The staff were friendly and accomodating when asked for cleaning or assitance. There was a surprise fee of am extra $1.50 per night for booking via Expedia. The room smelled of mildew, there were popcorn seed and small bits of trash on the floor. There was a thick layer of dust on the headboards and it was very very dirty behind thebtv stand and the bedside table. The bathroom floor looked like it never gets washed, there was dried blood on the wall and brown around the toilet pedestal. The beds felt like we were sleeping on wood planks, the pilllow too thin. The walls too thin and there was a gap around the entire door, we could see light around 3 sides of the door and could see when people walked by. We could hear all of the traffic, the ice machine, the waffle maker, and conversations in the lobby. We could also hear the tv (all night long) and the conversations in the room next to ours. The breakfast was disappointing. Apples were the only fruit offered, the eggs were watery. The tables did not get wiped down between use. There is a fantastic Indian restaurant nearby.

There were Hugh dogs in the room next door loud and barking during my sleep. Very dirty. Hallways smelt like dog and cat urine. Hot tube not working. Staff rude. Food terrible. Did not feel safe. Last time at a red roof inn

Had a good stay. About 18 min to Savannah which was convenient. Got stuck on the elevator once so we decided not to use. Overall good stay for the price.

I had a family emergency and when I called the lady said it’s ok she cancelled for me, and I asked to just change the arrival date, and she said I was good to go. When I arrived I no longer had a reservation and I ended up not getting a rate that I had had. The shower leaked and sprayed water everywhere at its connection to the interior pipes. Breakfast eggs tasted like sand. Along the entire parking is nothing but a trash dump in the tree line and feral cats everywhere. Just won’t stay there again.. pool looked like it had algae on the bottom.. didn’t try it or the hot tub out.

The room had a very strange odor about it, possibly because it was used in the past by guests who had pets. That would be my only major complaint.

Front counter staff extremely rude. Lobby fairly clean but bad odour throughout hotel. I believe this is related to various relatives of the owners family that lives within cooking up food. Building not well maintained and lack of maintenance is apparent (sunken in floors, marks and stains everywhere, etc.). Rooms were ok, looked tidy and put together but things were just not cleaned well. Floors filthy, stains on wall etc. would not recommend this place.

Overall it was ok. The room was clean yet somewhat dated. There was no vending machines or ice machine. The staff wasn't overly friendly but wasn't rude. It was loud until around 1am. If I was in the area again I'd probably check on the numerous other properties around before booking here again, but I would be ok if I ended up here.

Upon arrival, people next to our room were very noisy. The staff handled the situation very professionally and efficiently. The rest of the stay was great. Security cameras made us feel safer too for our vehicle. Left well rested.

There was mold in our room. There was garbage and debris all outside on the property. The shower head was terrible. Water got All over the bathroom.

No coffee, no juice, barely any breakfast. Room dirty, check in unfriendly, hallway carpet filthy. Could not have been much worse.

Be prepared for extra charges no coffee and broken
Not terribly happy about the lack of all coffee in the morning or the broken ice machine but most annoyingly was the $1.50 surcharge that they were insisted I pay before checking in because we didn't book through Red roof directly.

It was fine the room was very small very nice employees. The room bed was very clean the bath tub and floors were not as clean. Still over all for price it was a good place to stop for the night

Great Value and Comfort
The bed was one of the most comfortable that I've ever slept on. Even better than the one that I have at home. TV worked great. Nice bath with plenty of towels. I like the fact that you could get a cup of coffee 24/7 in the lobby.
