We left soon after checking in and had to get a room somewhere else. The room smelled horrible and the facility was dirty.

The room smelled moldy and the carpet was worn and stained. Serious redos are needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is train near by that goes late at night and early in the morning. Breakfast was fine.

We had unexpected car trouble nearby and the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our unexpected stay a pleasant one. We were able to secure late check out to coincide with the repair of our car. Thanks for making our travels more pleasant!

We were assigned four different rooms and they were all filthy. The first room had hair all over the bed. The second room had stained sheets. The third room had standing water in the floor when we walked in. And, the fourth room had hair on the bedding and the bedding was dirty. I have never had an experience like this before in my 50 plus years of traveling. The rooms were musty and dingy and the floors needed cleaning. The clerk wouldn’t cancel my reservation so I have to speak with the property manager in the morning. I’m in town for a funeral I didn’t need this added stress. The place should be shut down. If the rooms look like this I can only imagine what the kitchen is like. I feel disgusted having to think about those rooms to write this review. I had to reserve a room elsewhere.

The pictures posted of inside are not what they actually are. It was disgusting. We had my family and my sister's family and after 2 hours we decided we couldn't take it anymore. Air barely worked in rooms, rooms were filthy and smelled. Electrical outlets hanging out of the walls and the ones that were in the walls etc. would not hold the plug for electronics to charge. We have pictures that we took. We found black mold. By far the nastiest place I have stayed.

The windows don't lock which is unsafe for children. I had to replace my sheets, pillow cases, and comforter. The hallways are full of trash etc. I open the refrigerator and a half soda was left behind. The kids couldn't play in the pool because it wasn't clean. I just wasn't happy with my stay and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay either!😞

Very disappointing
The room did not appear to have been vacuumed as there were small candy bar wrappers on floor and several napkins on the floor between bed and nightstand. Hotel appears older as shower drain had rust so I skipped shower. Toilet had something like dirt or rust flakes on seat, which wiped off easily but would not have been there if room was cleaned.

This property could use some refurbishing. the carpet in the room did not appear to be clean. Shower curtain in the bathroom was worn and did not stay in place. The cable on the TV did not work at first had to call housekeeping to fix. The location is very good right off the interstate and on a main highway.

I apologize if you did not feel that our housekeeping met your own standards of cleanliness, though our own standards are very high and include checking up to ensure that rooms are as clean as can be. Amazing stay in a clean environment
This hotel has amazing staffs. I lodged in this hotel with my family for a short stay, but we love it. Our children loved it. In all, it was amazing, quiet, clean environment, good brakfast among others. We will definitely come back any time we visit Alabama.

Disappointed
The hotel was very run down. We had a maintance person in the room we were given and could not use the sink for two hours. When we woke up in the morning the carpet was wet from the air conditioner along with a couple of our bags. I let the office know and they didn't seem to care. Our hotel floor also wreaked of pot.
