Hello James , as I said the day you arrived we are a small family run business and have not been offering a cooked breakfast on a Sunday for over a year now- we have changed all of our channels to say this - as on our page once selected through your choice of booking service clearly says a cooked breakfast is offered on week days , We are also entitled to a day off so we have put in place a lovely continental breakfast for Sunday’s . My husband was mortified as you called him stupid & banged on the table suggesting to your wife “it’s like speaking to that” which is not acceptable. Our continental option has always been accepted by our previous guest . Sorry for any inconvenience caused .

Regrettably this had happened, but having two very rude elderly people upsetting my wife the night before and demanding a cooked breakfast that we do not provide on a Sunday. Being called stupid and a prick is something that I don’t think that I need to put up with or my wife
