The issue with the musty smell is not the norm. Due to it being cold you may have had the a/c turned off or on heat and sometimes this does not circulate the air properly or you get that heat smell from it not being used. We hope you do give us another try in the summer, and we will make it our goal to provide a 10-star rating.

Our staff is at our property every day from 9 am until 4 pm. It is listed in our welcome book and confirmation letter the cell number our staff can be reached at. It is not the best use of our small staffs' time to have them sitting in an office all day. During your stay we had the approach of a 2nd storm. This caused unforeseen delays with getting a technician out to look at the spa. We are sorry for these issues and hope you let us make it up to you in the future. We strive every day to improve our guests experience and learn from issues that arise.
