Wonderful weekend in Saratoga
What an incredible weekend, and Mike was so accommodating! Despite getting 15” of snow on Saturday, our semi-annual girls weekend was such fun! Mikes house was fully stocked and perfect for the 7 of us!!! Highly recommend it!

Clean, spacious, easy walk to downtown Saratoga and shopping. We appreciate the welcome amenities (cookies and listing of local information). The light switches were all labeled. Wi-fi was a bit inconsistent. I had a blast playing Ping-Pong with my young niece.

My husband and 3 of our long-time friends enjoyed our stay at Mike's house! The location was perfect for our activities and the house met all our needs. Mike is an excellent host. We appreciate all that he did to make the house welcoming and our stay in Saratoga Springs special.

we stay in Saratoga every year always at different places. this was the nicest place but a little further from downtown than usual. east uber drive to track and or main downtown area. For younger folks the walk wouldn't be bad.

Always a great time in Saratoga
This is our third year staying at Mike’s place and he is always so hospitable. House is always very clean and well kept, close to downtown and the track but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle to rest and recharge. We will always highly recommend Mike and this property!

Great stay in a convenient location
Awesome place with a great open floorplan for living/dining. We made use of the kitchen and living room for dinners and game nights during a horse race weekend! The only "complaint" that we have is that the bathroom was made for folks far shorter than we were. Overall we are completely happy with our trip and would love to book again next time we visit Saratoga!

Highly recommend this great house
We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for our girls weekend in Saratoga. The house was very clean and the owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The location was within waking distance to the town. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the morning. It was very reasonably priced so that was a bonus too. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy the Saratoga area.

Thanks for this great review Anthony. It sounds like you may be interested in coming back again. We have several groups that come back almost every year. I tend to open bookings for the track season in April. I am happy to block off a weekend for you. There is no obligation and all I ask is to let me know my end of May of you intend to book. Just let me know if you would like be to reach out to you before I open the house for track season bookings. No hurries as I won't do this until March or April. Enjoy the rest of your summer Mike

Great weekend trip
This house was perfect for our trip. My husband and I stayed with our 2 adult children. The house was close to everything. We were able to take walks to the state park and enjoyed the closeness of the downtown area. There was plenty of room and the house was clean. The house had everything we needed. Mike was a great host and even left the most delicious cookies for us!! That was a nice unexpected extra that was truly appreciated!

We highly recommend this house!
We had a wonderful visit. The house was super comfortable, including the beds. Kitchen was terrific, and the deck was a great place to relax. Great location on a quiet street, convenient to downtown, track, and the state park, all of which we enjoyed. Mike responded quickly to any questions we had - a great host. It was the perfect place for the relaxing vacation we really needed!

Great experience. To start the communication with Mike was excellent. The place was very warm and welcoming. My guest and I were amazed at the details in all the lil extras. Wonderful Hosts and Cozy Home
My sister-in-law and I enjoyed a fantastic “Mom’s weekend away” and loved every minute in your warm and cozy home! We spent most of our time there curled up on the couch enjoying the peace and quiet without our toddlers. ;) The bakery treats were delicious-thank you!! We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Scallions and can’t wait to come back for another stay with the family to explore SS some more! Thank you!!

What we needed
Rented property as a place to sleep in between golf and nightlife so it was what we needed and had more than we needed. Great communications with owner. Slight odor indicating that a dog had either lived or been there recently. Only evident when being out and coming back in the house.

We had a great long weekend at Mike's place. House was very clean and ready to use. Bedrooms were good size and plenty of living space upstairs and down. Ping-pong table in garage was late night destination for some competitive family fun! We had only 1 question and Mike responded promptly. Renting was easy and Mike answered all my emails. There was plenty of sheets and towels provided AC worked great. It was nice having an outside deck with a barbecue grit. We were able to walk to town and the state park.

Perfect weekend getaway house!
This nicely decorated, well stocked house was a gem! Mike, the owner communicated well with us and made sure we would need virtually nothing to make it our home for the weekend. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the downstairs bar area was the perfect hangout spot. Good WiFi & TV too! Highly recommend! My family and I will definitely try to book this house for our next Saratoga Springs trip.

Great house and location!

We stayed at Mike's house for New Year Eve and had a great stay. Mike is a great host and very helpful. The home is comfortable, well appointed and walking distance to town and SPAC. We did not lack for anything and enjoyed our stay. We hope to return in the warmer months for a concert or two and would stay again.

Everything that’s advertised...and more
We stayed at Mikes place for a few days during opening weekend at the Saratoga racetrack. The house had everything we needed (and that was advertised). Mike was very responsive before our arrival with a few questions we had and even checked in with us via text during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Great place. Well maintained. Well appointed. Highly recommended.
