The bathroom tub was disgusting, hair all in it and wasn’t cleaned. I always clean the bathroom before I let my children use it but we’ve never stayed at one this nasty. Our room wasn’t lit up properly because of lights not working. The smell of cigarette smoke is awful and had my one year old daughter up all night coughing and having to use her emergency inhaler. The rooms say no smoking but some of the guests obviously didn’t listen. We didn’t know about the $100 accidental fee that they charge up front either cash or card until we were checking in. This was our last option in the area because our towns power is out of most of everyone’s homes.

Never again.
First of all no wifi. Second of all no cable tv. Smart TV but with no internet made it a boring night. Third ceiling popcorn was falling on every where. Safety door latch wouldn’t close. Bed were not comfortable every time you moved it made a noise. Dust every on microwave and countertops. Front counter didnt know how to charge room for soda’s. No vending machines. Horrible stay.

Pleasantly surprised.
Booked for a last minute stop on a road trip. Good price for a nice, clean, updated motel. Great breakfast. Super nice staff, especially the lady who puts out the morning breakfast.

Paid for king size room with jacuzzi tub and when getting ready to to get in and relax water start going everywhere wouldn’t cut off my hair and lashes got messed up the front desk said no one was on site to come help me so at this point the water still going crazy and nobody to help eventually the water cut off

Good place to stay
The room was nice and big. Very clean but the bed was a problem. It sounded like the base was broken and the mattress sagged badly in the middle. Notified front desk at check out and manager stated she would have it fixed. Otherwise it was a really nice place.

The room smelled horribly of mildew, on day two I was walking without my shoes, the carpet was soaked from the a/c leaking. Showed the maintenance man who was there replacing a smoke detector. His answer was to vacuum up the water instead of repairing the air conditioner. Our clothes were soaked through our suitcases.

Unfortunately, my stay was not the best. My family and I was assigned room 123. Entering the room, it was very humid. The air was not on. There was rust all over the refrigerator, shower head, even the fire sprinkler was rusted. The ceiling was half popcorn and half painted. No phone. It was just disgusting. I called front desk to ask the cancellation policy. She offered for me to see another room. She showed me two others. The better selected was a non-smoking room on a smoking floor so it smelled of cigarettes on the halls. Comforters had stains on them. It was just a discomforting experience. Also, we spent the weekend without being able to watch tv because of no remote. Had to call front desk from my cell phone because the room phone did not work, to let them know the remote was missing. No one ever brought one to me. I highly recommend no one booking this hotel. The only reason I stayed was because everything else in the area was booked due to the AAU basketball tournament we were attending for the weekend.

i Liked the price, I did not like that i purchased a 2 queen room and ended op with a 1 full and a pull out couch. extremely noisy, i had to go and ask for linens that were not in room.

The staff and Desk clerk Donna were super nice! Our room didn’t have a closet and I thought that was odd. But other than that everything was good and clean. Very convenient to hop on interstate and reach downtown Mobile.

I booked non-smoking room with two queen beds. When I arrived they gave me smoking room with double bed and tiny couch. I showed them my booking, but they said their system shows different and they don't have rooms what I need. I couldn't stay there, checked out and went to the better hotel.

I traveled from Jax 5 1/2 hours only to be told I would be charge a $25 early check-in fee! I decline I went to the Wal-mart to waste time and spend that money on food! I was tired and sleepy but couldn’t check into my room, although it was actually ready!! I came back with 30 minutes left until check in and the receptionist, decided to go head and check me in. If I would’ve known, I would’ve timed my trip to get there at check in time not 2 1/2 hours earlier.
