As a person who travels with my pet, I was awstruck by the daily charge of the pet rate at this hotel. It was remarkably higher than others. The utter disappoint I had with my pet friendly room was something I had never had. The previous damage was extremely concerning. I was not happy with the cleanliness of the room. In fact, I was embarrassed by the room’s cleanliness as a pet owner, and resolve that with the hefty fee I paid, that the room should have been comparable to non pet rooms. I was also very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel grounds - dog feces not cleaned up, and other garbage needs to be addressed.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. When I look into your reservation there was no mention of a pet. We did our very best to accommodate you into a designated pet room. Pet fees are on our website, you agreed to the pet fee at check in. Our spring clean up of the hotel grounds is scheduled.

The stay was great, the room was clean. The only down fall was the walls were thin and you could hear every noise. Front staff were not super welcoming, but efficient.

My original room had some small issues with it and the front desk moved me to another room. The issue was resolved. The suite I was moved into would be a great room for someone there for an extended time.

Absolutely amazing service at this hotel! Our room wasn’t ready when we checked in, it was going to be a 10 minute wait (which was totally fine!) and we were upgraded to a nicer room at no cost. The lounge was great, good food. Will definitely be back!

The air is very very dry in the room and had to run the hot shower to get some humidity in the air. The water is also very hard. Other than that the staff was friendly and accommodating. Very helpful during the blizzard arranging transportation as well as shoveling out peoples vehicles. Clean establishment and comfortable beds.

It was a nice hotel, very clean, our room was nice, the breakfast was good. I realize that you can’t help if the pool pump is broken, but we chose a hotel with a pool and were very disappointed that it wasn’t mentioned that it was out of order when we booked, and it had been out of order a while before we booked. That was the main thing we were looking for in a hotel, and we planned our day around swimming at the hotel in the evening. It sure would be nice if that was mentioned.

The only problem we had with this hotel is the luggage cart tires are almost flat. We stayed here twice, 16 days apart and no change to carts. Minor inconvenience maybe, but easily repairable. Otherwise all 5 stars for this property.
