simple eat in breakfast & BRUNCH around 1 pm. Overall, gd accomodation & facilitation. Paul Wong Malaysia

We arrived slightly earlier but unfortunately, could only check in exactly at 2pm. Otherwise, everything else was great. Room was clean, toilet was very spacious for Japan standard. Train & tram stations, convenience shops and drug store within walking distance. Getting to the airport by public transport may be a little inconvenient, as the last airport shuttle bus that stops at Nakajima Park is at 11am, after which, you would have to go to Susukino or JR Sapporo for train, unless you dont mind paying for a taxi.

The staffs were very friendly, informative & helpful. The location was convenient as well, only 6 min walk to Nakajimakoen Subway & from there only 3 stops to Sapporo Subway. Happy Chef-Seicomart & Lawson convenience stores were just across the road. The bedroom temperature was too hot for the last 2 days but we did not inform the hotel. If we informed, they would have done something. Overall, we’re happy with the Quintessa Sapporo.

Location is not the best for family travellers, it’s close to Sapporo city centre but the red lights district is very close by.

The most annoying thing is people are not allowed to continue to their breakfast after the bufe is closing. It ends at 10:00 which means you can still have some food but you can't eat it. NONSENSE!

This was our family first time to Hokkaido and we were so happy to find a hotel with a single room which can accommodate four of us. The room is very clean and walking distance to train station.

Extremely good value for money. Centrally located, rooms were immaculate, quiet and warm. Concierge were all very helpful. Definitely recommend this Hotel for those wanting central (5-10 min walk to downtown Sapporo), clean (room cleaning daily) and friendly accommodation.

Room, including the bathroom, was extremely spacious and clean. We enjoyed our 5 nights there a lot. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Location was also good though a bit far from the nearest subway station (Nakajima Koen). It’s still very accessible though, and convenience stores just opposite we’re a plus point.

Good hotel located near the shopping area. easy parking. Hotel well maintained. Only con is that it has central heating system and window is unable to. During winter, all the rooms are heated and only have warm air coming out with may not be very comfortable even though the temperature outside is below zero. They did however provided a portable air cooler for me on top of the existing air purifier. Could make do since i only stayed for a night.

Whilst a little out of the way ans close to the redlight district. This was an amazing stay with great views and and amazing food options. Rooms are clean and well furnished, and the staff are very helpful

Very good overall stay. The room had a funny smell at first but we didn’t mind. The parking staff happened me a lot when my car died in the parking elevator and that’s what’s really made me thankful for staying here!
